A personal farewell from Baghdad Ben
I came to Earth with a mission, like everyone else, in my case to lead the completion of the Christian lineage after more than 2,000 years and four Testaments.
It was a grand mission that was difficult to accept for a few years and required proper preparation by experiencing the challenges most people face, including self-betrayal, family drama, health issues, and more.
For this reason, I had a typical upbringing in the Western world, with a nurturing mother and a rather demanding, yet pure-hearted and protective father. I felt significant pressure during my school years, a pressure that carried into my career and ultimately culminated in a divorce from my partner of fourteen years and the dissolution of a traditional family.
From this place, I healed and built a life I could truly call paradise.
My parents’ role in my mission
Whether we like it or not, we are copies of our parents in many ways, though we are sometimes more or less evolved, meaning we can be better or worse at creating harmony with life.
This isn’t primarily due to genetics, but to the environment we grow up in, at least when we are talking about our beliefs about right and wrong, which is the root cause of all disease in the flow of energy.
My mother truly embodied the Christian value of unconditional love, which gave me an almost infinite faith in life. My father, despite being far from aware of cosmic truth, vibrated with righteousness, meaning he would never have used manipulation to get what he wanted but would always state his truth, almost too much sometimes.
He was the opposite of what we could call manipulative or street-smart, a positive trait that is deeply embodied in the Swedish soul.
Thanks to his energy, which also taught me many lessons by being suppressed in an unhealthy way, I learned that life is pure and honest.
Without my parents, I’m sure I could not have created this book, and I want to express my sincere gratitude to them both.
My mission
My mission isn’t to enlighten people but to live an amazing life in accordance with the Thirteen Cosmic Commandments that replace the outdated Ten Commandments Moses received in Egypt, written on two stone tablets.
By doing so, I will inspire others to do the same, indicating that my mission is similar to yours.
However, we all play different roles in making this happen.
While my role was to create a document that could inspire others, your role may be to share your art with the world, inspire people to cook in new ways, or help them build cheaper, more beautiful, and more ecological houses.
However, from the highest perspective, our missions are the same: to make life on Earth more beautiful.
My personal advice to you
When we give advice, it often reflects what we’ve learned and found useful for ourselves, which isn’t always relevant to others. However, I’ll try to explain four realizations that I believe transformed my life from rather ordinary to paradisical, of course, reflecting the Holy Quaternity of our essence.
These may be geared toward male readers, though I hope and believe they are also relevant to women.
My first piece of advice
As a child, I was probably more sensitive than my parents or I could understand at the time. My body began to protest around the time I started school, manifesting as allergies, breathing issues, and recurring otitis, and later as sleeping and eating disorders, premature hair loss, and probably mild depression.
Now, I know it wasn’t because I was weak or had bad genes, but because I lived a life that was too stressful for me, suggesting that all the symptoms I had were my body screaming to me that it wasn’t happy and wanted me to change course.
The advice I want to give others is to view their physical symptoms as valuable signals rather than as something to suppress with pharmaceuticals.
I no longer suffer significantly from any of my old symptoms because I now live in sync with the rhythm of the cosmic heartbeat.
You can do this as well!
My second piece of advice
My sex life was a rather sad story for a long time. I lost my virginity at 23 to a woman two years older, who was supposedly much more experienced than I was and was also amazingly beautiful.
I’m not sure whether I ejaculated on the way in or on the way out, but it was probably within 5 seconds, and my confidence, which I didn’t think could drop any lower, sank even further.
There might be people who had an even worse start in life in this context, but I honestly believe I belong to those who suffered more than most, feeling absolutely horrible about myself.
When I was twenty and started to lose hair, I remember thinking that aging was a positive thing because it became less embarrassing to lose my hair as I got older. However, it was also more embarrassing to remain a virgin. In retrospect, I can see that my tendency to stay in bed all day and watch porn was an escape from what was probably a mild depression, which would escalate into quite severe sleep disorders within a few years.
So, my second piece of advice is not to give up, even if your life may seem quite gloomy with no obvious solutions in sight.
Yes, it took many years to turn my life around. I wouldn’t deny that, but I didn’t have a book like The Fourth Testament to help me :).
My third piece of advice
My third piece of advice is about money. I have to admit that my hard work, studies, and marriage to an equally hard-working woman have put me in a financial position that few people are in.
We could buy an apartment in Stockholm when prices were still not ridiculously high, and we made some investments that paid off very well, enabling me to spend nearly five years without income while completing The Fourth Testament.
I understand this may sound like a dream to many people.
However, before I continue, let me share that it wasn’t easy for me to decide to use my savings – the security I had been working toward since I was fifteen – to heal.
Yes, you read correctly. I don’t see that I invested my money to write The Fourth Testament, but to have the time most of us need to heal our trauma.
For several years, I cried almost every day. Not necessarily because my life was so bad compared to others, because it wasn’t, but because I had opened the gates to my heart and was committed to feeling everything I hadn’t felt.
I suppose this is the best thing I’ve ever done in my life.
I had years when I had nightmares every night about how I was pushed as a child to be good, with my parents’ best intentions, and I had years when I cried because I felt betrayed by my friends, even though I wasn’t, because I had betrayed myself by being someone I wasn’t.
So, my third piece of advice is to invest in your own healing.
I honestly don’t think it’s realistic for many people to heal as much as I have in this life, but I believe many start from a better position, especially among younger generations.
My advice to you is to slow down, prioritize your healing over material security, and trust that you will be able to manifest material abundance once you have healed from your trauma.
My fourth piece of advice
My fourth piece of advice concerns the recognition that life is a co-created process.
When I quit my career in the financial services industry after fifteen years and tried to make a living in the spiritual field, I pushed, again and again, to achieve success.
Although I rationally understood that it wasn’t the right approach and that I should align with life and surrender to my true path, I wasn’t able to do it. My trust in life was too weak, and I needed many hard lessons, including losing a significant part of my investments by following misleading spiritual guidance.
I felt so betrayed by the spiritual world and threatened them with abandoning my path, as if they would care.
I truly felt like a victim.
However, with time, I realized that the book I was writing became genuinely beautiful as I saw with my own eyes how the lessons I learned were shaping it. This led me to believe that life is a co-creator of this book with me, a realization that brought peace to my life and allowed me to sleep really well for the first time in twenty years.
So, my fourth piece of advice is to trust life.
That said, I know you must see it with your own eyes, so let me slightly adjust it: My fourth piece of advice is to give life the benefit of the doubt, even when the outlook appears gloomy. By that, I mean that you should realize that you are not the sole creator of your mission but one of many.
Your life mission is not so much about you as you might believe, especially not when you have become God-conscious.
When I realized that, I stopped pushing and allowed everything to flow in alignment with the cosmic heartbeat.
Closing remarks
It’s been an honor beyond words to create The Fourth Testament, and I sincerely hope you have enjoyed it.
As I mentioned before, writing this book was a challenging task, and I feel genuinely proud of myself for accomplishing it. It truly was a once-in-a-lifetime mission.
That said, I suspect that writing it was probably easier than taking on the role of ambassador for it, a mission that starts now, written in August 2026.
In seven years from now, it will be 2,000 years since Jesus died on the cross. Let’s use these seven years to help The Fourth Testament reach those ready to experience the second coming of Christ, meaning to embody the Christian teachings of righteousness and unconditional love, thereby creating paradise on Earth.
I’m here to help everyone interested in this book embody it, which I will do in many ways, including offering an online program to help some people accelerate their healing and an annual event in Northern Spain, where like-minded people can connect and inspire one another.
With much love
