Welcome to a groundbreaking book about how humanity can become cosmic citizens, that is, begin living in harmony with the rest of creation.
Let me begin by clarifying that this book continues The Fourth Testament, which is available for free on its official website: thefourthtestament.com. However, you can still gain a lot from this text without being very familiar with The Fourth Testament.
The only thing you must understand is that life is a creation of light, which must be divided into six core frequencies that correspond to the colors of the rainbow, to enable a cosmically correct picture of what it really is. Moreover, these six frequencies are referred to as Adaptation (red), Creativity (orange), Feeling (yellow), Thinking (green), Knowing (blue), and Devotion (indigo).
For more information about these six core frequencies of everything that exists, please read The Fourth Testament.
Aside from that, understand that this book, unlike The Fourth Testament, is a source of practical help that can immediately impact your life. For this reason, it is a much easier read than The Fourth Testament, which aims to help you get to know God.
That said, the frequency of this book is as high as The Fourth Testament, and its messages may sometimes require time to digest.
I hope this book offers a joyful and relatively effortless read, bringing you a wealth of inspiration on how to live more connected to God, thus transforming your life into a journey of pure bliss.

A Guide to Aligning Yourself with the Cosmos
What you hold in your hand is a cosmic guidebook designed to help humanity align their lives with the cosmos by, for example:
Learning at what time of the year it is most beneficial to work, socialize, connect with God, and so on.
Learning how to organize your home in the highest possible way.
Learning how to plan your life to receive as much support as possible from the cosmos.
Learning how to flow through each month in the highest way possible.
Learning when to make love to generate as much cosmic healing as possible.
And many more things.
Fifth-Dimensional Creativity
After completing The Fourth Testament, I wasn’t sure which topic to focus on next. However, I began to understand the direction I was heading in when I received help to dissolve my Root chakra and replace it with a fully activated Causal chakra, located above my head. I was detaching from earthly life and embracing the cosmos.
With this newfound capacity, I could easily see how it is possible to perfectly align oneself with the force of God, i.e., to start living in a way that contributes to advancing evolution in the best possible manner.
Moreover, while the content in The Fourth Testament takes a significant amount of time to integrate, the information provided here can make an immediate impact on people’s lives – there is no doubt about that. However, it is essential to read the entire book before believing you fully understand the cosmic truth of manifestation. There is much in the final chapters that cannot be discussed right away, for reasons that will become clear once you reach that point.
Lastly, use the content provided in this book to shape your lives exactly as you want them, with you referring to your Higher Self.
The Playfulness of Life
During the Piscean Age – roughly the last two thousand years – life on earth has been physically and emotionally tough, leaving little space for going with the flow. However, this is changing rapidly as we speak, though not as fast as you are changing. Allow me to explain.
You may already be ready to live a life aligned with God, but the world around you isn’t, so it will be challenging for you to stay true to yourself.
What can you do about that? – Detach as much as possible from the collapsing societal structures and find ways to sustain yourself that don’t involve being trapped in a third-dimensional societal matrix for most of your waking hours. Furthermore, the way to achieve this is to have the courage to break new ground, something that life will support if your intentions are sincere.
When you break free from the old and begin to flow with life, you will realize many things; for example, the extent to which you have been living in a prison and how joyful life is after giving up the hopeless attempts to find happiness in a low-vibrating society.
Earthly Life is Changing Rapidly
As we speak, written in the first half of 2025, people on earth remain unaware of the deluge that is building up, preparing to sweep away everything that no longer serves life, such as false beliefs in God, scientific fundamentalism, patriarchal structures, and so on.
In fact, most people believe they are experiencing some temporary turbulence that will soon settle once Donald Trump or a Democratic equivalent, depending on their preferences, gets enough time to sort things out. In other words, people are waiting for a savior outside themselves, which is always the tendency until they realize their divine essence, as explained in The Fourth Testament.
Until people awaken, the deluge will grow stronger, compelling everyone to see things with fresh perspectives, closer to cosmic truth, and the path will be rocky.
As a reader of this book, you are likely more detached from what is happening than the majority of people, which implies you will be a supportive force, whether you like it or not. Why? – Because everyone who maintains a higher frequency acts like a lighthouse for those who suffer.
In other words, you have a mission to support others, and the best way to fulfill this mission is to learn how to support yourself effectively, that is, how to align yourself with God, which is the focus of this book.
After a challenging 2030s, life on earth will gradually harmonize, making it much easier to thrive. However, if you can clearly see what is happening in this world – from an eagle’s perspective – there’s no reason why you shouldn’t thrive already now, despite the soaring turbulence.
To support that quest, I would like to offer you three pieces of advice:
Don’t take responsibility for other people’s suffering.
Don’t allow other people’s limitations to hold you back.
Always follow the signals of your heart, supported by clear and rational thinking.
Lastly
Read this book with the intention of learning how to align yourself with life. However, understand that what I provide here appeals more to the mind than the heart, creating an imbalance that must be addressed. So, how can you do that? – For instance, by participating in the new and full moon meditations that I will host for the foreseeable future, available on my YouTube channel TheFourthTestament.
Other ways to create this balance include:
Spending a lot of time in nature.
Being present in everything you do.
Surrounding yourself with both men and women.
With these words, let’s begin our journey toward a more divine way of living – one that harmoniously aligns with the cosmic rhythm.
1. The Cosmic Laws of Manifestation
The Law of Attraction
In The Fourth Testament, I shared the true meaning of the Law of Attraction for the first time since the previous golden age, approximately 12,000 years ago, thereby exposing the misconceptions that have surged since the New Age movement began.
In short, people have believed they can manifest anything they desire by transforming themselves into cosmic magnets, feeling as though they already possess what they want.
However, the true meaning of the Law of Attraction is that all beings always attract precisely what they need to advance in their evolution in the most effective manner.
Consequently, the Law of Attraction isn’t about manifesting sought-after realities but about receiving everything you need to reach an evolutionary state where your dreams will come true.
The Law of Cause and Effect
If the Law of Attraction is profoundly misunderstood by most people, the Law of Cause and Effect is often neglected, leading individuals to believe they can passively obtain everything they dream of.
However, the truth is that nothing can be manifested without energy being put into motion, and to achieve a specific result, energy must be put into motion in a particular way.
I will revisit this topic in the final chapter, so let’s move on for now.
The Law of Action
While the two aforementioned laws are well-known yet often misunderstood or misused, the Law of Action hasn’t garnered much interest.
In essence, the Law of Action states that you must summon your courage to break through invisible barriers in order to attain everything you dream of.
Moreover, this can only be achieved by someone who has learned to live from the inside out, that is, from the heart rather than from the egoic mind.
Using the Three Manifestation Laws
Manifestation is the art of utilizing the three cosmic laws – the Law of Attraction, the Law of Cause and Effect, and the Law of Action – to bring your deepest dreams to the surface for experience in physical reality.
However, to use these laws properly, you must master the Four Keys to Life – surrender, understand oneness, experience life as a creative adventure, and know yourself – explained in depth in The Fourth Testament, which can be read for free online and won’t be repeated here.
Nevertheless, let me state that utilizing the Law of Attraction is, above all, about practicing the art of surrender, while utilizing the Law of Cause and Effect is about experiencing life as a creative adventure, and utilizing the Law of Action is about knowing yourself. Allow me to explain.
By surrendering to life – the First Key to Life – you trust that everything happens for a higher reason, which is to help you become enlightened and abundant.
As a result, you don’t react like a victim when things don’t unfold the way you expected them to, but as an eagle, capable of discerning the higher meaning of what is playing out.
For example, if you start a business that fails to attract any customers, you realize that this isn’t a failure but a sign that something isn’t properly aligned with life. Consequently, instead of giving up or pushing forward with something that isn’t right, you turn inward with the intention of connecting with a higher truth.
Similarly, by living life as a creative adventure – the Third Key to Life – you take responsibility for creating your dream life when the timing is right; that is, after the Law of Attraction has equipped you with all the lessons necessary to successfully bring your unique gift to the world for everyone’s benefit.
Lastly, by knowing yourself – the Fourth Key to Life – you obtain the power to break through the vast number of invisible barriers that exist between you and your dreams. Let me explain.
Unless you truly know what you want in life, you will be overly influenced by others’ desires and expectations, making it difficult to effectively utilize the Law of Cause and Effect. In fact, you will plant seeds that reflect partly what others desire, and therefore, only partly what you desire. This is especially true unless you and others share exactly the same dream, which typically isn’t the case since we are all unique expressions of God.
However, to achieve your unique dreams, you may unintentionally disappoint those who seek to fulfill their own dreams through you, attempting to take a shortcut to happiness and abundance. This could include parents who have specific ideas about your career choices or living situations, partners who believe you should behave according to their preferences, and friends who may distance themselves if you are completely true to yourself, among others.
In short, planting the seeds you truly wish to harvest requires the courage to be true to yourself, encapsulated by the cosmic Law of Action.
The Missing Link
We have so far discussed three cosmic laws – the Law of Attraction, the Law of Cause and Effect, and the Law of Action – and how they correspond to three of the Four Keys to Life: ‘surrender,’ ‘experience life as a creative adventure,’ and ‘know yourself.’
However, we haven’t addressed the Second Key to Life, ‘understand oneness,’ which is the missing link in understanding fifth-dimensional manifestation. Allow me to explain.
Even when you have perfected the three cosmic laws discussed so far, you still cannot be certain that the timing of realizing your dreams is cosmically right. For example, if you have written a very special book that will help people thrive in life – something that required you to master the art of surrendering, taking appropriate actions, and being courageous, which involves mastering the Law of Attraction, the Law of Cause and Effect, and the Law of Action – it is essential that this work reaches people when they are ready for it, that is, in so-called ‘divine timing.’
However, what is ‘divine timing?’ – The moment that is best for God, rather than the individual ray of God that you represent.
In other words, you must understand the cosmic Law of One, which states that everything must happen according to everyone’s highest interest.
For instance, you may receive another task to finish before you can concentrate on spreading your first book.
However, this delay isn’t due to your need to learn something under the Law of Attraction, your failure to take the appropriate actions under the Law of Cause and Effect, or your lack of courage under the Law of Action, but rather because you are called to serve in the highest capacity possible under the Law of One.
Summarizing Chapter One
In the first chapter, we have learned that fifth-dimensional manifestation requires the ability to master four cosmic laws – the Law of Attraction, the Law of One, the Law of Cause and Effect, and the Law of Action – closely related to the Four Keys to God: ‘surrender,’ ‘understand oneness,’ ‘experience life as a creative adventure,’ and ‘know yourself.’
2. The Beauty and Confusion of Astrology
The Beauty of Astrology
By understanding the themes of the twelve astrological signs – Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces – it is possible to grasp many aspects of life. For example, one can discover what life invites humanity to focus on in mid-June, the significance of being born on March 24, how a full moon in Virgo might influence your life, and much more.
That said, astrology's true beauty lies in its ability to demonstrate that life is a unified process. Let me explain.
There is an expression called ‘as above, so below,’ which I explain in depth in The Fourth Testament. However, the short version is that energetic themes, originating in the cosmic heart – that is, the feminine essence of God or source – affect all of creation. This means that a cell in your body, you, and the Milky Way galaxy are all influenced by the same impulses, broadly speaking.
In other words, when you feel the desire to gather with your loved ones to celebrate Christmas or to go out and play under a Gemini full moon, all beings that exist feel something similar, provided that they are reasonably well connected to their emotional bodies.
The Confusion of Astrology
In The Fourth Testament, I explain that people on earth haven’t correctly understood the energetic archetypes, represented by the astrological signs Aries, Taurus, Gemini, etc., since the previous golden age of Atlantis.
Instead of linking them to the spectrum of light’s six core frequencies – red Adaptation energy, orange Creativity energy, yellow Feeling energy, green Thinking energy, blue Knowing energy, and indigo Devotion energy – they have connected them with the four elements of ancient esoteric teachings – fire, earth, air, and water – believing Aries is a fire sign, Taurus an earth sign, Gemini an air sign, Cancer a water sign, and so on.
However, the truth, as I explain it in The Fourth Testament, is that the twelve astrological signs represent the spectrum of light, which I will now discuss in depth.
Light and Astrology
Before I delve deeper into the topic of light and astrology, let me explain why some people argue that there should be thirteen astrological signs instead of just twelve.
When people on earth restarted using astrology after a long slumber, they were aware that it takes thirteen full moons to reflect the time it takes for the earth to orbit the sun, rather than twelve (a moon cycle is 28 days, implying that thirteen moon cycles represent 364 days, which equals one solar year). However, they still chose to focus on twelve rather than thirteen cycles to understand the cyclicality of earthly life.
Did they make a mistake? – No, they were unconsciously guided to divide the year into twelve parts to prevent the art and science of astrology from being completely misleading, unaware of how this division would ultimately prove correct for reasons they weren’t ready to grasp.
But how were they guided to create astrology in this way? And if they could be guided so specifically, why couldn’t they be guided to make it completely true? To understand this, you must know about the pecking order of life, explained in The Fourth Testament’s second Book. However, the quick explanation is that the human experience of life is entirely in the hands of so-called Enlightened beings, just as the animal experience of life is completely in the hands of humans.
Another way of expressing the same idea is that humans don’t know what they are about to experience, i.e., they cannot see into the future like the other beings of their Higher Self. Why? – Because they exist in a physical or semi-physical (emotional) reality where being aware of the higher-frequency energies, which are the root cause of everything, is impossible.
Moreover, this is why planet earth, alongside all lower-vibrating realities, is characterized by illusions, such as the idea that we can die or that health relates to our genes, to mention the tip of the iceberg of confusion.
In other words, humans can be led to believe anything about life since they can’t really prove it by perfectly discerning energy, as more evolved beings can. So, why were humans introduced to a third-dimensional understanding of astrology rather than a fifth-dimensional level? – Because this perfectly supported the expansion of their mentality, similar to how a first-grade student is introduced to first-grade mathematics rather than ninth-grade material.
Additionally, while it isn’t wise to teach a first-grade student something that is completely wrong, the topic likely requires significant simplifications that narrow its range of use.
So, what was deliberately removed from people’s awareness when astrology was reintroduced on earth? – Its link to the six core frequencies of light. Why? – Because people weren’t ready to understand a cosmically true explanation of life. Why? – Because they were here to learn about selflove in order to become peaceful co-creators of life.
Therefore, they weren’t told that an earthly year corresponds to two cycles through the entire spectrum of light, of which one is masculine and one feminine.
Neither were they informed that the first cycle begins with the sign of Aries and concludes with the sign of Virgo, while the other cycle starts with the sign of Libra and ends with the sign of Pisces.
Furthermore, the sign of Aries represents the masculine aspect of the first core frequency of light, Adaptation, while the sign of Libra represents the feminine aspect of the same energy.
Consequently, Taurus and Scorpio represent masculine and feminine Creativity energy, respectively; Gemini and Sagittarius represent masculine and feminine Feeling energy, respectively; Cancer and Capricorn represent masculine and feminine Thinking energy, respectively; Leo and Aquarius represent masculine and feminine Knowing energy, respectively; and lastly, Virgo and Pisces represent masculine and feminine Devotion energy, respectively.
In other words, an earthly year represents a journey through the masculine, outward-oriented side of creation, followed by a journey through the corresponding inward-oriented, or feminine, side, summarized in Table 1.

Table 1 shows, for example, that the masculine side of feminine Adaptation energy is felt in the period of Aries (21st of March to 20th of April) in the Northern Hemisphere, and in the period of Libra (23rd September to 22nd October) in the Southern Hemisphere.
