Part 4: The Cosmic Heart

In The Fourth Testament’s fourth part, we dig deeper into the cosmic truth of the heart, understanding that the healing of our hearts follows the same principles as mastering life, namely living by the Seven Cosmic Commandments.

Commandments One and the first part of Two relate to the heart’s first chamber; the second part of Two and Commandment Three relate to the heart’s second chamber; Commandment Four and the first part of Five relate to the heart’s third chamber; and the second part of Five and Commandment Six relate to the heart’s fourth chamber.

The Seventh Commandment is equally essential for all chambers.

  2. The Art of Neighborly Love

  3. Becoming a Galactic Citizen

  4. The Art of Embracing God

1. The Art of Self-Love

Loving yourself is the most difficult thing to do because it requires accepting that you are different from others, which, in turn, implies you will probably not receive much help from others on this quest, as they would prefer you to be like them.

We can say that learning to love yourself is between you and God – a lonely journey until you love yourself enough to be true to yourself, which attracts the people who truly like you.

The three steps of loving yourself

The first step in learning to love yourself is to get to know yourself rationally, which is the same as understanding your true needs and desires.

The second step is to understand how to fulfill your needs, which is an abstract planning process of aligning your role within creation with what is highest for all, including yourself and those closest to you.

Thirdly, you must protect your plans from those who want you to fulfill their dreams instead of your own.

In other words, loving yourself is about mastering the First Cosmic Commandment, ‘Use your rational and abstract mind to manifest your dreams,’ along with the first half of the Second Commandment, ‘Nurture yourself…by communicating your truth.’

Becoming a master of loving yourself

In the process of connecting with your true desires, it’s so easy to fool yourself into coming up with various excuses for why you shouldn’t do what you secretly dream of, more often than not because you know, consciously or unconsciously, that being true to yourself will upset the people around you, maybe even those who mean the most to you, like your parents or your children.

Consequently, learning to love yourself means becoming so strong in your essence that you dare to be rejected and abandoned by those you care about most.

However, we are not talking about a false strength gained by suppressing your feelings, but the true strength that can only be achieved by feeling beneath your trauma, merging with the essence of God.

In other words, learning to love yourself is about bringing the ray of light you represent to its highest possible vibration.

The ultimate self-love test

It’s important to understand that self-love isn’t about upsetting others but about realizing that you cannot build a healthy relationship with yourself if you prioritize other people’s needs over yours.

Therefore, an excellent test of your capacity to love yourself is to be surrounded by needy people, meaning those who express their pain loudly, especially if they are disappointed with you.

When you can be around such people without feeling it’s your responsibility to hold them, you can probably make a positive difference for them without sacrificing yourself.

2. The Art of Neighborly Love

If self-love is about embracing yourself, neighborly love is about embracing others, a deed that is the easiest in the world if you have learned to respect yourself.

When we are centered in our essence as divine rays of God’s essence, we don’t get upset by other people’s trauma but simply stay at arm’s length, meaning we don’t take responsibility for issues that aren’t ours.

Loving others

In short, loving others is an act of respect for who they are and is closely related to the virtue of not judging, which you can only practice if you have stopped judging yourself.

Consequently, neighborly love is very far from how it was described in the Bible – as a willingness to do good, as exemplified by the Good Samaritan who helped a Jewish man despite a history of mutual dislike – but rather an active capacity to let others follow their highest path without creating obstacles.

On a practical level, you show love toward others by being aware that your actions, even if they cause temporary pain, will lead to something good later on. However, these actions shouldn’t be about fostering others but expressions of your own truth, meaning they originate in a profound love for yourself.

The difference between true neighborly love and egoism is that the egoist isn’t aware of what will bring themselves and others to paradise, but believes they can benefit themselves at others’ expense.

Consequently, loving others involves mastering the outward aspect of the Second Cosmic Commandment, which says ‘Nurture…your loved ones by communicating your truth,’ as well as the Third Cosmic Commandment, which says ‘Create by balancing bold action with surrender.’ The latter requires its own explanation below.

Nurturing others with your truth

When we think of nurturing others, we probably imagine a mother breastfeeding her newborn, or something similar, rather than thinking of respect.

However, respect is ultimately about giving others what they need to grow, which, in the case of a newborn, means being breastfed.

However, later in life, people don’t grow from being taken care of but from learning to take care of themselves, which they often fail to do because they are surrounded by traumatized people with good intentions who want to do things for them to feel better about themselves.

Consequently, the only way you can truly nurture others is to communicate your truth, which sometimes creates immediate harmony and sometimes temporary disharmony.

However, importantly, you must understand that not everyone wants to hear your truth, meaning they don’t want to be nurtured by you. You must respect this, or you are definitely not living by the Second Commandment’s outward aspect.

Balancing taking action and surrender

In the context of neighborly love, it’s essential to master the Third Commandment, ‘Create by balancing bold action with surrender,’ because speaking your truth must be supported by action.

For example, if you say that another person means a lot to you, you must show it through action, maybe by buying them gifts, helping them with something, or taking them out to dinner.

Unless you do this, you don’t live up to your word, which probably isn’t entirely true. At least it makes sense to believe so from the other person’s perspective.

However, on this path, you must surrender to what the other person appreciates rather than to what you would prefer, or, again, you cannot expect the other person to make a connection between what you say and what you actually mean.

Avoiding the deadly sin of sloth

Pleasing others in a positive way, that is, not at your own expense, essentially requires that you listen to them to understand who they are and what they like, and that you act to make something tangible that brings them happiness.

This may sound easy, but it’s surprisingly difficult to observe others, especially for men, who tend to be more self-centered.

And even when you understand what others like and are willing to do something for them, it’s so easy to fail because of sloth.

Becoming an ambassador of love

Becoming an ambassador of love isn’t about forcing yourself to make others happy, but about becoming so happy through self-love that it spills over to others.

However, it is also about being true to yourself, never abandoning yourself for the temporary harmony of pleasing others, which soon leads to greater disharmony.

Learning to nurture life

We are all divine mothers who nurture life; however, as a woman, you are more connected to this aspect of God than men, at least you have the potential to be so.

Therefore, we cannot expect men and women to be exactly the same, but we should accept that the important thing is how much harmony we create within our sacred relationships.

This doesn’t mean that men shouldn’t take responsibility for nurturing others, but rather that their approach might be somewhat more inclined to create initial disharmony that leads to greater harmony over time.

In the past, we called this ‘mansplaining’ or ‘masculine dominance,’ but in the future, it will be called ‘wisdom’ because it will be.

The importance of motherly love

If we grow up without a father, we will do quite well for the first ten years, assuming our mother is healthy.

However, if we enter this world without a mother or someone who can nurture us with motherly love, ideally from her breast, we will be deeply traumatized and struggle to ever believe that life is good.

Because of this, everyone who wasn’t sufficiently nurtured as young children will tend to view themselves as victims in life, sometimes to the point that they develop narcissistic tendencies.

The only way to heal from a deeply traumatized childhood, potentially involving a toxic mother or no mother at all, is to find strength in God. However, because we tend to avoid pain, especially when no one is around to nurture us, traumatized people are more likely to become radical believers in harmful dogma they falsely believe is love than to find the real source.

3. Becoming a Galactic Citizen

When you can love yourself and your brothers and sisters on Earth, including the plants, animals, and fellow humans who belong to your Lower Self, you are ready to expand your experience of life to include the spiritual realms.

Specifically, you are ready to become a galactic being, entrusted with profound wisdom that can make life on Earth far more blissful.

Fulfilling the Fourth Cosmic Commandment

The Fourth Cosmic Commandment, ‘Find the cosmic truth by feeling yourself and others,’ suggests that you will never find the highest cosmic truth in earthly drama, but only in the reasons behind it, that is, in the purpose of suffering.

As long as you believe that suffering is bad, you haven’t understood that the only way for an animal to become human is to learn to create harmony in a completely different way than it is achieved in the jungle or on the savannah, where sheer physical power rules.

When you evolve away from the animal world, which happens as you outgrow your desire for clear communication and begin to seek more advanced creativity, you will struggle to balance two fundamental desires that work strongly in you: the desire to be extremely true to yourself as an animal, and the desire to create something truly beautiful, which requires cooperation.

In other words, you will struggle to balance your animalistic side, which acts on your primitive instincts, with the emerging human ability to cooperate.

We can say that you are slowly replacing the need to create balance through killing with the ability to feel with whom you can co-create your desires.

Consequently, the path to becoming a galactic citizen, meaning someone who can communicate with all aspects of God, not only the physical ones, is to become more sensitive, thus mastering the Fourth Commandment.

The benefits of spiritual communication

As people increasingly seek to manifest an earthly paradise, they will depend on a broad range of services they don’t know how to create, including clean, infinite energy, fit-for-purpose artificial intelligence, and other essential technologies.

To manifest these things, receiving advice from more evolved beings will be key, which requires people to be sensitive enough to both engage in these dialogues and to use these powerful technologies with care.

Can anyone speak with spirit?

Some people have practiced speaking with spiritual beings in past incarnations and can more easily develop this ability in this life; however, the reason they have done so is merely to spread this knowledge to everyone at divine timing.

Speaking with compassionate beings isn’t difficult for most reasonably sensitive people, including both men and women, whereas accurate communication with enlightened beings requires even greater sensitivity.

However, the ultimate test is to truly feel the vibration in the land where you live, thus speaking with, or at least listening to, the vast wisdom carried by all the minerals that constitute the physical structure of creation.

To reach this level of sensitivity, it’s essential to ground yourself in life and to evolve along the path as a polyamorous sexual being.

Although everyone will learn to communicate with spiritual beings sooner or later, those who belong to the archetypes of the cosmic scientist and the sensitive healer are closest to doing so effortlessly and will guide others to learn the same.

These archetypes will also download essential information, such as The Fourth Testament, and many other items to follow, that can benefit everyone.

Healing the heart’s third chamber

While the heart’s first chamber heals as you learn to love yourself, and the second heals as you begin to create truly harmonious relationships with other members of your Lower Self, the third chamber heals as you develop meaningful relationships with spiritual beings.

Through these relationships, you receive so much support to thrive and the courage to walk the steepest path in life, meaning the most challenging and most rewarding.

Manifesting the prophecy of shamanism

The first half of the Fifth Commandment, ‘Use your intuition to know the path forward for yourself…,’ requires a strong connection with enlightened beings to master it well enough to create paradise on Earth.

However, unlike the dialogues we can have with compassionate beings, especially Ascended Masters, humans can communicate with angels only through flashes of intuition.

Therefore, if someone experiences a dialogue with an angel, it’s probably a compassionate being in between that they aren’t aware of.

And if it is challenging to communicate with angels, it’s even more difficult to accurately connect with the wisdom stored in crystals, gemstones, precious metals, and basically all the minerals we live on.

However, when you can do this, you can relatively easily access a lot of information and bring it to your mind, learn to speak other languages far more easily than before, understand your past lives, heal your physical pain, and so forth.

At this point, you are manifesting the cosmic prophecy of shamanism, which entails experiencing earthly life in close connection with all aspects of God, including plants, animals, humans, compassionate beings, enlightened beings, and divine beings, which is easiest to do near the equator.

The mission of Jesus

Jesus wasn’t a child of God any more than anyone else, and his capabilities were perfectly human.

In today’s world, he would have come across as utterly weird, believing he was different from others because he had a clear message to share.

So, what was Jesus’ message, and why did he play such an essential role in the Christian lineage of bringing advanced animals into Christ beings, meaning beings with the intention to do good rather than harm life?

From the highest perspective, his role was to bring significant attention to the topic of righteousness, which can be viewed as an embryo of cosmic truth.

However, from his own perspective, he believed he was sent by his Father in Heaven to take on people’s sins and to tell them to stop fighting and begin to love.

In today’s world, it can be hard to grasp how so many people still believe that Jesus could walk on water, resurrect from the dead, and make blind people see, which must be put in the light of humanity’s still-primitive state.

In fact, our world is controlled by people who truly believe in these things, or at least pretend to.

This highlights how polarized our planet is becoming and will continue to be more so over the coming centuries. It emphasizes the importance of forming genuine connections with our Higher Selves, especially with the thirteen compassionate beings that embody our collective identity.

In other words, don’t make yourself smaller than you are, or it will be extremely challenging to cope with your brothers and sisters on Earth in the coming decades and even centuries.

4. The Art of Embracing God

With the first three chambers of your heart activated through self-love, neighborly love, and spiritual love, meaning harmonious relationships with yourself, your brothers and sisters on Earth, and spiritual beings (specifically compassionate beings), you are about to become enlightened in the human sphere of creation.

This means you are about to become so vibrant that there is no longer any need to incarnate as a physical being on planet Earth. This suggests that you are about to fulfill the second aspect of the Fifth Commandment, which concerns knowing the path forward for life, not only for yourself, and the Sixth Commandment, ‘Remember your unique and collective lessons,’ and, thereafter, ascend.

Ground more before you ascend

Ascension into an entirely spiritual being can only occur after you have experienced the most grounded life, living in connection with the Earth itself and manifesting the prophecy of cosmic shamanism as described in the previous chapter.

This connection with divine beings represents the ultimate healing of your heart and grants you the highest wisdom a human can embody.

The Sixth Cosmic Commandment

The Sixth Commandment, ‘Remember your individual and collective lessons,’ requires a strong connection with divine beings, referring to the ‘dead’ planet that you live on.

Unless you are firmly connected to Mother Earth, or Gaia, through the bones in your feet and legs, you aren’t whole, no matter how much energy you exchange with beings of the opposite gender, suggesting that life must be lived in a grounded way to achieve paradise.

As long as you live with a heart in which only three chambers are fully activated, you don’t reflect God, and your sexual desires will be even stronger than they will be after you have healed more, suggesting that healing the heart’s fourth chamber marks the beginning of the end of the human experience of life.

However, don’t fool yourself into thinking you are soon ready to ascend or settle around the equator just because you can communicate with compassionate beings, as the journey from a fully activated third chamber to an equally vibrant fourth chamber can take hundreds of incarnations in a near-paradisical earthly reality.

The Seventh Cosmic Commandment

Your heart can speak very clearly and accurately to you long before the fourth chamber is fully activated, suggesting that you shouldn’t wait to master the Seventh Commandment, ‘Never go against your heart’s expansive or contractive signals.’

However, this will not help you perfectly master the Sixth Commandment, which will happen once you are ready for your final breath as a physical being.

Enjoying life

Ultimately, the past 2,000 years on Earth have been a school for enjoying life.

The first class focused on understanding who we are, and the second class will focus on expressing our unique voices in a paradisical experience of earthly life.

To progress to the second grade, you must begin living by the Seven Cosmic Commandments and healing your trauma by slowing down and embracing the present moment of what life has to offer.

On this path, The Fourth Testament can hopefully be a major help, together with the activities that will be created to support its teachings.
