Coaching Program for Women Born After 1983 and Have a Critical Role to Play in our Joint Ascension to 5D

As you can read in The Fourth Testament’s 10th Gospel and 32nd Revelation, there are seven waves of lightworkers sent to earth to assist the transition from 3D to 5D, via 4D. More precisely, some of all the people born between 1983 and 1989, 1990 and 1996, as well as 1997 to 2003, who belong to three groups that I have labeled ‘the change makers,’ ‘the sufferers,’ and ‘the frequency holders,’ respectively (more info here), are now ready to step into their full power.

Other questions:

Can I embark on this program if I was born before 1983?

No, this program is only made available to support a relatively small number of individuals with specific missions related to 1) being spiritual leaders, 2) being powerful witches, i.e., transfomers of stuck energy, and 3) being powerful healers. Of course, you can be born before 1983 and play significant roles within these areas, but this program is developed for the younger generations, for reasons that will become clear in the coming decades.

Why is this program only for women?

To understand this fully, you must probably first read The Fourth Testament and digest its content. However, the short answer is that masculine Knowing energy, which is the essence of a healed fifth-dimensional man, is a necessity to understand the path forward in life. That said, feminine Creativity energy, which is the essence of a healed fifth-dimensional woman, is, in many ways even more critical. However, since this coaching program is primarily for women who have yet to step into their full power as contemporary ‘Oracles of Delphi,’ they may need guidance on how to achieve this.

Do I also coach men?

Yes, I do that in the format of group coaching, more info here, and when I host workshops.

How many people can you work with in parallel?

Around 5.

Is it possible to cancel the program during the time?

Of course, if you cancel after three months, for example, you receive 75% of that year’s investment back.

My transformative journey in short

This coaching programme transformed me from ‘the good girl’ that life had conditioned me to be up until that point — a rather ‘blue-eyed’ (too trusting and a bit naïve) people-pleaser who desperately wanted to fit in, be liked by everyone and who pushed herself too hard in most areas of her life in unhealthy ways — into the increasingly fearless and confident woman I am now who knows what her mission is. I feel more empowered and true to myself than ever before, yet at the same time I feel playful, curious and full of spirit! Most importantly, I now make sure to spend most of my time doing things that feel pleasurable, nourishing and expansive. I allow myself to do more of what I love and what comes easily — what makes my whole being sing and thrive. This is also the best way for me to serve the world, as Johan’s coaching programme has taught me.

I used to be a high-performing career woman in the financial services industry, relying heavily on my masculine energy to survive in a world dominated by a (mostly wounded) masculine energy. In order to succeed in a man’s world, I often had to suppress my sensitive side, my feminine power, and my innate feminine wisdom, which involves feeling things very strongly and accurately. I also felt that the way I naturally express myself — often being very contemplative and using many words to describe the essence of something — wasn’t particularly welcome or appreciated in the time-constrained and stressed business world (mostly ruled by men) that I operated in, where efficiency and pace are always favoured and rewarded. I was recommended several times to change my communication style, but never really succeeded (because it simply wasn’t me!) and felt a bit like a failure as a consequence — because I wasn’t able to fully adapt to the type of communication that was asked of me, hence assuming that there was something wrong with me. It was only later that I realised that I wasn’t wrong; however, I was in the wrong environment! This repression of my natural self-expression, so commonly experienced by women in 3D (not only now but throughout history), created an imbalance in my throat chakra, which is associated with communication, and this eventually manifested itself physically. By the age of 31, I had been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, suggesting a disconnect from my true voice.

During these years, I also ignored my body's natural rhythm in favour of perseverance. I felt I could never do or be enough. 'Push, push, push' became my strategy. Nobody forced me to. But that’s the tricky part. I felt like I was choosing it when, in fact, I was succumbing to the pressure to get to the top in environments dominated by a very masculine energy. While my ego felt somewhat accomplished, my soul was thirsting for real nourishment. I had forgotten who I really was. My true essence. It was a marriage crisis that coincided with the pandemic that kicked off my transformation process. I gradually shifted towards living primarily from my feminine energy rather than my masculine one. I began to surrender to life and go with the flow, trusting that good things would come to me if I just let them.

However, it wasn’t until I started receiving continuous guidance from Spirit through Johan’s coaching programme that I truly realised that my essence is vibrant and strong feminine energy. This is not only because I am a woman, but because that is who I am when I am not holding myself back or trying to fit in. Although glimpses of my true essence had shone through for much of my life, I had mostly been subconsciously suppressing it.

Above all, it was this coaching programme that gradually revealed my mission in this lifetime to me. This is the real game changer, and I am eternally grateful for it! My experience and pieces of advice

Before embarking on this transformative journey, it is important to understand what you are signing up for: receiving life-altering guidance and allowing Spirit to use various methods to help you step into your full power. You may sometimes feel frustrated, confused or even angry about the messages you receive because they may require you to make drastic changes to your life — changes that you do not expect or deem necessary at that point in time, or simply do not want to make because they make you feel uncomfortable. This happened to me several times: for example, I was told to let go of a relationship that I was very attached to; I was advised not to devote too much energy to an activity that I was very fond of and proud of and I learned truths about it that I did not expect to hear. I was also made to deviate from a 3D-oriented career path that I thought I needed to pursue in order to have a secure income.

In all of these cases, and in others, my first reaction was to lose my breath and be deeply shocked by what I had been told. Sometimes I was even upset. It stirred up a lot of emotions in me. However, in each case, with Johan's help, and with further guidance from Spirit later on that shed new light on the messages, I was able to turn these experiences into valuable lessons for which I am now, in retrospect, very grateful.

Strong emotions will undoubtedly arise at times. That’s perfectly normal. However, when they do, just remember not to shoot the messenger — that is, Johan. :) He is merely transmitting what Spirit wants to convey to you, and he is probably the purest and most accurate channel you can find on Earth right now. I can assure you that when Johan channels a message for you, no self-interest, ego, shadow or judgement shines through. You can also rely on Johan to provide excellent support in interpreting the messages channelled to you. He is very experienced in channelling and interpreting messages from Spirit, and has a deep understanding of the spiritual realm. His support was tremendously helpful to me. Ultimately, though, I always had to decide what resonated with me. When things did not turn out as Spirit had initially told me, it was not because Johan’s channelling was wrong, but because Spirit had deliberately employed different 'tricks' to make me act in a certain way and connect with deep emotions within me that I would not have been able to access otherwise, and which had a profoundly healing effect.

So I learned, sometimes the hard way, that the messages from Spirit cannot be taken at face value, but in hindsight, I was also grateful and astonished by the messages' ingenuity and sometimes also humorous touch! Nothing was ever conveyed to me randomly or by mistake. Every message served a purpose, although I may not always have realised what that purpose was at the time. Initially, I listened to and trusted Spirit rather blindly, until it became increasingly evident that a big part of my journey was to learn to trust my feelings, what feels right for me and gives resonance in me. My psychic gift is to feel this resonance from within, and therefore to trust and act upon that which resonates with me. I was tested many times with regard to this. However, even when I felt a resonance with a message, it could turn out further down the line that Spirit had given me that positive resonance to make me act in a certain way, leading to experiences that would teach me valuable lessons.

This does not mean that you should be wary, suspicious or cautious of the messages conveyed. Listen to them with an open heart, feel what resonates with you, and act accordingly. When a message doesn’t resonate with you, is it because it triggers something in you, but you are not yet willing to open up to the possibility that there might actually be some truth to it? Or is it because there is a lesson embedded in the message which you need to experience and find out for yourself?

Never be afraid; you will never be led astray. There is nothing to fear. You will be held in love and light by Spirit and Johan. They will be with you every step of the way for your highest good and that of all others, supporting you on your path to embodying your divine feminine essence and accomplishing the mission you were sent to Earth to fulfil in this lifetime. Never doubt that, even when doubt and fear start to creep in. You are here at this particular time for a reason, and if you choose to embark on the accelerated transformative journey that this coaching programme entails, it is also for a reason! You are ready to take the next step towards your mission, where you will thrive beyond what you thought possible earlier in life. So know that and feel it deep in your heart at all times, especially when the journey becomes challenging. Just trust that this journey will take you to a place where you cannot fulfil yourself more in any possible way in this lifetime. You have so much to look forward to! If you're anything like me, you might sometimes find yourself getting a bit impatient and wanting things done yesterday rather than tomorrow. My top tip for you, then, is to take things one step at a time. Don't try to run before you can walk. Don't try to progress any faster than you are guided to.
