6. Feeling Paradise
In the sixth ray of flight – the feminine side of yellow Feeling energy – we are introduced to Gospels 1-3, intended to help humanity get the most out of this particular incarnation on Earth.
Gospel 1: ‘I am life’
Gospel 2: ‘I am love’
Gospel 3: ‘I am joy’
Gospel 1: 'I am life’
In Gospel 1: ‘I am life,’ we are introduced to no less than twelve Revelations of twelve Writings each, signifying that it vibrates with the highest level of truth possible to bring into a semi-physical, i.e., fifth- or sixth-dimensional, reality.
The higher purpose of this Gospel is to help people thrive in this particular incarnation.

Revelation 6 (#9): Taking care of yourself
Revelation 7 (#10): Living in the highest possible way
Revelation 8 (#11): Obtaining divine and perfect health

‘I am life’
Life is so special,
and so beautiful
Yet so difficult to grasp – like the wind
Life is so special,
and so beautiful
Yet so difficult to define – like an emotion
How can you hold the wind?
And how can you hold an emotion?
You can’t,
because it is impossible
You can impossibly grasp something eternal,
like you can never catch the wind
And you can never explain what is beyond form,
as you can’t describe a sensation objectively
Life is a mystery,
yet possible to capture to some extent
Like a wind can be felt,
and an emotion retold
However, it is better lived,
without too much mental distraction
It is simply too precious to be harmed by limited words and thoughts
Revelation 1 (#4): Accessing the Four Keys to God
In Gospel 1’s first Revelation, we are invited to go deeper in understanding the Four Keys to God, already introduced as the core energies Adaptation, Feeling, Thinking, and Devotion, or as the four knights who protect the kingdom of life.
Writing 1 (#40): Surrendering
Writing 2 (#41): Understanding oneness
Writing 3 (#42): Living life as a creative adventure
Writing 4 (#43): Knowing yourself
Writing 5 (#44): How the Four Keys to God support transformation
Writing 6 (#45): Balancing the keys – pair one
Writing 7 (#46): Balancing the keys – pair two
Writing 8 (#47): The concept of keys
Writing 9 (#48): The Four Keys to God in everyday life
Writing 10 (#49): The history of the key symbolism
Writing 11 (#50): Adding more keys to one’s repertoire
Writing 12 (#51): The number one key to life
Writing 1 (#40): Surrendering
In short, to surrender is to do nothing, which is often the most intelligent approach in life, for reasons that will soon be explained.
Writing 2 (#41): Understanding oneness
Understanding oneness equals the profound realization that we are all one being, expressing ourselves in many shapes and forms.
Writing 3 (#42): Living life as a creative adventure
Living life as a creative adventure implies taking action according to what one believes is the right thing to do.
Writing 4 (#43): Knowing yourself
Knowing yourself means understanding what you need to stay as whole as possible as you progress in life, especially regarding who you exchange energy with.
Writing 5 (#44): How the Four Keys to God support transformation
The four core energies of life – Adaptation, Feeling, Thinking, and Devotion – equal 1) surrendering, 2) understanding oneness, 3) living life as a creative adventure, 4) knowing yourself, meaning life essentially comprises the Four Keys to God.
However, how can this be? How come that creation predominantly consists of energies that equal four keys?
To understand this, view creation as a constantly changing weave of energy, where an infinite number of beings take turns in surrendering and living life as a creative adventure, and in understanding oneness and knowing yourself.
When someone is passive, meaning surrendering, it indicates that someone else is active, living life as a creative adventure. And when someone is deeply understanding oneness, someone else is discovering their own unique qualities.
Therefore, view life as alternating between two extremes, represented by two pairs of keys – the first pair involving surrendering and living life as a creative adventure, and the second pair involving understanding oneness and knowing yourself.
Writing 6 (#45): Balancing the keys – pair one
The story about the Dutch farmer
Once upon a time, there was a farmer who lived in Holland.
His main area of expertise was growing potatoes and raising livestock – pigs, cows, and sheep. Other than that, he was expanding his business by trading tulip leeks, which became so successful that he was considering closing all other operations to focus solely on that.
One day, he decided to sell all his animals and entirely abandon the potato business, a choice that turned out to be very successful, as he soon became incredibly wealthy, measured in tulip leeks, which could easily be traded for anything he desired.
The farmer was so happy and financially abundant, even though the new job wasn’t the most fulfilling in terms of intellectual and bodily stimulation.
For several years, the farmer expanded his tulip trading business until the market suddenly collapsed.
The reasons for this occurrence are beyond the scope of this story to reveal, but for various reasons, people no longer believed in the value of tulip leeks.
The consequence for our farmer was brutal in the sense that he could no longer sustain himself.
The tulip leeks that had provided him everything he needed just a few weeks ago were now mostly useless.
Obtaining perfect balance between acting and not acting
There are three things that are critical to obtain balance between acting and not acting, i.e., between actively living life as a creative adventure and surrendering:
Act from a place of love instead of fear, which means doing things not because you feel pressured, but because you genuinely want to. In the story above, it is clear that the farmer should have continued developing his core expertise rather than starting to trade tulip leeks. But why is this? – Because he didn’t enter the new business out of love for what he was doing, but because of greed, which is rooted in fear, as will be explained in Revelation 4.
Act because life calls you to act, just as you should step back when life does not invite you to act. In the story just told, there were no clear signals that life wanted the farmer to start trading tulip leeks. Instead, it was his own choice, made from an ego-centric perspective.
Act only if it aligns with your past experiences of what is right and wrong. In the story, we don’t know much about the farmer’s past, but we can assume that he hasn’t learned much about the risks of, for example, putting all your eggs in one basket or trusting too much in hype.
The story continues…
Now, let me share a parallel story that takes place near the farmer’s land.
There was a family comprising two young parents and three children between two and nine.
The father was working hard at the nearby farm, moving manure from the farmhouses to the potato fields.
One day, he overheard the farmer saying he wanted to sell his animals as quickly as possible, almost at any price.
This sent shockwaves through the father as he realized he would soon be out of a job, unable to provide food and shelter for his three hungry children and loving wife.
He held onto the pain for a few days until he finally found the strength to share the difficult news with his wife.
However, her reaction was truly a blessing. She said: ‘Life always encourages us to grow in one way or another. Can’t you see that you are being pushed by forces much stronger than yourself and that the only wise thing you can do right now is surrender to what life demands from you? Give it time, and a new path will reveal itself.’
In just a few weeks, the father managed to purchase some cows and pigs, and he signed a contract with the farmer granting him the right to grow potatoes on the farmer’s land for ten years.
Conclusions from the story
Life always provides what you need to grow, as explained by the cosmic law called the Law of Attraction. In the story we just read, this is shown through a greedy farmer who must learn what truly matters in life, which can only happen if he is freed from his belief that his money is the most important thing, which requires him to first lose it. It is also represented by the father, who received help to create safety for his family. This is something life always gives, unless a being intentionally seeks to experience starvation or poverty to learn critical lessons.
Life has no higher purpose than helping you grow, meaning it doesn’t consider your ego-driven desires. In the story, this is shown by the farmer losing all the things he truly didn’t want to lose, i.e., his money.
Don’t expect life to shout in your ear to warn you about mistakes. However, if you open your eyes, you will see how clearly life guides you. In the story about the Dutch farmer, this is symbolized by how the father overheard the farmer’s plans but would have failed to see it as an opportunity for himself if it weren’t for his wise wife.
Writing 7 (#46): Balancing the Keys – pair two
The story of the merry goatherd
Once upon a time, there was a merry goatherd living in the Austrian Alps, near Salzburg.
He had eight goats that he protected with his life, day and night, throughout the summer.
When winter arrived, he moved to the village to stay in his parents’ house with his four older brothers and younger sister. His name was Gerhard, and he had a special fondness for his sister, Jasmine.
One day, when he was up in the mountains, busy preparing food, a fox attacked one of the goats and nearly killed it.
Gerhard was furious and seized his bow, determined to kill the fox. However, the arrow flew wide.
The next day, the fox attacked the same goat once more, which sadly died in Gerhard's arms.
Gerhard was very sad and angry, so he decided to set a trap for the fox. He placed some goat meat on a stick and hid himself out of sight from any approaching carnivores.
Early the next morning, the fox attempted to take the meat after Gerhard successfully killed it.
When winter arrived and he returned home with only seven goats, his parents were furious and made him do extra chores all winter to make up for the loss he had caused the family.
The following spring, he returned to the grassy mountains and stayed there until it became too cold for the domesticated goats to sleep outside.
He returned to the village and repeated the same procedure the next year and the year after.
When Gerhard was thirteen, he felt he was too old to be a goatherd and insisted that his younger sister Jasmine should take over. However, their parents had no plans to send her to the mountains, leaving Gerhard no choice but to continue.
Gerhard grew increasingly upset with his situation: alone with the goats in the summertime and stuck with his not-so-kind family in the winter, so he decided to take his goats and move.
As winter approached, he packed his large backpack full of goat’s cheese and trekked for two days to a village he had never visited before.
With the fortune he carried on his back, it wasn’t difficult to find a place to stay for the winter.
The following spring, Gerhard decided to sell two of the goats and invest in a rifle to protect himself against wolves as he attempted to move further away from home, crossing the border into Switzerland.
In Switzerland, Gerhard met a beautiful young lady, fell in love, and settled down.
Many years later, a young woman arrived in the village, and Gerhard could instantly tell it was Jasmine.
He began to cry and hurried to greet her. However, the face that confronted him sent a chill down his spine.
From a close distance, Jasmine looked terrible, utterly worn out from years of hard work.
She recognized Gerhard but didn’t know whether to feel happy or sorry. One part of her was glad, while another part felt rage as she instantly realized he had stolen the goats, thereby turning her family’s life into a nightmare.
Conclusion of the story
In the second story shared in this Revelation, we have learned that it isn’t always easy to balance the principles of understanding oneness and knowing yourself. However, this is mainly because of four reasons:
Understanding what you and others are here to learn is never straightforward, often leading to the misconception that helping others is always beneficial. Often, it may even hinder their growth into genuinely happy individuals. In the story about the merry goatherd, this idea is illustrated by Gerhard’s loyalty to his family, even though they did not treat him as he wished.
Putting yourself first takes a lot of courage in a society that pressures you to prioritize your herd, rooted in primitive, animalistic energies. In the story, this is shown through Gerhard’s brave choice to leave everything behind and seek a new life beyond the mountains.
Knowing yourself is incredibly difficult until you realize that life isn’t something to fear. Why? – Because as long as you fear life, you will stick to what is familiar rather than seeking to conquer the unknown. In the story, this is shown by Jasmine, who stayed loyal to her family and endured a tough life, and by Gerhard, who climbed the mountain and found happiness.
You should always respect others, even if they do not respect you. In the story, this is shown by Gerhard’s inappropriate action of stealing the sheep, which belonged to his family, not him. This made life much more difficult for his parents and siblings, suggesting that Gerhard’s happy life in Switzerland wouldn’t last forever.
Writing 8 (#47): The concept of keys
Keys obviously relate to opening doors that would otherwise be locked, meaning realizing new opportunities.
However, the opposite is also true, indicating that the key symbolism is also about protection.
But protection against what? – From everyone who tries to exploit your energy. Let me clarify.
Unless you can lock your energy system by, for example, surrendering to what life offers at this precise moment instead of trying to achieve something you are not ready for, you will be energetically drained.
That said, more than anything else, keys are about seizing opportunities in four main areas, according to the list below:
Surrendering: Taking advantage of opportunities involving many people, such as starting a business, excelling in politics, becoming a best-selling author, and so on.
Understanding oneness: Embracing opportunities to benefit from others’ contributions and showing your full self without holding back.
Living life as a creative adventure: Embracing opportunities that demand discipline, planning, strength, and other core qualities associated with masculinity.
Knowing yourself: Seizing opportunities related to living your absolute fullest potential, which can only happen by knowing exactly which energies to merge with.
Writing 9 (#48): The Four Keys to God in everyday life
The Four Keys to God are intended to enhance the daily human experience in several ways, including helping individuals find the right balance between 1) surrendering to life and actively creating it, and 2) honoring others and honoring yourself.
As people get used to thinking in these terms, they will become masters in the art of living.
Therefore, the best way forward is to learn these principles, which perfectly capture what life is all about – experiencing individuality while being part of a collective experience.
To effectively integrate the Four Keys to God, consider the following helpful steps:
Always stay aware of the importance of surrendering to life.
Always keep in mind the importance of doing what is best for everyone, not just for yourself.
Consider what you genuinely want to experience in life by asking yourself what truly makes your heart smile.
Consider how to best care for your personal needs.
Writing 10 (#49): The history of the key symbolism
The most famous key on Earth is the Egyptian Ankh, which has a shape similar to a Christian cross but with the horizontal bar forming a circle.
This shape highlights the most important energetic pathway in a human’s twelve-dimensional body, connecting the Heart chakra at the center of the chest with the so-called Soul Star chakra, located a few decimeters above the head, outside the physical body.
This pathway allows a person to access memories of past lives – based on their ability to love, which is measured by the frequency of the Heart chakra – thus enabling them to reach their full potential in this life.
Writing 11 (#50): Adding more keys to one’s repertoire
After the Ankh, the next key to access is the one that opens the door to the chakra above the Soul Star, known as the Stellar Gateway, which connects a person with all of their Monadic wisdom.
Fully accessing this chakra equals ascending from the Earth plane and merging with one of the Ascended Masters who are currently part of your Higher Self.
Writing 12 (#51): The number one key to life
The number one key to life is your heart; however, not necessarily in the way you have anticipated. Allow me to explain.
When you have mastered life, meaning that you have healed your feminine and masculine sides and understood how to surrender, understand oneness, live life as a creative adventure, and know yourself in a balanced way, you have also healed your heart’s four chambers, related to 1) loving yourself, 2) loving your brothers and sisters on Earth, 3) loving your Higher Self, and 4) loving everything that has ever been and will be.
And when your Heart chakra is fully healed, it becomes a beacon of light to guide you in life, able to discern truth from lie at every moment.
Revelation 2 (#5): Accessing the human heart
In Gospel 1’s second Revelation, we are invited to connect with the human heart, which is the most critical part of the human body after the pineal gland, which is the physical aspect of the Third Eye chakra.
Writing 1 (#52): We intuitively understand the significance of the heart
Writing 2 (#53): Connecting with the heart is the path forward
Writing 3 (#54): The three main functions of the heart
Writing 4 (#55): The World Wide Web of hearts
Writing 5 (#56): Definition of an open heart
Writing 6 (#57): Heart health, the key to longevity
Writing 7 (#58): Communication through the heart
Writing 8 (#59): Heart energy, the real source of power
Writing 9 (#60): The human heart as a radiant sun
Writing 10 (#61): How to keep the heart vibrant
Writing 11 (#62): Three fascinating things about the heart
Writing 12 (#63): The magical power of the heart
Writing 1 (#52): We Intuitively Understand the Significance of the Heart
People on Earth have always talked about being ‘big-hearted,’ ‘following the heart,’ and ‘doing things from the heart,’ unconsciously expressing the truth that the heart is a being’s center of gravity. This means it is the main energetic hub through which you connect with all beings that exist as part of creation.
Consequently, by ‘doing things from the heart,’ we engage in actions that align with what is best for everyone, meaning that we act in accordance with God’s wishes.
When your heart has healed to a certain point, you can feel this as an expansive sensation when you do good and as a constrictive sensation when you do bad, with good and bad serving as metaphors for things that either support or hinder the evolution of life.
Writing 2 (#53): Connecting with the heart is the path forward
While disconnected from the heart, meaning you cannot feel whether you are doing good or bad things, you must rely on your mind to understand this.
However, what will the mind tell you about, for example, which party to vote for or which diet to follow? It will, of course, tell you what it believes is right, which, in turn, depends on the level of consciousness it can access.
In other words, without an open heart, you become a slave to your mind, implying you will follow the path in life that the mind has been taught is the best.
Writing 3 (#54): The three main functions of the heart
The heart has three main functions, including:
It is the main hub between all the beings that constitute creation.
It is the main gateway to your Higher Self, meaning it is the energy center where you can most easily sense if your actions align with God’s will or not.
It becomes a powerful vortex of energy once you have learned to respect God.
However, only someone vibrating with at least Christ consciousness can truly live from the heart, even if others believe they do. Why? – Because at a lower frequency, the signals from the heart aren’t strong enough to be consciously noticed.
Writing 4 (#55): The World Wide Web of hearts
Compare a single piece of wood burning alone with a large group of pieces burning together, naturally generating a powerful fire by supporting one another. Understand that human hearts function on the same principle. Let me explain.
By connecting your heart with others, which happens automatically when you feel each other's emotions and share the same goal of achieving something specific, you create a much stronger and more harmonious energy field than you could alone. This energy can be used for a variety of purposes, such as healing each other and opening portals into other dimensions.
The more people who join the heart field – meaning the more individuals who consciously participate in a particular cause – the more powerful achievements you can accomplish together.
Ultimately, all of humanity will share the mission of thriving together in life, creating an energy field so strong that it is impossible for us to imagine right now. In this field, it will be possible to, for example, communicate telepathically and access unlimited clean energy.
Writing 5 (#56): Definition of an open heart
An open heart corresponds to the Heart chakra, where high-frequency energy can flow freely, thereby raising the vibration of the entire cosmos.
We could also say that having an open heart implies being able to respect other people, despite their sometimes less enlightened actions.
Writing 6 (#57): Heart health, the key to longevity
When you vibrate with Christ consciousness, meaning that your heart leads you forward in life and you don’t get too upset about the drama of unconscious people, you access the most important source of healing, which is love.
So, what is love? It is the deepest respect for yourself and others, expressed through a profound understanding of God.
Writing 7 (#58): Communication through the heart
By listening to others and speaking with a lot of awareness in your heart, you will naturally express a higher truth than if you were disconnected from the heart and only operating from your mind.
For this reason, planet Earth has been a chaos for thousands of years.
Writing 8 (#59): Heart energy, the real source of power
The difference between heart power and, let’s say, willpower rooted in fear, is the faith behind it. Let me explain.
While willpower rooted in fear will drain the body and eventually cause exhaustion, willpower rooted in the heart will become stronger and stronger, and at the same time, your entire being will heal.
Writing 9 (#60): The human heart as a radiant sun
The human heart can be seen metaphorically as a radiant sun, in that a healed heart generates both light and warmth. Allow me to explain.
The light of a heart enables you to progress on the right path in life, and its warmth helps you to enjoy the journey.
We can say that the heart's guiding capacity is masculine, and its magical ability to make experiences feel warm instead of cold is feminine.
Consequently, with a fully healed heart, you embody everything needed to thrive in life. However, reaching that point requires the other five chakras to heal as well.
Writing 10 (#61): How to keep the heart vibrant
The only way to keep the heart vibrant is to understand God, which means realizing that we are all here to enjoy life after learning how to do so.
If you believe, for example, that some people are evil rather than unconscious or evolutionarily immature, you will live in fear, meaning your heart is closed, at least to some extent.
From this position, it is impossible to thrive in life, and you are more likely to conform to societal norms about right and wrong than to universal true principles.
Writing 11 (#62): Three fascinating things about the heart
The heart is a muscle that functions much like a mussel in the sea in that both purify the energy field around them.
The heart acts as the gateway to sacred lovemaking because it transmutes Creativity energy into Heart energy, that is, Thinking energy, allowing the Third Eye chakra to open.
When you cook with an open heart or bring people together in a team, the outcome will be much more harmonious than if you stay disconnected from your heart.
Writing 12 (#63): The magical power of the heart
Whenever your faith takes a hit and you feel either too passive or too active, you must revert to your center of gravity, which is your heart.
From there, you can connect with the vastness beyond your earthly self, genuinely feeling the truth of who you are.
To get there, you may find it helpful to use the mantra below:
I am the baby calling for my mother
I am
I am the heart connecting with my Higher Self
I am the Monad
I am the passion that moves mountains
I am truth
I am the wisdom of love
I am God
Revelation 3 (#6): Mastering the art of being human
In Gospel 1’s third Revelation, we will gain a deeper understanding of the unique experience of being a human incarnated on Earth, all with the purpose of helping people thrive in this life.
Writing 1 (#64): The essence of being human
Writing 2 (#65): The earthly illusion of separation
Writing 3 (#66): Life on Earth, a challenge that requires mastery
Writing 4 (#67): Humans are the creators of their lives
Writing 5 (#68): The essentials about reincarnations
Writing 6 (#69): Dying, the biggest illusion of them all
Writing 7 (#70): The joy of sharing life with others
Writing 8 (#71): The art of interacting with others
Writing 9 (#72): You are always massively supported
Writing 10 (#73): The temporality of an earthly life
Writing 11 (#74): The challenge of loving oneself
Writing 12 (#75): The purpose of existence
Writing 1 (#64): The essence of being human
Being human is to embody a touch more Feeling energy than the neighboring Creativity and Thinking energies, with Devotion energy being the least essential one.
Therefore, a human experience of life is about feeling oneself and others, in addition to being creative and intellectual.
In short, we can say that being human is to feel the joy of realizing a well-planned action.
Writing 2 (#65): The earthly illusion of separation
When you are disconnected from your heart, meaning that you don’t yet vibrate with at least Christ consciousness, you aren’t aware of who you are.
Instead of recognizing that you are a unique aspect of something inseparable, you see yourself as detached from everything else.
In short, you live in separation, resulting in you acting like a parasite, convinced that you are doing everything right.
Writing 3 (#66): Life on Earth, a challenge that requires mastery
Why does life on Earth require mastery? – Because until you realize that you are God, you will act as if you are not, which means you will fail to respect either your needs or someone else's.
Writing 4 (#67): Humans are the creators of their lives
Humans create their realities based on their level of consciousness, meaning they reap exactly what they have sown.
For example, if you have trouble with authorities, friends, or money, it is because life is trying to teach you something, and the lessons will continue for as long as needed.
Therefore, if you still face the same challenges in life as you did a few years ago, you haven’t been a very good student in the school called planet Earth.
Writing 5 (#68): The essentials about reincarnations
By incarnating as part of planet Earth, you have committed to three things:
To forget who you are, which you can only remember as an adult, assuming you vibrate with at least Christ consciousness.
To play a role in helping other people expand their level of consciousness by, for example, being an irritating neighbor, an abusive father, a sick child, and so forth.
To be guided on the path that is perfect for you, which may require many things to happen that you don’t desire at that particular moment, but that you will be able to see later was necessary to fulfill your dreams.
Writing 6 (#69): Dying, the biggest illusion of them all
Why do people believe they can die? – Because they don’t understand that they are consciousness, light, and potential.
Instead, they believe they are something that has come into existence out of nothing.
In other words, they fear their own distorted belief that God doesn’t exist.
Writing 7 (#70): The joy of sharing life with others
Why is life such a joyful experience when everything goes smoothly? – Because we are joy, meaning we inherently enjoy playing.
For this reason, we are social creatures who enjoy the company of others.
Think about it, if we didn’t enjoy other people’s company, why would we live so close together? You might say it is because we need each other to survive, just like animals rely on their pride. But this is only a surface-level explanation.
The reason animals are drawn to each other isn’t to survive, but because they enjoy being alive. For this reason, they need to organize their lives in a way that allows them to continue enjoying life.
The point here is that the fear of death is an illusion because it is impossible to die, suggesting there must be a higher purpose for our social nature. This purpose is joy.
So, by realizing that the ultimate purpose of life is to have fun, you might begin to see your friends in a new way, similar to how you did as a child.
Writing 8 (#71): The art of interacting with others
The only way to embrace others in an enlightened manner is to respect everyone’s uniqueness, including your own. However, you must always start with yourself.
So, what is a healthy relationship with yourself?
In fact, the foundation of a good relationship with yourself can be broken down into three parts: 1) the ability to be respectful towards yourself, 2) the ability to allow yourself to do the things you love doing, and 3) the ability to allow your unique character to shine through.
If you don’t respect yourself, you will be triggered by those who prioritize their own needs. If you can’t treat yourself generously, you will be triggered by those who can. And if you are too shy to reveal the parts of yourself you are proud of, you will criticize anyone who stands out from the crowd.
Therefore, relating to others in an enlightened way means loving others as you love yourself, as stated in the Bible. However, the crucial starting point is to love yourself.
Writing 9 (#72): You are always massively supported
As an emotional component of the Godhead, you represent an essential part of life, which is always supported by more evolved beings.
Most notably, you represent a micro-being within an Ascended Master, whose mission is to design the evolution of life.
From the perspective of this Ascended Master, your emotional response to various experiences represents a feedback mechanism, similar to how you experience nature. Allow me to explain.
If the Ascended Master observes your feelings and finds them inspiring, it is like you observing nature and feeling inspired.
For this reason, you are seeking to tame nature, just like an Ascended Master is seeking to tame you.
Put in other words, God wants us to feel inspired, and for that reason humans are protectors of nature and Ascended Masters are protectors of humans.
Writing 10 (#73): The temporality of an earthly life
An earthly human life is designed with a specific length to provide the necessary experiences for growth at a perfect pace – one that is neither too fast nor too slow.
If life could be better at a longer duration, it would be longer; and if it could be better at a shorter duration, it would be shorter.
However, a lifetime of roughly seventy to eighty years in a three-dimensional reality will quickly approach the maximum that the earthly human blueprint allows – one hundred and forty-four years – in the next few centuries.
That said, a human life on earth will always be divided into the three essential phases: childhood, adulthood, and old age.
Childhood, broadly speaking, represents the first six phases of a cycle, which is the expansive phase; adulthood marks the beginning of the contractive phase, represented by the enlightenment and abundance of the seventh and eighth phases; while early old age witnesses a gradual decline of the abundant state until one loses everything that prevents a return to God. This final phase is a relatively brief and beautiful process for everyone who has lived a wonderful life.
Writing 11 (#74): The challenge of loving oneself
The truth of existence
Even after reading Gospel 0: Life is Perfect, one might wonder why life exists.
However, as I have said before, no one can give a more correct answer to this question than stating that life is and explain how life started, that is, by unmanifested light becoming creation through the very first cycle of life that birthed the Seed of Life.
That being said, it is possible to delve even deeper into understanding the purpose of experiencing an earthly life than we have so far.
Let me take you there by sharing a brief story.
The story of a fisherman and his daughter
An old fisherman woke up early in the morning and began preparing for another day at sea to provide for his young daughter, who had sadly lost her mother during childbirth.
They were extremely poor and entirely reliant on the fish harvest. If there was no catch, they would have to go hungry until another opportunity arose the following day.
At times, they had to go without food for three or four days before they could replenish their supplies again.
One day, the fisherman died at sea and didn’t return home.
The now seventeen-year-old daughter instantly felt what had happened and knew they would never meet again.
Her grief was unimaginable, as she had lost the one and only thing in life that she truly loved – her protector and father.
As time went by, the daughter matured into an independent woman who supported herself by caring for other people’s children.
She loved her job and was happy and grateful most of the time.
At twenty-five, she met a handsome man, and within a year, she gave birth to a beautiful son.
However, just one month later, the son passed away, and the mother was once again plunged into the depths of sorrow.
Understandably, she began to question the purpose of living when it feels so incredibly painful. Nevertheless, she chose to persevere, at least for a time.
After a few more years, she had another son, who was healthy and began to grow.
Her love for him was immense, and every time she looked at him, she felt the presence of her father and her lost son.
Actually, just by looking into her son’s eyes, she somehow knew that neither her father nor her first-born son was dead, but alive somewhere else. How could she otherwise feel them so clearly?
When the fisherman’s daughter, now a mother, died many years later, leaving behind her beloved son, she instantly reunited with her father and firstborn son.
That meeting was so healing for her that she never needed to look back at the difficult times she had experienced.
She realized that her sorrows had been in vain; if only she had been completely convinced that she would soon see her father and son again.
In fact, that absolute knowing would have been sufficient to keep her happy throughout her earthly cycle of one human life.
Through this painful experience, she also realized that life isn’t as serious as she had believed when she was on earth. Why? – Because, while living on earth, she had always thought that she had lost her most precious reasons for being alive – her father and son – and was tempted to end her own life prematurely due to the pain she felt.
However, she now realized that the best way to live would have been to enjoy every moment shared with them, as well as every moment with others, without doubting who God truly is.
She realized that it is impossible to predict what life has in store for you and that the only sensible approach is to appreciate what you have in the present moment, whatever it may be.
If she had focused on doing things that brought her joy instead of mourning someone she mistakenly believed she would never see again, her earthly life could have been much better – perhaps even fantastic – despite her losses.
Lessons to learn from the fisherman story
The purpose of this story is to highlight how vulnerable we are unless we truly understand God.
But why are we like that? – Because if we can’t see the bigger picture of what is happening, our faith in God won’t be strong enough to prevent us from trying to find safety in a non-existent past or an illusory future, completely blocking a true experience of life.
In fact, worrying about what may happen in the future or dwelling on the past makes it impossible to experience joy and happiness – the true qualities of life.
So, what can we say about the deeper reason for experiencing life on Earth? – That it is about liberating oneself from the limitations caused by fear and doubt that block you from the immense possibilities generated by love and faith.
In other words, life on Earth is primarily a school in love and faith. And once you graduate from this school, you become a co-creator alongside everyone else who resonates with God consciousness.
In summary, by experiencing life on Earth, you free yourself from your limited understanding of who you truly are.
Writing 12 (#75): The purpose of existence
There is only one purpose of existence – to experience new things.
And the art of living is to do this in the highest possible way, bringing an abundance of love, joy, peace, transformation, and intimacy.
However, this can only be achieved by first understanding exactly how you are God. Why? – Because everyone has unique needs that must be met before we can discuss true happiness. For example, as long as a woman suppresses her need to do masculine things slowly, and a man suppresses his need to do feminine things quickly – that is, a woman needs to stay highly present and connected with what she does or she will see it as a waste of time, and a man cannot handle too much repetitive work but needs more mental stimulation – they will never live their truth and will never be able to merge in blissful lovemaking.
Revelation 4 (#7): Coping with the deadly sins of today
In Gospel 1’s fourth Revelation, we are introduced to the concept of the seven deadly sins, which outline the primary pitfalls for a genuine human striving for even higher experiences of life.
Writing 1 (#76): The significance of the deadly sins throughout time
Writing 2 (#77) An overview of today’s deadly sins
Writing 3 (#78): Being greedy
Writing 4 (#79): Killing
Writing 5 (#80): Prisoning yourself
Writing 6 (#81): Prisoning others
Writing 7 (#82): Not knowing the consequences of your actions
Writing 8 (#83): Suppressing your sexuality
Writing 9 (#84): Competing
Writing 10 (#85): Bigger awareness implies bigger responsibility
Writing 11 (#86): Rules only exist to help
Writing 12 (87): The deadly sins from a higher perspective
Writing 1 (#76): The significance of the deadly sins throughout time
The seven deadly sins – envy, gluttony, greed, lust, pride, sloth, and wrath – highlighted seven areas of life where people struggled in the past. For example, early Christians thought that God would be upset and punish them if they were greedy or lazy, ultimately leading to an eternity in hell rather than paradise.
The significance of these outdated beliefs is hard to overstate, as most people still feel guilty if they: 1) feel jealousy, 2) overeat, 3) feel greedy, 4) feel too horny for what is considered appropriate, 5) feel pride in themselves, 6) are lazy, or 7) lose their temper.
That said, from the perspective of a primitive person, who would struggle against their animalistic instincts of rage or horniness, we can understand why these seven topics were something to avoid as much as possible.
Nevertheless, these sins have long been outdated, only weighing us down as heavy burdens we must free ourselves from by realizing:
Envy only points to the fact that we haven’t yet connected with our true mission in life.
Gluttony only reflects a lack of selflove.
Greed is nothing but the fear of dying.
Lust only indicates health, ignoring the few cases of unhealthy sex addictions.
Pride only shows a healthy state of being unless we are discussing the self-defense mechanism of compensating for low self-esteem with artificial confidence.
Sloth is something most people should practice more, disregarding those who have lost their zest for life, to whom being lazy is only natural.
Also, wrath is healthy, as the opposite – suppressing one’s emotions – is the most detrimental thing to do.
Writing 2 (#77) An overview of today’s deadly sins
In the previous Writing, I recapitulated the original deadly sins with the intention to highlight their significance in the times that have been.
Let’s now turn to the unhealthy behaviors in today’s world, that is, the ‘sins’ that stand between you and a life abundant in money, love, and health.
‘Being greedy,’ referring to people’s fear of dying.
‘Killing,’ in the context of killing more than necessary by, for example, eating animals (if you do equally well on less conscious food sources such as vegetables), destroying nature, or harming physical things such as clothes, furniture, your car, or your house.
‘Prisoning yourself,’ referring to the widespread habit of suppressing your authenticity to please others.
‘Prisoning others,’ that is, not allowing other people’s authenticity to shine through.
‘Not Knowing the consequences of your actions,’ referring to the habit of acting thoughtlessly.
‘Suppressing your sexuality,’ that is, not allowing yourself to be whole and, thereby, failing to operate at your full capacity.
‘Competing,’ that is, trying to be better than others instead of cooperating.
Writing 3 (#78): Being greedy
If there were no desire for more, there would be no greed, right? So, why do people crave more money, more possessions, and more time to live? – Because they fear death.
However, how can the desire for more things be connected to a fear of dying? – In this sense, acquiring more material possessions offers a person temporary satisfaction, thereby easing the constant fear of ceasing to exist.
Therefore, the desire for more things is no different from seeking inner peace through watching TV, engaging in sex, using drugs, or striving for excessive achievement at work.
It symbolizes traversing the wrong path in life, seeking happiness outside of oneself.
Writing 4 (#79): Killing
By killing life, you create negative karma for yourself, explaining why most animals alternate between killing and being killed.
However, higher-evolved animals, such as monkeys, elephants, and most grass-eating cattle, tend to kill less, highlighting a stark contrast to predators and insects that mainly feed on smaller animals.
For example, ladybugs, despite their astonishing beauty, feed on aphids, while ants, despite their seemingly harmless nature from a human perspective, prey on tiny invertebrates.
In a similar way, humans who consume animals generate negative karma for themselves because their desire for life will be diminished compared to what it would be if they followed a healthier diet.
However, this doesn’t mean everyone should become a vegetarian overnight. Instead, it suggests that those who aren’t strongly attached to eating meat might be healthier and happier if they choose not to.
Writing 5 (#80): Prisoning yourself
Prisoning yourself is a metaphor for not allowing your true qualities to shine through, usually to avoid triggering other people who can’t give their gifts to the world and, consequently, feel irritated by those who can.
However, by concealing your true brilliance to satisfy narrow-minded individuals, you not only sacrifice your happiness but also contribute to a stifling environment where no one can flourish.
Writing 6 (#81): Prisoning others
By preventing others from expressing their unique character, for instance by criticizing their behavior or isolating those you perceive as threats to your self-esteem, you become a destructive force that worsens life for everyone.
Instead, try to observe your feelings to identify what aspects of other people’s behavior trigger you, understanding that this indicates a healing need within you that must be addressed to achieve a state of true and lasting happiness.
Writing 7 (#82): Not knowing the consequences of your actions
By believing that the reality you face is created by someone else rather than by you, you resemble a spoiled child who demands life to be as they wish without showing any interest in putting in the effort to create it that way – an attitude that is often supported by wounded parents who think they will hurt their children by not giving them everything they ask for.
Instead, try to treat your children with the love and trust that God treats you, which is the fastest way for them to thrive fully in this earthly experience of life.
Writing 8 (#83): Suppressing your sexuality
Suppressing your sexuality by believing it is wrong or bad to pursue your dreams in this area, assuming they are reasonably healthy, prevents you from accessing the energies needed to be whole, giving you no chance to reach your full potential.
Here, the best thing you can do is, as always, to be true to yourself by listening to the signals in your heart and obtaining the courage to follow them.
However, by not chasing your desires but surrendering to what life brings your way, you ensure that you fulfill your dreams in divine timing, avoiding the mess that sexual affairs can easily create, especially considering the relatively low frequency that Earth will experience for another few decades.
Writing 9 (#84): Competing
The concept of competition dates back to when people began to lose sight of life's true meaning, specifically around the time we entered a 12,000-year-long cosmic winter.
So, what is the meaning of life? – To co-create marvelous experiences with all beings that exist.
However, by competing instead of co-creating, you transform life into a primitive ego-fulfilling drama, in which no one will be truly happy, including those who are perceived as better than others.
Instead, release the primitive urge to compete and embrace life for what it genuinely is.
Writing 10 (#85): Bigger awareness implies bigger responsibility
The more you evolve, the more you are expected to help others evolve too, and the stronger and faster the Law of Karma strikes. Why? – Because you vibrate at a higher frequency, implying that the energy you radiate returns much quicker.
However, how are you supposed to help others evolve? – By setting an example of how to live rightly, that is, from a balance between feelings and mental thinking, based on what is possible for humans at this stage of their evolution.
The only thing you, as an enlightened human being, must be a bit careful with, is to avoid holding others too much, most notably your children and partners. Why? – Because in close and loving relationships, it is much easier to lose yourself than in relationships with people you care less about.
Writing 11 (#86): Rules only exist to help
The deadly sins presented in Gospel 1’s fourth Revelation shouldn’t be seen as dogmatic rules but as valuable advice to everyone seeking enlightenment.
By steering clear of these sins, you protect yourself from making the most frequent mistakes that individuals resonating with Christ or Cosmic consciousness, seeking God consciousness – namely, fully awakening their Third Eye chakra – still commit.
Writing 12 (87): The deadly sins from a higher perspective
The deadly sins just described pave the way for a life of genuine and lasting happiness.
However, as mentioned at the start of this Revelation, sin isn’t a word for the future but is used solely to anchor this text firmly in the Christian tradition, which has been necessary to help people see that the Christian intent wasn’t evil, but a perfect reflection of what people needed to advance when the deadly sins first reached a broader audience.
This is essential for people to understand because all of us are, more or less, wounded by crimes committed in the name of God, which blocks us from accessing God consciousness.
Revelation 5 (#8): Dealing with time on Earth
In Gospel 1’s fifth Revelation, we explore how to relate to the illusory concept of time while being incarnated on Earth, concluding that the best thing everyone can do is to live life according to the truth that time doesn’t exist.
Writing 1 (#88): The root cause of lack
Writing 2 (#89): The desire for longevity
Writing 3 (#90): The illusion of happiness
Writing 4 (#91): The limitations of a human life
Writing 5 (#92): Transformation is the key to longevity
Writing 6 (#93): The concept of time
Writing 7 (#94): Quality time instead of quantity
Writing 8 (#95): Experiencing true abundance
Writing 9 (#96): Physical health
Writing 10 (#97): Healthy maintenance work
Writing 11 (#98): Merging with God consciousness
Writing 12 (#99): The highest truth of time
Writing 1 (#88): The root cause of lack
If there were no fear, there wouldn’t be any sense of lack. Why? – Because fear prevents energy from flowing, which is the root cause of poverty, disease, war, and irritation.
However, how does fear block energy? – By creating resistance to its natural flow. For instance, if you fear having too little money, you obstruct the flow of money from you. Likewise, if you are afraid to express your true self, you stifle the energies necessary for health. And, if you fear death, you may engage in conflicts with others in wars or simply express irritation about their behavior.
The ultimate fear among people on Earth is death because all beings that experience creation have at least a slight fear of ceasing to exist. Let me explain why.
Deep at the core of your being, you know that creation is temporary and that everything dear to you like your name and your memories will become meaningless at some point.
Therefore, to avoid deceiving yourself by becoming too attached to an illusion, you unconsciously build barriers between yourself and life. You feel this deep within, manifesting as a sense of fear.
Consequently, the mother of all fears is the fear of not existing.
Writing 2 (#89): The desire for longevity
As people acquire everything imaginable in terms of material wealth, the next logical step is to be able to retain these possessions for as much time as possible, which explains why so many extremely wealthy individuals on Earth are interested in the topic of longevity.
Writing 3 (#90): The illusion of happiness
In an earthly life, it is easy to believe that happiness originates in material abundance, while the truth is that material abundance originates in happiness.
Thus, people give up their lives to attain the freedom to act as they wish, without fully recognizing the madness of this approach.
However, at some point, they realize they can make money by deceiving others into believing they can solve their problems related to money, love, and good health, often with good intentions. Some individuals even achieve financial abundance by learning creative ways to channel other people’s money into their own pockets.
On the surface, this may appear to be success and happiness, but the reality is that it isn’t. Why? – Because they aren’t fostering genuine happiness, but rather, at best, illusions of happiness.
But what is real happiness? It is to vibrate with the frequencies of love, joy, peace, transformation, and bliss, symbolized by the numbers two through six – while the number one is about experiencing duality, meaning life – implying that you are enlightened, the number seven, and abundant, the number eight.
However, isn’t that exactly what you do when you have found a way to receive other people’s money? – No, you vibrate with happiness when you have discovered how to receive other people’s gratitude, which also, sooner or later, leads to material abundance.
Writing 4 (#91): The limitations of a human life
Life on earth has built-in limitations
A human being is designed to live for a maximum of one hundred and forty-four years when its mental bodies have been healed completely.
However, you may have intentionally chosen a shorter life than you could have lived to better align with the time periods of your loved ones or because you have other priorities elsewhere.
That said, it is beyond the scope of The Fourth Testament to reveal the precise mechanisms of aging; however, the most essential factors are as follows: a joy for life, the ability to love, and the frequency of the environment.
Consequently, it will take many years before most people reach the age of one hundred and forty-four. However, as people live longer due to their healing, many will deceive themselves into believing that humanity is advancing toward achieving eternal earthly lives.
The importance of not challenging our limitations
As you might have noticed, there is an increasing interest in this world to manipulate the human organism in an attempt to make it live longer.
However, this won’t work but only create problems.
For instance, modifying human DNA often results in unexpected consequences, which are sometimes undetectable even when there is a willingness to identify them – though that willingness is rarely present in such cases.
Simply accept that the best way for people to live longer is to heal.
Understand where you do have limitations and where you don’t
There is widespread confusion among people on earth as regards to in which ways they are limited and in which ways they aren’t, summarized in the lists below:
The five areas where people underestimate themselves most include:
Their capacity to heal.
Their ability to influence others by setting an example.
Their ability to communicate telepathically.
Their ability to form physical matter using only their Third Eye chakras.
Their capacity to communicate with beings in other dimensions.
The five areas where people overestimate themselves most include:
Their capacity to change the climate on earth.
Their ability to support the human organism with pharmaceuticals and similar substances.
Their ability to rationally understand the universe.
Their belief that they can leave earth and settle in other parts of the universe.
Their idea that they can create peace by producing weapons and killing life.
Writing 5 (#92): Transformation is the key to longevity
The key to living a long earthly life is to constantly transform yourself without losing your zest for life by becoming bitter.
Therefore, the key to a long life is to maintain a high frequency of love, joy, peace, transformation, and sexual expression despite the many challenges that a life in a low-vibrating physical dimension entails.
In fact, the best way to become an excellent ‘shapeshifter,’ meaning someone who keeps rising after falling, despite the pain, is to realize that nothing in life happens for a bad reason; actually, it is quite the opposite.
Always remember that there is a blessing in every moment for everyone who can see it, and you will live much longer than you would otherwise.
Lastly, the issue with many longevity-enhancing treatments, besides being potentially harmful to your health, is that they divert your attention from life’s beautiful and natural course to something artificial, thus harming your ability to shapeshift. How? – By convincing you that the Holy Grail is found outside of yourself.
Writing 6 (#93): The concept of time
Time is an illusion in the sense that it only exists as a measurement of two evolutionary states.
However, why is it illusory to measure two states in evolution in minutes or hours?
To answer this question, first consider that an illusion is something that appears as something other than it truly is.
Consequently, from our perspective, it appears as if time has passed between you starting to prepare a dinner and completing it. However, the only thing that has happened is that you have learned more things, and gained more experiences.
So, why are we so keen on boxing the series of events, called cooking dinner, as time passing? – Because we are so disconnected from life.
If people lived in the present moment, which happens naturally when they have healed and connected with God consciousness, they wouldn’t bother about time.
Clock time would cease to exist and people wouldn’t bother much about scheduling meetings with others, but trust in the cosmic truth that life unfolds perfectly.
Consequently, planning your life is a manifestation of distrust in its perfection.
Writing 7 (#94): Quality time instead of quantity
The magic happens in the present moment
In the present moment, everything that exists can be accessed, including the past, the present, and the future. However, the past is accessed through who you are, while the future is accessed through your dreams, meaning the present is everything that isn’t tied to your personal story.
Therefore, by detaching from your personal story by living in the now, you align yourself with all the expressions of life with whom you co-create our collective experience, thus enabling much more powerful creations.
The concept of quality time
When there is no sense of time passing, nothing can disturb you. Why? – Because you are entirely detached from your personal stories, meaning you are liberated from who you are based on your experiences and aspirations for the future. As a result, there are no threats to your identity or ego.
And, when you don’t experience any threats, you are fearless, implying your frequency of vibration is as high as it can possibly be with your understanding of God.
Therefore, quality time equals the experience of no time passing.
Writing 8 (#95): Experiencing true abundance
The link between abundance and longevity
At first glance, it seems that a long life equals abundance. However, true abundance can only be felt in the present moment, suggesting that the number of years one lives on earth is irrelevant in this context.
Instead, what matters is the quality time.
The more quality time you have, the more abundant you are, meaning that a one-hundred-year-old person might be less abundant in accumulated quality time than a toddler.
However, a person who hasn’t experienced a lot of abundance is unlikely to become one hundred years old. Why? – Because time is a burden on the human physical body, meaning, roughly speaking, that the more present you are in life, the longer you will live.
However, please understand that this is a blunt statement, as many factors determine how long a person will live.
Living abundantly
By focusing most of your awareness on the present moment, rather than on what has just occurred or what is about to happen, you live as abundantly as possible.
However, this doesn’t necessarily imply that you have millions in your bank account, countless friends, and multiple lovers. Instead, it suggests that you are as abundant as your level of consciousness permits you to be.
Therefore, living in the present moment is to bring your highest potential to the surface.
In fact, if you focus too much on the past or the future, you create obstacles to what life is seeking to manifest right now, meaning you turn yourself into a destructive force that can’t be rewarded with a feeling of bliss, or the universe would be unintelligent.
Consequently, living abundantly is the reward for supporting life, manifesting in many ways, including vibrant health, wealth, plenty of adventures, and plenty of joy.
Writing 9 (#96): Physical health
There are no shortcuts to health
By living in the present moment, you maximize your chances of being healthy. However, there are no shortcuts to healing your mental bodies, that is, to grasp what life truly is.
Thus, being present is essential for vibrant health, though it does not guarantee it.
How time destroys the human body
Everything that exists is subject to friction, which means that everything will eventually cease to exist, often seamlessly transforming into something new.
For a person experiencing a third-dimensional earthly life, the number one friction to their body is the perceived truth of time.
As a result, the more monotonous your life becomes and the harder it is for you to concentrate on the present moment, the quicker you will age. Again, this is a general statement, assuming all other factors that influence aging remain constant.
Because of this, the best thing you can do to live longer is to engage in the things you truly love and be present while doing so.
For example, if you enjoy spending time with others, being alone for extended periods is likely to speed up your aging process. Conversely, if you value time alone, excessive social interaction would accelerate your aging.
To potentially live as long as possible, given your level of consciousness, make sure to engage in the activities you love as often as you can.
Writing 10 (#97): Healthy maintenance work
The first sign of a dying human body is tension in muscles, emotions, and thoughts, implying that the most effective way to reverse aging is to find a way to remove this tension.
How can this be done? – By stretching your mind through experiencing new things like discovering new hobbies, trying new foods, meeting new people, and so on.
Writing 11 (#98): Merging with God consciousness
When you live in the present moment, firmly connected with the higher aspects of who you are through your three feminine and three masculine mental bodies, linked to Enlightened, Divine, and Blissful beings, you have the potential to vibrate with God Consciousness, that is, the highest frequency that creation allows for any being.
In this frequency, time doesn’t exist; only the unfoldment of creation does, similar to how young children can play for hours without a feeling of time passing.
In this vibration, you are one with God.
And, by being one with God, that is, by being aligned with the highest aspect that you can consciously connect with, Mother Earth or Sophia, you are automatically aligned with the entire cosmos. How? – Through the impulses that Sophia radiates.
Writing 12 (#99): The highest truth of time
The highest truth of time is that it doesn’t exist.
The second highest truth of time is that it is precious when you experience creation.
The third highest truth about time is that everything moves faster at higher frequencies, meaning we perceive it as time passing more quickly.
The fourth and final truth about time is that it is subjective, meaning that no one experiences the unfolding of life the same way as someone else.
By contemplating these four truths, you may improve your ability to live your earthly life as if time doesn’t exist, which is the highest truth, and as if time were extremely precious, which is the second highest truth, meaning you will live with all your awareness focused on what you do in the present moment.
Revelation 6 (#9): Taking care of yourself
In Revelation 6, we focus on the twelve most important aspects to care for yourself in a fifth-dimensional reality.
Writing 1 (#100): Conscious breathing
Writing 2 (#101): Expressing love
Writing 3 (#102): Communicating with life
Writing 4 (#103): Surrounding yourself with beauty
Writing 5 (#104): Fifth-dimensional exercising
Writing 6 (105): Being friendly to people
Writing 7 (#106): Meditating in a fifth-dimensional way
Writing 8 (#107): Protecting your energy
Writing 9 (#108): Thinking correctly
Writing 10 (#109): Shaking and stretching
Writing 11 (#110): Conscious movement
Writing 12 (#111): Fifth-dimensional praying
Writing 1 (#100): Conscious breathing
By being aware of your inhalations and exhalations, they automatically become longer and slower, implying that you align yourself with the natural rhythm of life.
Consequently, you increase your chances of living your highest potential.
Writing 2 (#101): Expressing love
The art of expressing love is to act on the feelings that arise in your heart rather than just letting them fade.
Consequently, expressing love is a cooperation between your feminine and masculine sides.
Writing 3 (#102): Communicating with life
As a human, you communicate with life by feeling it, meaning you need to progress slowly to be aware of all the plants, animals, fellow humans, and more evolved, spiritual beings who exist as part of you.
Unless you can feel these beings, you will perceive it as you live in separation from life and act accordingly.
Writing 4 (#103): Surrounding yourself with beauty
By surrounding yourself with beauty, you pick a low-hanging fruit in terms of keeping your frequency as high as possible throughout the day.
Writing 5 (#104): Fifth-dimensional exercising
In a truly fifth-dimensional reality, exercising as people on Earth understand it doesn’t exist. However, until we reach that state, it is very beneficial for the physical, emotional, and even mental bodies to move daily in a light and inspiring way.
Writing 6 (#105): Being friendly to people
The easiest way to earn good karma is to be friendly to others. It costs nothing, and the worst that can happen is that you make someone's day better – even if they didn’t necessarily deserve it.
Writing 7 (#106): Meditating in a fifth-dimensional way
In a fifth-dimensional reality, it doesn’t really make sense to sit down and practice meditation. Instead, you naturally engage in everything with full presence.
Consequently, we can say that life becomes a meditation.
Writing 8 (#107): Protecting your energy
The only thing you need to do to protect your energy field against lower vibrations is to live your truth, which implies saying no to people and activities you don’t want to make part of your life.
Writing 9 (#108): Thinking correctly
Thinking positively can lead to a better life than thinking negatively. However, someone with a fully open Third Eye chakra doesn’t view things as positive or negative but as truth or lie, meaning there’s no point in deceiving yourself into thinking that someone harmful to life is doing good.
Writing 10 (#109): Shaking and stretching
By regularly shaking and stretching, much like many animals do, you help your physical, emotional, and even mental bodies process information. This supports the integration of your life experiences, which will significantly boost your health and versatility.
Writing 11 (#110): Conscious movement
Conscious movement means cooking, walking, making love, playing, and similar activities done with complete awareness of what you are doing.
Therefore, conscious movement is like fifth-dimensional meditation, but it also enhances your freedom by keeping joints and muscles lubricated.
Writing 12 (#111): Fifth-dimensional praying
In a fifth-dimensional reality, praying is equivalent to thinking, meaning that a God-conscious person naturally concentrates on the necessary thoughts, whether asking for help, expressing gratitude, or just socializing.
Revelation 7 (#10): Living in the highest possible way
The only way to thrive in an earthly life is to master the art of living your truth, which requires certain skills, as discussed in Revelation 7.
Writing 1 (#112): Surrendering to a higher power
Writing 2 (#113): Maintaining an open heart
Writing 3 (#114): Looking after yourself and others
Writing 4 (#115): Having discipline
Writing 5 (#116): Laughing
Writing 6 (#117): Being humble
Writing 7 (#118): Never doubt
Writing 8 (#119): Being courageous
Writing 9 (#120): Always reverting to your center
Writing 10 (#121): Staying grounded
Writing 11 (#122): Inviting divinity to your life
Writing 12 (#123): Having faith
Writing 1 (#112): Surrendering to a higher power
Being born as part of creation inherently involves becoming a Buddha, or an enlightened being, which occurs automatically through experiencing life and thus building your multidimensional light body.
If you believe you are here to demonstrate your skills, you are right, but if you also believe you have nothing left to learn, you won’t showcase your skills in a way that promotes the growth of life, but rather in a way that hinders it.
Consequently, no matter how successful you become from your perspective, you must never forget that you are still just a little drop of water in a very vast ocean.
Writing 2 (#113): Maintaining an open heart
Maintaining an open heart is a metaphor for not becoming depressed as things don’t play out the way you had wished in life.
But how can you do this? – By always returning to the essence of life, which is to create and have fun.
No matter how tough the lesson you are about to learn might be, which could cause a lot of suffering, there is still something you can enjoy – like some good food or a good movie that makes your life better.
So, never underestimate the value of simple earthly pleasures, because sometimes that is exactly what you need to find the inspiration to keep going.
Writing 3 (#114): Looking after yourself and others
True compassion – specifically, the ability to sense the reality of oneness – serves as a significant game changer in the world.
When people can truly feel others, rather than merely use other people’s challenging situations as triggers to access trapped emotions within themselves, they realize the importance of rising up together, as one big family.
Therefore, compassion in the word’s true meaning isn’t about empathizing with others, but about being evolved enough to accurately feel what others feel.
This capacity completely changes how people behave, making them tread so much more lightly on the ground, knowing that we are one inseparable family of God.
Writing 4 (#115): Having discipline
What is discipline?
Is it the ability to do the things you know are critical but a bit boring or tiring? – No, fifth-dimensional discipline is all about feeling your truth. Let me explain.
If you exercise because you have learned that it is healthy to exercise, rather than because you feel an inner desire to do so, you suppress your truth. In other words, you allow your lower mental mind to override cosmic truth.
So, what is cosmic truth? – That you are a sovereign being who can only attain a blissful life by following your truth.
However, isn’t it healthy to exercise since all scientific data supports it? – Of course, it is healthy to move, but only if you want to.
However, many people who avoid exercising don’t do so because it feels wrong, but because they don’t listen closely enough to their feelings. Let me explain.
If you think it would be good for you to exercise but feel resistance and decide to stay home eating a bag of chips, you are likely suppressing the underlying reason why you don’t want to exercise.
You probably have a suppressed need for love, meaning someone to care for you, rather than to take on something that could be a little challenging if you are not used to it.
The bag of chips may be the best way for you to care for yourself right now, with the potential problem being that you lack the discipline to live your truth, realizing that you have cared for yourself by eating chips and skipping training, but believe you have been doing poorly.
A proper way to handle this situation is to acknowledge that you have been pretty gentle with yourself by not forcing yourself to exercise against your will.
After some time, you will hopefully feel more nourished by love, specifically selflove – the most powerful form of love – and you are likely to develop a stronger desire for movement. Why? – Because movement is life, and a healthy person doesn't detach themselves from life. Only an unhealthy person does.
So, understand that fifth-dimensional discipline is mainly about living your own truth, not anyone else’s.
Writing 5 (#116): Laughing
You laugh because there is so much joy inside you that it needs to be expressed.
Consequently, the happier you are, the more you will laugh. However, it is very common for people to suppress their happiness because they don’t feel comfortable laughing.
The underlying reason is that happy people tend to provoke those who are unhappy, which explains why the most depressed person in a room often sets the tone for the whole group.
The way to address this is to have the discipline to live your own truth rather than others'.
Writing 6 (#117): Being humble
Being humble involves mastering the skill of staying honest with yourself, meaning you should neither underestimate nor overestimate your true abilities.
However, this is very challenging for humans because we are all limited to understanding life only based on our past experiences.
Because of this, everyone perceives reality differently and finds it difficult to build harmonious relationships with each other.
However, this shifts when people attain the evolutionary maturity of God consciousness, allowing them to view life from a much higher perspective than just as one isolated Earthly life.
In fact, as long as you observe yourself from the perspective that you have no past or future, i.e., past lives and an evolutionary lineage to follow, life will appear as completely illogical.
So, how do you obtain a clear view of who you are and where you are heading? – By zooming out and learning about your past lives.
Only then can you be truly humble, that is, someone who can understand their strengths and weaknesses, as well as their role in creation.
Writing 7 (#118): Never doubt
What is doubt, I mean, what are you doubting when you, for example, believe that you cannot learn a new language or find a good partner? You are doubting God.
Therefore, by doubting anything, you cast doubt on the divine plan, which ultimately involves questioning God’s existence, thinking that life isn’t good.
So, what should you do when you doubt your ability to accomplish something that inspires you and that you dream of achieving? – Trust.
But what should you trust in? – That life will guide you on the perfect path to experience everything you truly dream of – a path that may require not just trust, but also fifth-dimensional discipline and patience.
In fact, trust, discipline, and patience are all you need to succeed in life.
Writing 8 (#119): Being courageous
Nothing is more important in life than being courageous. However, few people understand what it really means.
For example, is being courageous about forcing yourself to do something that scares you? – No, it is about being able to deviate from the norm. Let me explain.
Courage, as shown in fiction, like when a knight fearlessly rescues a princess from captivity, isn’t about genuine human courage but about animalistic instinct, just like it isn’t because of courage that a lion can fight another lion.
No, courage is a skill that is developed over many lives as a being evolves from herd mentality toward divine sovereignty.
Lastly, if you want to live courageously, don’t try to force yourself to be brave, but just start doing things your way, regardless of what other people think.
Writing 9 (#120): Always reverting to your center
What is your centre of being?
To understand this, consider that you are evolving in a particular direction, i.e., from animal to human to an Enlightened being. Consequently, your centre of being is as human, or at least a very advanced animal that still struggles a bit to love itself sometimes.
The significance of this is that you shouldn’t become too involved in creativity (the Animal world) or in thinking (the Enlightened world), but always return to deep feeling.
Therefore, it is essential for you to experience earthly life from the inside out, meaning never go against what feels good.
Writing 10 (#121): Staying grounded
What does it mean to be grounded? Is this a way of describing how firmly you are connected to the Earth? – Yes and no.
Of course, being grounded means feeling very at home on Earth and experiencing life intensely through your physical and emotional bodies, without being overly present in your lower mind.
However, more than anything else, being grounded means staying detached from conspiracy theories.
In fact, the less grounded you are, the harder it becomes to distinguish truth from lies. This suggests that so-called spiritual people, who might prefer to remain detached from society and are more inclined to seek out-of-body experiences using psychedelic mushrooms, believing they are enlightened, rather than work a normal job and deal with everyday problems, are less likely to understand God.
Writing 11 (#122): Inviting divinity to your life
What does it mean to invite divinity or God into your life? – That you acknowledge that you are much more than an isolated human being.
It means that you are aware that life is created as a multidimensional universe, where all beings have a unique role.
But how can you invite God into your life? Isn’t she already there? She is, but if you are not aware of her, no one will interfere with your process. In other words, if you believe you are separate from others, life won’t bother trying to change your perception.
Therefore, you must actively invite the higher aspects of yourself and galactic beings to co-create with you, should that be your desire.
Writing 12 (#123): Having faith
What is faith? Is it to believe blindly that life is good and that everything will be fine eventually?
No, faith isn't about believing but about knowing.
So, what is the difference between believing and knowing? – Experience.
If you believed something would happen, and then it did, you replaced expectations of truth with actual truth, suggesting that the path of growing faith is to form new expectations that will soon become realities.
In fact, the more you have experienced, the more you will realize that things don’t happen randomly but according to strict principles.
For example, you learn that every time you thought life betrayed you, there was a good reason for it, meaning you gradually replace doubt with faith, which equals replacing unknowing with knowing.
Revelation 8 (#11): Obtaining divine and perfect health
Writing 1 (#124): The importance of being healthy
Writing 2 (#125): The misunderstandings of health
Writing 3 (#126): Health reflects balance
Writing 4 (#127): Balance reflects harmony
Writing 5 (#128): Harmony reflects respect
Writing 6 (#129): Respect reflects understanding
Writing 7 (#130): Understanding reflects love
Writing 8 (#131): Why life is a reflection of love
Writing 9 (#132): The path to obtaining divine and perfect health
Writing 10 (#133): The number one tool to support your health
Writing 11 (#134): The art of healing
Writing 12 (#135): The blessing of experiencing life in a healthy body
Writing 1 (#124): The importance of being healthy
There are seven reasons for being physically healthy, listed below from most to least critical:
A healthy body reflects healthy thoughts, indicating that you understand who you are.
Physical health is a prerequisite for thriving in creation.
Without vibrant health, you will look for joy in life in things that aren’t healthy, such as unhealthy food, unhealthy drinks, too much screen time, and more.
Without a healthy body, you will try to bend the laws of life in your favor, believing you can replace necessary change with pharmaceuticals.
Unless you are healthy, you will resist change, believing that movement is harmful.
Without a healthy physical body, it will be hard to thrive in your sexual relationships.
Without a healthy body, you will spend most of your time suffering, effectively destroying your enthusiasm for experiencing creation.
Writing 2 (#125): The misunderstandings of health
Generally speaking, people believe that health is related to three factors: genetics, lifestyle, and nutrition.
However, this is utterly wrong, reflecting one of the many illusions in the school planet Earth. In fact, if people could open their minds to the idea that physical health relates to their level of consciousness, they would stop searching for it in hospitals, health stores, or yoga shalas, surrendering to the most effective healing path there is, called living.
Writing 3 (#126): Health reflects balance
Health is a state of being that is characterized by perfect order inside of creation/the universe, something that implies a perfect flow of energy inside and outside of all beings that constitute life.
In fact, health results from evolutionary forces that have been at work for eons.
Let me provide an example: An animal can be perfectly healthy in its role as an animal, succumbing to its primitive instincts and thus creating order both within itself and in its environment. For instance, internal order can be achieved through fasting, meaning killing micro-organisms to fight off an infection, while external order is established by killing for food, thereby ensuring that no species becomes overly abundant.
However, as an animal gradually breathes in more Feeling and less explosive Creativity energy, it starts to listen more to its emotions than its instincts, meaning it is transforming into a human being.
In this transformational process from animal to human, it must learn to accept guidance from a new lighthouse, metaphorically speaking, that is, emotions rather than instincts, something that cannot be done perfectly until grasping the higher truth of oneness.
Until a profound understanding of God has been obtained, the tendency will always be to follow one’s emotions without understanding how they originate, i.e., without giving much attention to one’s mentality.
However, through suffering, animals begin to resonate with higher-vibrating thoughts, suggesting they are becoming enlightened and evolving into a truly human perspective of life.
Finally, in the Human world, balance is obtained in a very different way than in the Animal world. Let me explain.
While animals exist by the Law of the Jungle, where the strongest prevail, true human beings act according to what is right.
However, what is right? – The actions that protect everyone’s unique experience of life, that is, those actions that demonstrate respect for God.
Writing 4 (#127): Balance reflects harmony
When animals hunt for food based on their instincts, nature becomes harmonious and beautiful rather than overpopulated by a single species, which can threaten the entire ecosystem. In the human world, the same principle applies, suggesting that harmony is achieved when people express their true nature.
However, the true nature of humans isn’t to kill, as Moses told people thousands of years ago, but to love unconditionally, meaning to respect the uniqueness of all beings.
When this happens, the most beautiful harmony emerges in the Human world, akin to someone playing just the right notes on an instrument.
Moreover, these so-called harmonious chords are pleasant to the ear because their sub-parts (the individual notes of the chord) vibrate in a way that enhances the overall beauty beyond that of each note individually.
Translated to the Human world, harmony is obtained by people learning to respect the individual needs of other people, animals, and plants.
Writing 5 (#128): Harmony reflects respect
Harmony arises, as just said, when everyone’s inherent beauty is respected, like, for example, when the note C is paired with E and G instead of F and A.
In other words, the inherent beauty of the note C is not respected when it is paired with F and A, as these notes make C sound less harmonious than it does at its own frequency.
In the same way, you fail to respect your children’s inherent beauty if you try to match them with activities and tasks that you enjoy rather than the ones they would choose themselves.
Consequently, harmony is a reflection of respect, which, in turn, requires an understanding of energies.
Furthermore, in the chord and parenting examples just mentioned, understanding could be called knowledge about music theory or knowledge about your children’s true needs.
In fact, when you truly understand what someone needs to shine, you know how to love unconditionally.
Writing 6 (#129): Respect reflects understanding
How do you learn about respect? – You live.
Actually, life is specifically designed to teach all aspiring human beings to respect each other, or they will suffer.
Consequently, learning to do things that lead to harmony instead of disharmony is what life is all about.
This understanding is what we refer to as intelligence or consciousness, which, in the case of a human being, has three distinct levels: Christ, Cosmic, and God consciousness, closely related to the flow of energy through one’s Heart, Throat, and Third Eye chakras, respectively.
In other words, understanding life is the very thing that leads to respect, the only thing that can create a feeling of harmony, which, in turn, indicates that everything is in balance.
Writing 7 (#130): Understanding reflects love
Why does understanding life reflect love? – Because love is the name for the warm feeling that we can have for ourselves and others, that arises when we feel safe. And the only thing that can stop us from feeling safe is fear, which can only arise from a misunderstanding of life.
For example, if you are afraid of being attacked as you walk home in the middle of the night, or afraid of loosing all your money on a bad investment, you haven’t understood how life works. Specifically, you believe that you can control life’s responses to your actions.
For this reason, you believe you can fail to control something, which is the root cause of fear.
However, if you can surrender to the fact that you have no chance to control life, you stop fearing that you will be attacked around the next corner or that you will lose your money.
You may be attacked, and you may lose your money. This you can’t know. But you can trust in the truth that if so happens, it will serve you well.
Writing 8 (#131): Why life is a reflection of unconditional love
Life reflects unconditional love in the sense that creation is designed to generate unique experiences.
For this reason, being jealous of someone else or trying to benefit yourself at the expense of another being is impossible, leading only to painful learnings.
Writing 9 (#132): The path to obtaining divine and perfect health
The path to achieving divine and perfect health is called evolution, meaning the process of transforming oneself from a healthy animal into a healthy human.
The completion of this process is what Jesus referred to as ‘the second coming of Christ,’ suggesting that all of humanity would live in harmony with one another.
Moreover, this ‘second coming of Christ’ coincides with earth entering a cosmic summer and the Age of Aquarius, suggesting that people’s healing will be supported by both a rise in frequency and advanced technology.
However, despite higher frequency and tools to support people’s health, the number one path to divine and perfect health will always be the same, that is, learning to love God unconditionally, starting with yourself.
When you can treat yourself nicely, allow yourself to be you, and give yourself everything you really want, your heart starts to vibrate with a higher frequency. This makes it much easier to love other people, which increases the frequency even more.
Consequently, the main road to divine and perfect health starts by obtaining the courage to please yourself, despite the high probability that such behavior will trigger difficult emotions in everyone around you who is still trapped in the destructive behavior of living life from the outside in.
Writing 10 (#133): The number one tool to support your health
There are many tools to support your healing. However, one is more fundamental than all the others combined: sharing energy with each other as the one being that we are.
By believing that we are separated from one another, which reflects our collectively closed hearts, we fail to receive the medicine we need: love.
Furthermore, simply living near one another doesn’t guarantee that we exchange each other’s unique energies; there needs to be intimacy, which means an openness to both give and receive love.
However, how is this intimacy obtained? – By allowing ourselves to be vulnerable instead of constantly protecting ourselves against imaginary threats, a behavior that is particularly widespread among men.
But what are these men so afraid of? – To be perceived as weak, thereby losing their identity as men. This widespread fear also explains the long-standing apprehension toward homosexuality throughout the centuries.
Moreover, when humans, especially men, dare to be vulnerable, which requires massive amounts of courage, they accelerate their transformation from caterpillars to butterflies, that is, from advanced animals to Christ beings.
Writing 11 (#134): The art of healing
True healing is very simple. It is about changing your beliefs, which changes your emotions, which changes your physical body.
Therefore, the art of healing is only about find ways to help people access a higher level of consciousness.
Writing 12 (#135): The blessing of experiencing life in a healthy body
The main reason to have a healthy body is to make love.
In fact, everything else is unimportant in comparison.
However, isn’t it essential to be healthy to be able to work and look after your home? – It is, albeit negligible, measured in terms of raising the frequency of the cosmos, compared to making love.
However, isn’t it possible to make love with a somewhat unhealthy body? – Of course, but it is impossible to generate strong energies unless there is a lot of passion involved, which requires physical strength.
In fact, the most powerful lovemaking happens in the Human world, where the beings perfectly combine animalistic passion and open hearts.
Revelation 9 (#12): Letting go of temporary experiences
Writing 1 (#136): The link between life and death
Writing 2 (#137): Life is everything
Writing 3 (#138): Invite life to play with you
Writing 4 (#139): Death is an illusion
Writing 5 (#140): The butterfly analogy
Writing 6 (#141): Serve life
Writing 7 (#142): Life is eternal
Writing 8 (#143): Deserve life
Writing 9 (#144): Experience life to the fullest
Writing 10 (#145): Protect life
Writing 11 (#146): Don’t exploit life
Writing 12 (#147): Life and death from a higher perspective
Writing 1 (#136): The link between life and death
Life is movement and death stillness.
However, one cannot exist without the other. Why? – Because we are all an inseparable blend of consciousness (absolute stillness), light (absolute movement), and potential.
Moreover, as we are stillness and movement, that is, both death and life, we are God – everything that is, has ever been, and will ever be.
Going deeper than this is impossible. Why? – Because we can’t detach from ourselves, the only thing that could enable us to describe what God is with more words.
Writing 2 (#137): Life is everything
Without life, God would be nothing but consciousness, unmanifested light, and potential, implying that life is the most precious thing we have.
That said, we should never be too attached to life, knowing that our potential to create is infinite.
Writing 3 (#138): Invite life to play with you
What is playing?
– To create. To play is to create, meaning to blend your energy with the energy of other beings and experience fascinating things.
However, humans are deeply conditioned to hold back in this game, creating mainly by repeating the same things over and over again.
In fact, they are so wing-clipped that they desire stability and conformity instead of variety and change. Isn’t this nothing but spectacular? I mean, people are blessed with infinite possibilities, and they choose to do almost nothing. How can this be?
To understand this reality, think about what fear is – a lack of trust in your sovereignty, believing you need to be something that others have approved.
By understanding this, we can let go of our limitations and start praying for the experiences we truly want.
Writing 4 (#139): Death is an illusion
The Second Key to God is to understand the concept of oneness, which ultimately implies that death is an illusion. How? – By clarifying that you are life. Let me explain.
Life isn’t a force that works through you, as ancient scriptures have said, but you.
Life is creation, that is, the multidimensional universe that exists alongside immaterial consciousness and potential.
Aside from the holy trinity, nothing exists, meaning death is a mental construct used to justify something people cannot understand, which is the process of birth and rebirth called reincarnation.
Writing 5 (#140): The butterfly analogy
The Third Key to God is to realize that life is nothing but a creative adventure. However, what does this have to do with butterflies?
The answer is that butterflies are masters at surrendering to life. They follow every gust of wind to explore a new area, thereby living life as a creative adventure in the most fearless of ways.
However, what makes their lives an adventure? – That they have no idea where the wind will take them.
Moreover, they accept this reality perfectly and keep exploring wherever they are being taken, whether to a blackberry bush or a rose.
Moreover, the distinction between surrendering and experiencing life as a creative adventure lies in the initiative you take. For a butterfly, this means choosing to fly around in search of sweet nectar.
However, as a human being, the movement you bring to life is determined by the thoughts you focus on and the actions you pursue, which must always align with the direction life is taking you.
For example, if life takes you on an adventure abroad, you might choose to put your energy into learning a new language or keep using your old one.
Moreover, in the latter case, you resemble a butterfly that has been taken to a rose but still tries to smell the blackberry bush.
In other words, you haven’t fully accepted the creative adventure life is inviting you to.
Writing 6 (#141): Serve life
The Fourth Key to God is to get to know yourself, that is, to understand what makes you different compared to all the other expressions of God.
Moreover, the way to do this is to connect deeply with your heart and sense what it is that gives you joy.
Finally, understanding what you like and feel inspired by gives you the answer to the question of what makes you unique.
Writing 7 (#142): Life is eternal
By surrendering to life, understanding oneness, living life as a creative adventure, and getting to know yourself, you align yourself with the eternity of life.
However, what do I mean by that? – That you align yourself with the inherent principles of God. Let me explain.
Remember that the feminine aspect of God is a perfectly still, unmanifested essence, represented by consciousness, unmanifested light, and potential. In contrast, the masculine aspect consists of twelve manifested bodies, vibrating at various frequencies. Furthermore, life is the infusion of God’s feminine and masculine aspects – a conscious experience of light.
Furthermore, the Four Keys to God pertain to the feminine and masculine aspects of God in that the two keys, ‘surrendering’ and ‘understanding oneness,’ are feminine, whereas the two keys, ‘living life like a creative adventure’ and ‘getting to know yourself,’ are masculine. Allow me to clarify.
Surrendering is about being perfectly still (feminine), thus allowing yourself to be moved only by life, similar to how a butterfly flows effortlessly in the wind; knowing oneness is to go beyond the movement of duality and sense the absolute stillness of consciousness (feminine); living life like a creative adventure is to take action, i.e., to move (masculine); and getting to know yourself can only happen by trying new things to find out what you really like, that is, to keep moving (masculine).
Writing 8 (#143): Deserve life
By surrendering to life, understanding oneness, living life as a creative adventure, and getting to know yourself, you not only connect with the eternity of God but also become a healthy force to fulfill God’s plan to reach higher levels of frequency, i.e., coming closer to the Golden Mean ratio, as explained in Revelations 1 and 2.
In this way, you begin to deserve life, suggesting that abundance is starting to flow your way.
In other words, creating an abundant life isn’t about learning how to make money but about mastering the art of living.
Writing 9 (#144): Experience life to the fullest
When you align yourself with God – learning to live life in the highest possible way, much like butterflies do unconsciously – you are prepared for more.
However, how can you ask for more than living life perfectly? – By realizing that there is an endless number of perspectives to master, implying life is about so much more than being human.
When you feel completely satisfied with the human experience of life – something that can only happen after you have known paradise – you will be ready to become an Enlightened being by leaving the earthly plane for the final time in the most spectacular way. However, how this occurs is beyond the scope of The Fourth Testament to reveal. Why? – Because The Fourth Testament exists to help people thrive in life, not to spoil future experiences.
Writing 10 (#145): Protect life
As an Enlightened being, your role as part of planet earth changes from someone who indulges in effortless creativity to someone who safeguards the earthly experience of life for others.
However, the Enlightened perspective of experiencing life undoubtedly involves a great deal of creativity, though not primarily on earth but rather elsewhere in the cosmos. Why? – Because planet earth is essentially a school, dedicated to assisting advanced animals in becoming humans, which limits the scope for enlightened creativity.
Moreover, when earth becomes a universe for fifth-dimensional human beings, its role will naturally change, implying that the boundaries between humans and Enlightened beings will disappear.
However, how is this related to protecting life? – In the sense that more evolved beings protect the life experiences of the less evolved ones, or at least they should.
For instance, people on earth haven’t truly fulfilled their obligation to protect the life experiences of animals but have instead killed them for food and destroyed their natural habitats.
However, as people evolve into true humans rather than advanced animals, they stop using all types of violence, including killing for food, and start protecting the sphere of life they are responsible for, that is, the Animal world.
Writing 11 (#146): Don’t exploit life
As an Enlightened being, you are responsible for your Lower Self, that is, humans, in a different way than humans are responsible for animals. Why? – Because animals aren’t intelligent enough to evolve in any other way than by following their instincts.
However, this doesn’t mean that animals can be exploited but that they must be protected differently than humans, enabling them to evolve according to their natural instincts in their natural environments.
Consequently, humans must give animals the maximum freedom to live so that they can support the plant world in the highest possible way, enabling a perfect ecosystem for Mother Earth.
Moreover, this is essential for people’s health as their physical bodies source most of their energy from the plant and animal worlds.
In other words, planet earth can only become truly paradisial when humans stop exploiting life, including how they treat each other, animals, and plants.
Writing 12 (#147): Life and death from a higher perspective
After reading Revelation 12, you might think life is supposed to be easy, assuming we can grasp the meaning of the Four Keys to God. However, this isn’t my message.
Instead, I am trying to convey that life is a journey of contrasts, filled with births and deaths that repeat endlessly.
Moreover, it is rarely easy to leave one experience and embark on a new one without suffering a bit emotionally.
However, this is life, and the best way to avoid getting too attached to something is to be grounded and centered in yourself.
Therefore, don’t be too attached to the life you have, knowing that it can change completely tomorrow.
Instead, show gratitude for everything you experience; for example, by saying thank you to God.
The more grateful you feel for being alive, the easier it becomes to let go of everything that no longer serves you, even when you think it does.
Revelation 10 (#13): Entering the human paradise
Writing 1 (#148): Definition of the human paradise
Writing 2 (#149): The essentials about the human paradise
Writing 3 (#150): Bringing heaven to Earth
Writing 4 (#151): The obstacles to reaching paradise
Writing 5 (#152): The meaning of hell
Writing 6 (#153): The meaning of paradise
Writing 7 (#154): Why paradise is coming now
Writing 8 (#155): Sustainability of paradise
Writing 9 (#156): Paradise isn’t the end station
Writing 10 (#157): Why the snake allegory is still relevant
Writing 11 (#158): Separating paradise and hell
Writing 12 (#159): Paradise is here
Writing 1 (#148): Definition of the human paradise
The human paradise is an experience of earthly life characterized by a complete awareness of one’s true nature, which implies that fears don’t exist, which, in turn, means that the experience is only about love.
Writing 2 (#149): The essentials about the human paradise
The human paradise is inhabited by people who vibrate with God consciousness, which means that their Third Eye chakras are fully open.
When this happens, Devotion energy flows through them, implying that they assume the roles of servants of life.
Writing 3 (#150): Bringing heaven to Earth
Bringing heaven to Earth is a metaphor for experiencing earthly life according to cosmic principles, such as truth instead of immature people’s limited perspective of truth.
Therefore, bringing heaven to Earth means opening one’s Third Eye chakra enough to understand the cosmic truth of who you are.
Writing 4 (#151): The obstacles to reaching paradise
The number one obstacle to reaching paradise, i.e., to live a perfectly blissful life according to cosmic truth rather than some people’s distorted ideas of truth, is to rise above the crowd.
Unless you can do this, you are bound to live a life clouded by half-truths, i.e., realities seen from a limited perspective.
So, how do you rise above the crowd? – You first realize that the crowd is walking down the wrong path, which is akin to saying that you connect with your feminine side, which senses inwards rather than outwards. Then you obtain the courage, that is, connect with your masculine side, to live according to how you feel.
Consequently, the obstacle to reaching paradise is that you must first evolve into a being who is sufficiently healed in both your masculine and feminine sides, meaning you must evolve from an advanced animal to a God-conscious human being, via the pre-paradisial experiences created by Christ and Cosmic consciousness.
Writing 5 (#152): The meaning of hell
From a higher perspective, hell is defined as unwanted change, like being abandoned by someone you love, having to attend classes you dislike, or experiencing your home burning down.
Consequently, everyone who doesn’t have the faith that only a God-conscious person possesses sometimes lives in hell.
Writing 6 (#153): The meaning of paradise
The true meaning of human paradise is that you vibrate with bliss because you are allowed to be whole, which means you have a fair chance to constantly connect with those energies you can't access on your own due to your relatively one-sided nature.
Writing 7 (#154): Why paradise is coming now
When planet Earth approaches another cosmic summer, it becomes a place for beings who have learned all the lessons that only darkness can teach, such as the truth of who you are.
However, why can’t you learn this in paradise?
To understand this, imagine placing an advanced animal directly into paradise with plenty of money at their disposal. What will they do?
Will such a person use this money wisely, meaning creating a fantastic life for themselves without making things worse for plants, animals, and their fellow humans, or is there a risk that they will buy a mega yacht, consume too much unhealthy food, attend too many parties, take unhealthy drugs, and start to behave like someone who believes they are worth more than others, before establishing a charity fund to gain others’ admiration because they can’t get it without buying it?
How could paradise teach such a person about their divine essence?
Writing 8 (#155): Sustainability of paradise
An Earthly paradise is maintained as long as summer lasts, which is about twelve thousand years.
Writing 9 (#156): Paradise isn’t the end station
The paradisial experience of earthly life that is dawning now will come to an end one day. However, it is, of course, only the particular cycle that ends and not the human progression toward higher and higher frequencies of love and understanding.
However, why do I mention this obvious fact? – Because in human myths, paradise is depicted as an eternal state of bliss, much like the idea that a married prince and princess will live happily ever after, which is the standard ending in most Hollywood movies and classic fairy tales.
Writing 10 (#157): Why the snake allegory is still relevant
In the Garden of Eden, the snake effectively persuaded Adam and Eve to advance in their evolution by eating from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.
We can say that the snake symbolizes a sudden change in climate, where life on Earth shifted from summer-like conditions to wintery ones, that is, from thriving to learning how to thrive through suffering.
In other words, the snake can be seen as a symbol of transformation, deliberately selected to fulfill this role in Christian myths because of its well-known ability to shed skin.
However, why is the snake metaphor relevant now? – Because the snake has transformed into a dragon, just as Adam and Eve have evolved from peaceful plants, through animals, to peaceful humans. And just as the snake once supported humanity’s evolution on Earth, dragons will support it now, but in a completely different way.
In fact, Divine beings such as dragons and unicorns are massively involved in humanity’s transition from a third- to a fifth-dimensional experience of life.
Writing 11 (#158): Separating paradise and hell
Paradise and hell are like oil and water, impossible to keep together for very long.
However, if shaken well, they can remain blended for a while until their true essence appears.
So, what is the relevance of this metaphor?
Of course, it refers to people who are ready to experience paradise and those who aren’t, with the message that you shouldn’t put too much effort into blending with someone you will never be able to blend with. Basically, you shouldn’t cling to people who don’t match your frequency of vibration. Why? – Because life is much better in paradise than in something that could have been paradise if it weren’t for its inhabitants.
Writing 12 (#159): Paradise is here
Paradise on Earth can be found behind a gate that requires four keys to open, represented by the acts of surrendering, understanding oneness, living life as a creative adventure, and knowing yourself, that is, the Four Keys to God.
In addition, you must accept that you are a divine co-creator with a minimal capacity to see what lies behind corners, meaning what will happen in the future, which is the main reason for the importance of putting your awareness in the present moment, i.e., to always be connected with God’s feminine essence of pure awareness or stillness.
However, you must also embrace God’s masculine essence of movement, meaning to engage in everything that creation offers.
When you embody this reality, you are a living example of the paradise prophecy.
Revelation 11 (#14): Know who you are
Writing 1 (#160): You are vaster and more powerful than you think
Writing 2 (#161): The essence of who you are
Writing 3 (#162): Love yourself
Writing 4 (#163): Understanding the various parts of yourself
Writing 5 (#164): You are responsible for bringing your gifts to the world
Writing 6 (#165): The most accurate perspective of who you are
Writing 7 (#166): Tools to learn more about yourself
Writing 8 (#167): The gifts and limitations of astrology
Writing 9 (#168): Everything can be understood through numbers
Writing 10 (#169): How humans are designed
Writing 11 (#170): The gifts and limitations of earthly science
Writing 12 (#171): You are God
Writing 1 (#160): You are vaster and more powerful than you think
You are a twelve-dimensional being with your day consciousness anchored in a human reality, centred around emotional experiences.
However, more than this, you are consciousness and potential.
Your twelve-dimensional body is just a temporary manifestation of light according to how far you have reached in accessing your infinite beauty, or potential.
However, where do your boundaries lie? For example, can you connect with an angel’s perspective of life and claim that you’re more an angel than a human? Or can you fully immerse yourself in your supportive sexual pole (your masculinity if you are a woman, and your femininity if you are a man)? Can you shapeshift into experiencing life as a tiger or a plant?
The truth is that you can access all experiences that God has in this present moment, in the past, and even in the future, with some limitations.
However, you cannot stay there for very long. If you are a man, you can only have a predominantly feminine experience for a few lives, just like a woman can only have a predominantly masculine experience for a few lives; and you can only experience life as an angel, an animal, or a plant for a few hours, using strong psychedelic substances unless you are a highly evolved human being, ready to ascend and become a so-called Ascended Master.
Writing 2 (#161): The essence of who you are
Your essence will always be the consciousness, unmanifested light, and infinite potential that characterize the unmanifested/feminine aspect of God, and which represents the void out of which creation has taken form.
However, on a practical level, it should be helpful to see yourself as a constantly evolving being with a fixed point called ‘I.’
In other words, you are a fractal of God that evolves to understand more and more of who you really are.
And, when you ascend from an emotional experience of life and become an Enlightened being, you will be able to experience all the perspectives of God, albeit from a rational perspective.
Later, when you become a Divine being, you will experience all these aspects even closer, knowing in your heart who you truly are.
Lastly, when you revert to a close to perfectly blissful experience of life, in the form of a mineral, you won’t even have a sense of self by sensing anything within creation, but perfectly experience everyone else’s experiences.
Writing 3 (#162): Love yourself
The most significant challenge in life is to learn to love yourself. Why? – Because respecting your unique character and allowing it to be expressed without holding back is utterly challenging in a world ruled by people’s egos. Let me explain.
First, understand that the ego doesn’t exist other than as a lack of understanding oneness. Still, this mental concept of self, referred to as the ego, plays an essential role in evolution. Let me explain.
As a primitive or somewhat evolved animal, you lack the ability to have a unique experience of life, which implies that you belong to what we refer to as a group soul. However, as you progress from there, you begin to realize that you are unique, marking the birth of what many people call the ego, which is, in fact, a basic understanding of oneness.
When this happens, that is, when you realize you aren’t the pride but rather a member of the pride, you start to relate to the beings around you very differently, seeing them as threats to your identity.
Consequently, you start to love those who please you and hate those who don’t.
Moreover, this is still the reality for most people on earth, implying they are still experiencing a third-dimensional life, completely cut off from their true essence as divine beings.
In this reality, loving yourself is far from easy. Why? – Because expressing something as unique as your authentic self triggers those who aren’t comfortable with themselves. Why? – Because it makes them feel threatened. But why do they feel threatened? – Because they unconsciously believe they are bad if they don’t comply with the norm, implying that they must criticize you or be open to change, something we know is a form of experiencing hell unless you truly desire it.
Consequently, breaking free from the collective field of consciousness and learning to love yourself is utterly challenging, yet the only path to true and lasting happiness.
Writing 4 (#163): Understanding the various parts of yourself
You are consciousness, light, and potential. However, let’s now explore these three concepts more deeply.
Consciousness equals your will, which must be separated from processing energy by adapting, creating, feeling, thinking, knowing, or devoting. For example, when a plant adapts to the movement of the sun, it isn’t because this is what plants do but because God’s will is to adapt. Similarly, when a human feels energy, it isn’t because of a passive act but because it reflects God’s will.
The point here is that you are nothing without consciousness, just like you are nothing without something to be conscious about.
Writing 5 (#164): You are responsible for bringing your gifts to the world
As a human being, it is your responsibility to feel the world, meaning that you are a unique part of God’s emotional organ.
For this reason, you must live according to what your role in creation requires, which includes:
Being able to maintain healthy emotional bodies, which requires a slow pace of living, or the system will start to back up.
Allowing more time than most people expect for integrating new experiences. In fact, six months each year are about slowing down and absorbing the new energy gained during the other six months.
Bringing your unique gifts to the world by following the steps one and two above, along with having the discipline to always follow the light of life, meaning engaging in the things that make you feel happy.
Writing 6 (#165): The most accurate perspective of who you are
The most accurate perspective of yourself is that you are infinite, but need time to experience your limitlessness.
Therefore, those who claim you can do anything if you simply free your mind are mistaken, because you can’t.
However, you will be able to do anything by gradually expanding your mind over eons.
So, are you then just a drop of water in a vast sea or the entire sea?
– You are both, but you are foolish if you believe you can connect with all the aspects of who you are from the evolutionary step of a human being.
Writing 7 (#166): Tools to learn more about yourself
Humanity has been blessed with various tools to better understand life, such as astrology, numerology, human design, and earthly science. However, while these tools can be helpful when used correctly, they belong to the third-dimensional reality that we are in the process of leaving behind, indicating they aren’t always what they claim to be.
In the coming few Writings, I will review each one of these four tools with the intention to clarify their gifts and flaws in their present form. Why? – Because all of these tools will play an increasingly essential role in the human experience of life.
Writing 8 (#167): The gifts and limitations of astrology
Astrology, as people on Earth have known it for thousands of years, is about deciphering the energetic themes that create our experience of life.
However, starting with The Fourth Testament, which reveals that the twelve signs of the Zodiac resemble the masculine and feminine aspects of the six core energies of life, things will change. Allow me to explain.
When people stop believing that life consists of the four elements of fire, earth, air, and water, but by the spectrum of light, astrology will be used to help people align with the will of God.
Furthermore, this knowledge will belong to the second of six aspects of the future world religion, called Buddhism.
Writing 9 (#168): Everything can be understood through numbers
As you probably know by now, God and creation can be described with numbers.
In fact, you can be described by numbers, although it isn’t easy to obtain this information in a third-dimensional earthly reality.
Nevertheless, by analyzing your name, assuming it has been given to you correctly, you may get a glimpse of your soul’s vibration.
For example, my name, Johan Rhenberg, contains thirteen letters, which roughly correspond to the numbers one to nine, depending on their position in the alphabet.
So, numerologically, I mainly resonate with the number five, as reflected by my name containing several e's and n's, which suggests that I embody the element of teaching or transformation.
That said, the alphabet is still very limited in how it reflects cosmic truth, and should be used carefully.
Writing 10 (#169): How humans are designed
Humans are designed or created based on their past experiences stored in their souls, suggesting that genetics only serves to confuse. This confusion pushes people further away from understanding themselves, which ultimately fosters a strong desire to discover who they truly are.
Writing 11 (#170): The gifts and limitations of earthly science
The gift of earthly science is that it helps advanced animals and true human beings live much better lives, free from the hard and unpredictable reality of nomadic life.
However, it cannot explain the mystery of life because it can only analyze what we observe, meaning things outside of our essence, and not the essence itself.
Therefore, it is impossible to scientifically prove the existence of God and the process of virgin birth.
Writing 12 (#171): You are God
You are the holy trinity of 1) consciousness, 2) light, and 3) potential, meaning that you simultaneously embody three separate eternal functions.
These functions may best be described as 1) something that creates, i.e., consciousness, 2) as the material used in the creative process, i.e., light, and 3) as the ability to remember, which enables the creativity to evolve, i.e., potential.
Revelation 12 (#15): Discerning right from wrong
Writing 1 (#172): Not always as easy as you might think
Writing 2 (#173): Something to strive for, not to wing-clip yourself
Writing 3 (#174): Doing ‘wight’ is the path to true happiness
Writing 4 (#175): Doing ‘wrong’ leads to more learnings
Writing 5 (#176): Understand not to judge
Writing 6 (#177): The concept of truth
Writing 7 (#178): Let your truth guide you and others’ truth guide them
Writing 8 (#179): The importance of acceptance
Writing 9 (#180): The importance of compassion
Writing 10 (#181): The importance of selflove
Writing 11 (#182): Revisiting the Lord’s Prayer of the Bible
Writing 12 (#183): Revisiting the Ten Commandments of the Bible
Writing 1 (#172): Not always as easy as you might think
Doing right is to act from your heart while simultaneously using your rational mind, while doing wrong is to be too emotional or too rational, i.e., too woundedly feminine or too woundedly masculine.
Writing 2 (#173): Something to strive for, not to wing-clip yourself
Striving to do what is right should be seen as a goal, not as something to concentrate on so intensely that it obstructs your overall experience of life.
Additionally, making mistakes isn’t a bad thing because the worst outcome is that you learn how to do something correctly.
Writing 3 (#174): Doing ‘wight’ is the path to true happiness
By doing right, you align yourself with the vision of life, suggesting that you harmonize your individual energy field with the energy fields of others.
However, it may be that by doing the right thing, you create short-term friction with your friends and family, for example.
If so, make sure you remember that true and lasting happiness won’t come by pleasing them but by pleasing life.
Writing 4 (#175): Doing ‘wrong’ leads to more learnings
By doing wrong, that is, acting from your wounded feminine or wounded masculine side, which equals being cut-off from either your rational or emotional capacities, life will give you another chance to do right very soon, and then another one, and so on.
However, to help you, life will speak louder and louder each time, meaning your challenges will get bigger and bigger, still within what you are capable of sorting out.
Writing 5 (#176): Understand not to judge
Why do people judge? – Because they believe they know better, and sometimes they do. However, then it is not called judgment but discernment.
Therefore, avoid judging by becoming enlightened and, in turn, begin to discern.
Writing 6 (#177): The concept of truth
Truth is the reality that emerges when you achieve perfect balance in your abilities to think and feel. This balance serves as a proxy for your capacity to engage with the entire spectrum of light, meaning not only the Thinking and Feeling energies but also Adaptation, Creativity, Knowing, and Devotion.
However, what is truth? – Reality.
Moreover, reality changes depending on your individual perspective of truth, that is, depending on your level of consciousness.
For example, a war between two countries or a conflict between two people might appear as a bad reality from an earthly perspective and a good reality from a higher perspective. Why? – Because from the higher perspective, it might be obvious that this is the only way for both parties to evolve.
As a result, truth is something that evolves based on your frequency level, meaning the strength of your connection with your Higher Self.
Writing 7 (#178): Let your truth guide you and others’ truth guide them
With the understanding that truth varies according to your level of consciousness/frequency/connection with your Higher Self, it should be evident that your role isn’t to guide other people on their path. Why? – Because they are here to learn to discern right from wrong, not to hear the answer from someone else.
Furthermore, what is right for you may not be right for them. Why? – Because it is often impossible for you to fully understand another person's perspective, suggesting that your judgment may be incorrect even when you are enlightened.
Writing 8 (#179): The importance of acceptance
Acceptance is to life what water is to the earth; it is the essential element that makes life smooth and fruitful, just as water makes the earth soft and fertile.
Let me elaborate: If you don’t accept truth, i.e., the reality that you live, you automatically create stories that things are either better or worse than they actually are.
Moreover, this unacceptance of truth makes you unaware of the fact that you are creating a fictious reality that only people with a similar past as you would believe in.
The perfect example here is what we refer to as societal narratives, such as the beliefs that children should start school around seven years old, avoid close relationships with the opposite sex until they are fifteen, and pursue a good education in fields like finance, law, healthcare, or engineering. In other words, widely accepted beliefs about what is beneficial for both the individual and society as a whole.
However, who knows what is good for an individual? Do the white middle-aged and older men, who have controlled societies for many hundreds of years, know? – No, they don’t. Why? – Because it is complicated for the rational mind, which is what these men primarily have used to make decisions, to accept things it doesn’t understand.
Therefore, it is much easier for a sensitive woman to accept realities she doesn’t rationally understand, explaining why a rebalancing of the feminine principle ultimately will lead to world peace.
However, why is it so difficult for the rational mind to accept conflicting realities? – For the same reason a computer can’t run two games simultaneously.
The lower aspect of the mind interprets the world according to how it has been taught to interpret it, not according to how it is.
Writing 9 (#180): The importance of compassion
If acceptance is the water that keeps the earth soft and fertile, then compassion is the bond that connects the various plants growing in the soil. Allow me to explain.
Most people confuse compassion with sympathy or empathy. However, seen from a higher perspective, compassion is nothing else but the ability to sense the energy of others – the quintessential skill of a being dominated by Feeling energy, that is, humans.
Thus, compassion is the ability that helps people understand the truth of oneness, meaning that they are connected to all other forms of life.
As a result, acceptance fosters compassion by maintaining a high frequency (metaphorically keeping the soil soft and fertile), allowing the subtle energies of others to be felt.
Writing 10 (#181): The importance of selflove
Finally, selflove is the starting point for both acceptance and compassion.
However, why did I then discuss acceptance and compassion first? – Because selflove requires both a soft and fertile soil, that is, a high frequency of vibration, and a special kind of connection with yourself, that is, compassion.
Actually, selflove is a combination of accepting who you are and feeling compassion for yourself. In other words, allowing your authenticity to shine through without feeling bad and having the capacity to feel who you are and what you want to express.
However, how can selflove be the root cause of something that seems to be the result of it? I mean, how can selflove arise from acceptance and compassion if those qualities also stem from selflove? – In the same way success leads to increased confidence and greater confidence leads to success.
In other words, the combination of acceptance and compassion create a virtuous circle with selflove, that brings a being to higher and higher expressions of Godly behavior.
Writing 11 (#182): Revisiting the Lord’s Prayer of the Bible
The Lord’s Prayer in the Bible is the most quoted text on earth for the last thousands of years and addresses the specific topic discussed in this Revelation. Let me explain how.
The first phrase, ‘Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name,’ emphasizes that we turn our awareness to God.
The second phrase, ‘Thy kingdom come,’ implies a reality will emerge where people are connected with their Higher Selves, or in other words, with God.
The third phrase ‘Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven,’ implies that the higher aspects of a being, specifically their highest mental bodies that exist in ‘heaven’ – in non-physical dimensions – dictates earthly reality.
The fourth phrase, ‘Give us this day our daily bread,’ emphasizes the necessity of providing us with the lessons and challenges we need to gradually connect with our Higher Selves. Meanwhile, the fifth phrase, ‘And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive them that trespass against us,’ highlights the significance of acceptance, both through others forgiving us and us forgiving them. However, what is the connection between acceptance and forgiveness? – That by accepting other people’s behavior, you forgive them for not being who you would prefer them to be.
The sixth phrase, ‘And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil,’ is a plea for compassion towards all beings. Why? – Because the temptation often lies in empathizing with others. Why? – Because we mirror ourselves in other people, which means their suffering reminds us of our own. Thus, by asking to be delivered from evil, we are requesting healing, which enables us to obtain the capacity to feel compassion in the word’s true meaning, that is, to feel others without having to lower our frequency.
Finally, the phrase, ‘For thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory. For ever and ever,’ highlights that God is everything there is, has been, and will ever be.
Consequently, the third-dimensional Lord’s Prayer, the most quoted text on earth for hundreds of generations, points to the highest truths of life: we must learn to love ourselves, or we will give in to the ‘temptation’ of letting others lower our frequency.
However, like many other aspects of the Bible and other sacred scriptures, this fundamental truth has been nearly impossible to discern until now.
Additionally, this is mentioned here to show that the Christian lineage has remained steadfast, supporting people in the best possible way according to their level of consciousness.
Going forward, the Lord’s Prayer will be fifth-dimensional, targeted to supporting humanity’s ascension into a fifth-dimensional experience of life. Its precise form will be shared in Gospel 11: You are Invited to Connect Deeply with God.
Writing 12 (#183): Revisiting the Ten Commandments of the Bible
1. You shall have no other Gods before me
The essence of the first commandment is the understanding that there is one God, that is, one consciousness that experiences life through all of us.
2. You shall not make idols
The second commandment reinforces the first by stating that one shouldn’t believe in lesser versions of the truth than what can be felt within oneself. Here, the word idol serves as a metaphor for incorrect interpretations of what God truly is, such as the belief that God is an external phenomenon.
3. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain
The third commandment underscores the importance of respecting yourself and others by not diminishing everyone’s significance. We are all God, a notion that shouldn’t be belittled.
4. Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy
All cycles include an element of rest, which is a time of being in contrast to doing. The seventh day of the week, Sunday, offers an excellent opportunity to do as little as possible, assuming you haven’t already satisfied that need during the other six days.
5. Honor your father and your mother
By honoring your father and mother, that is, by showing respect to elderly people or those who know more than you, by, for example, listening to them instead of trying the get them to listen to you, you fulfill God’s 5th Commandment.
6. You shall not murder
This is obvious for most people nowadays. However, as pointed out in Gospel 1’s fourth Revelation, the challenge isn’t to avoid murdering other people but to kill as little life as possible, suggesting that eating vegetarian food is better unless you really want to eat meat.
7. You shall not commit adultery
In this context, God’s 7th Commandment should be understood as a warning against committing adultery, as it is likely to cause significant friction with your partner, assuming that both of you haven’t connected with God Consciousness.
8. You shall not steal
Read this Commandment as a reminder not to harm others by, for example, projecting your difficult emotions onto them. However, recognize that no one is perfect, so don’t be too hard on yourself for upsetting others.
9. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor
Living truthfully is a crucial key to joy and happiness. However, remember that you aren’t obligated to listen to other people’s truth unless you want.
10. You shall not covet
By lacking the necessary discipline to achieve true and lasting happiness, you find yourself coveting. However, just as with killing, recognize that it is impossible to be one hundred percent perfect because creation itself isn’t. Instead, strive to do your best.
Gospel 2: ‘I am love’
In the second Gospel: ‘I am love,’ the only Revelation contains just six Writings, as shown by a tiny spiral, meaning this Gospel will develop over the coming hundreds of years as the frequency on Earth continues to rise. Nonetheless, it holds the frequency to support humanity entering paradise.
Revelation 1 (16): The Essence of Love
‘I am love’
Love, the greatest thing there is,
and,
as a matter of fact,
the only thing there is
It is the vibration,
and the glue,
and also the frequency,
that represents you
It is power and victimhood,
what is lie and true
It is purity and shadows
That is, all of you
True love has no conditions,
it includes what is taboo,
and it holds no attachments,
to what is outside of you
True love is sacred,
true love is blue,
true love is precious,
like the name of you
Revelation 1 (#16): The essence of love
Writing 1 (#184): The definition of love
Writing 2 (#185): The origin of love
Writing 3 (#186): Selflove at a deeper level
Writing 4 (#187): How to become a master of love
Writing 5 (#188): Love in everyday life
Writing 6 (#189): Eat, pray, love
Writing 1 (#184): The definition of love
Warming up
Love is beauty.
However, what is beauty?
Stop for a moment and ask yourself: what is beauty for me?
What are the most beautiful things I have seen in my life so far?
And, above all, what are the most beautiful things I have felt so far?
What kind of images and sensations do you get when asking these questions?
What is the most perfect creation that you have ever come across? A flower? A woman? A man? A child? An animal? A sunset? A summer rain? A perfectly shaped cloud in the sky? Stars? Unicorns? Or maybe a puppy?
Pause
What is the most fantastic feeling you have ever felt? An orgasm? The feeling of touching your daughter’s hair? Kissing her forehead? Hugging your beloved?
Recognize that love is frequency; the more you appreciate something, the higher you vibrate. Thus, learning to love means learning to see the beauty in creation.
By recognizing the beauty in everything around you, including people and nature, you open your heart to love, allowing the highest frequencies of this universe to flow through you. This, in turn, transforms you into a radiant pillar of love that attracts only positive outcomes in life. Why? – Because the universe has nothing to teach you. You have understood the essence of life and are prepared to thrive in it in whichever way you feel drawn.
By recognizing the love that always exists, even in the driest soils and the harshest hearts, you travel the highest path there is – the path of love.
In fact, beauty is present everywhere in life. However, the more something is created with love, the more beautiful it becomes. Recognize the love around you and create beauty that will open other people’s hearts. We are one, and there is no point in focusing on the less beautiful sides of people. That is like setting aside the tastiest food during dinner or skipping every song you enjoy on your playlist. Don’t be that foolish.
Writing 2 (#185): The origin of love
Love is a flower, an incredibly beautiful flower.
Moreover, this flower comes from a seed, just like love comes from a seed. However, what is the origin of the seed of love?
First, consider what a seed is; it represents potential to grow into something unique and special, just like love. Consequently, love is potential to go deeper into the feeling of love and let it permeate your experience of life.
Love is an invitation to recognize the potential of living with an open heart – the most wonderful way to live. Thus, love can be viewed as a ticket to an extraordinary life, which you, under the law of free will, can choose not to embrace. You have the freedom to navigate life with a closed heart, disconnected from love and life; it is your decision.
It is all up to you how to live. However, the more you have lived, the more you will become inspired by other beings who have surrendered to the path of love. Eventually, all beings reach a level of spiritual maturity where they realize love is the one and only way.
The seed of love lies in accepting who you are on every level, which requires a deep understanding of many things. You must not only embrace any extra pounds around your waist or an impatient behavioral pattern but everything that makes you. In other words, you must embrace God.
By loving God, that is, all aspects of yourself, you make the seed of love develop into the most beautiful of flowers, representing your unique expression in this world.
This demands a considerable amount of discipline, patience, courage, and many other qualities. However, the most crucial element is faith – faith in life and faith in the understanding that life is a process that teaches you to love as swiftly as possible. Yet, this is rarely as quick as people would like, which explains why patience is also a virtue.
The message here is that love is potential, just like a seed is potential. However, where does the potential to love come from? – From the fact that you are a sovereign being who can freely choose whatever path you want to follow in this universe.
However, the path of love ultimately brings together all the other paths.
Writing 3 (#186): Selflove at a deeper level
From a higher perspective, selflove is to love God. Why? – Because you are God.
Consequently, when you start to vibrate with God Consciousness, your heart melts into one unified piece as opposed to representing four equally essential chambers, related to your abilities to love yourself, your brothers and sisters, micro- and macro-beings, and everything that has been and will be.
Moreover, at this point, selflove isn’t merely about putting your needs first anymore but to be God, that is, to feel the divinity in everything you engage with.
However, does this imply that you start to put the needs of others before yours? – No, you just think and act according to God’s wishes, that is, without contemplating too much about whose needs you are serving.
Writing 4 (#187): How to become a master of love
The path to mastering love lies in practicing it. So, how do you practice love? – You cultivate the intention to recognize the beauty around you; that is, you actively focus on noticing what is good rather than what is bad in everything and everyone you encounter.
Thinking of the concept of love as beauty is helpful to learn how to love. Additionally, to see the beauty around you, you must align the pace of living with the pace of life, which, for most people, means slowing down.
When you slow down and open your eyes, you will see the beautiful world around you. Furthermore, with some practice, you will focus on the more beautiful instead of the less beautiful things.
When you can focus only on the beauty around you, you have become a master of love.
The pitfalls on the path to mastering love
There are many pitfalls on the path to becoming a master of love, the biggest of which is hate.
However, hate is just what you see on the surface. Under the surface, there is always fear.
Consequently, fear is the biggest obstacle for anyone wanting to become a master of love. Let me explain why. Fear and love use the same channel: your heart.
Love opens your heart, while fear shuts it. In other words, fear has the power to close the heart unless love intervenes. Moreover, if you resonate with fearful thoughts, the heart must close itself off to shield against these harmful energies. However, fear only exists as an illusion. Let me explain.
Understand that fear always reflects a lack of understanding of God’s inherent capacity to sustain herself, meaning a lack of awareness of God’s essence as consciousness, light, and potential. Furthermore, this lack of understanding leads individuals to believe that reality isn’t perfect as it is, but that it should ideally be different. Moreover, this gap between reality and what one believes reality should be for it to be good is fear.
Consequently, if you focus entirely on the truth that life is good, there is no space for illusions, just as there is no space for weeds if the flowerbed is full of flowers.
Writing 5 (#188): Love in everyday life
Let me now share how you can practice love daily.
When you wake up in the morning, you must decide whether to focus your energy on love or fear. In other words, ask yourself if you want to worry about things or if you can trust that everything happens for a good reason and will eventually turn out well.
Due to the nature of the human mind, you need to make this decision every day, that is, reminding yourself how you want to live: in fear or in love?
Furthermore, the more connected you are to your heart, the easier it becomes to live in love, as fear doesn’t arise when most of your awareness resides in the heart. The only way for fear to infiltrate your being is through your mind, and it can only do so when your heart is off duty; that is, when you lack awareness of the sensations in your heart.
Therefore, the most essential thing in your life is to be present in your heart, that is, to be aware of what is going on in your heart by always being connected with it.
Before reminding yourself how to live your life in the morning, I recommend taking three deep breaths in and out of your heart. This is a great way to connect with the heart and can be repeated throughout the day.
Always be present in your heart, and your life will unfold beautifully.
Writing 6 (#189): Eat, pray, love
From a higher perspective, life is never complicated but a fantastic blessing. However, the simpler you live, the more you realize what an incredible blessing it is.
In fact, when incarnated on earth, you don’t need anything else than to eat, pray, and love in order to live a blissful and rewarding life.
There is no need to explain why people must eat, but let me say a few words about why one must pray: remember that praying doesn’t necessarily refer to the practice of asking for help but to being in communion with all expressions of life, whether that is a nearby tree, your cat or your family.
By praying, that is, by bringing someone or something into your awareness, you merge your energy with theirs, indulging in sacred sexuality.
Moreover, you feed on their energy, especially if you go deeper into the sharing, making love.
Additionally, eating food is of marginal importance for health compared to making love with high-vibrating people, that is, people who love without wanting anything in return.
Therefore, praying, eating, and loving are essentially the same. Let me explain.
Praying is to merge with another energy, eating is to merge with another energy, and loving is to merge with another energy.
The only difference lies in the reason why you pray, why you eat, or why you make love.
Furthermore, as a primitive being, you eat when you are hungry and engage in sex when you are aroused, while concepts like prayer aren’t present in your awareness. In other words, your instincts govern your actions.
However, the more you evolve, that is, the more you eat from the Tree of Wisdom of Good and Evil – which serves as a Biblical metaphor for evolution – the more human-like you become. Moreover, when you reach the state of a fully developed human being, that is, when you have comprehended everything there is to know about the energy of Feeling, you can only eat without killing, love without penetrating or being penetrated, and pray for things that benefit God.
At this stage, you have finally become an expression of life ‘in the image of God after his likeness.’
As a result, praying involves being in tune with all expressions of life around you, which means sharing a sense of communion – allowing yourself to feel their presence and letting them feel yours.
In fact, communicating with life, that is, to pray, is the most fulfilling thing you can do.
Yes, you can ask for help in prayer, but this is only a tiny bit of what praying truly is.
Learn to pray, understanding that the more you love, the more fulfilling your prayers will be.
Additionally, the more you can see the beauty and potential in everyone, the more you will enjoy your own life.
Why not make a decision right now to always focus on the beautiful aspects of life?
Why not decide to become an ambassador of love, allowing life to bless you with joy, abundance, and true happiness?
That is all that needs to be said in this brief yet vital Revelation. I urge you to read it multiple times and invite its energy to permeate your being.
Gospel 3: ‘I am joy’
In Gospel 3: ‘I am joy,’ we are introduced to the cosmic truth we all have the inherent quality to enjoy creation, if we can just understand it.
Revelation 1 (#17): The essence of joy
‘I am joy’
Embrace the beauty of life with all of your heart,
proved by enjoying it
Never be ungrateful for what you receive,
proved by being bored
Know there is always something to enjoy,
As long as you can feel the child within
Embrace your inner child,
the curious and playful aspect of you,
who might have got overburdened by all musts and don'ts
Free yourself from any self-imposed burdens,
by seeing a higher truth of what life is
By seeing that life is joy

Writing 1 (#190): The importance of gratitude
The link between joy and gratefulness
Gratefulness is essential to deeply understand when trying to bring joy into your life. Let’s start by taking a closer look at what it truly means.
Essentially, gratitude is the ability to appreciate something, such as a friend or a particular aspect of yourself, like your beautiful hair or fiery temper.
Furthermore, for people dominated by their egoic mindset, it is significantly easier to appreciate aspects related to themselves, such as how they look or how skilled they are at various activities, than to recognize similar traits in others. Consequently, these individuals feel compelled to find joy in matters associated with themselves, suggesting they become very protective of their perception of reality.
As a result, the more you can move beyond your ego by connecting with your heart, the easier it becomes to feel gratitude for things outside of what you perceive as yourself. That said, since we are all one being, gratitude is ultimately about selflove. Yet, for this explanation, think of yourself as an isolated part of life.
Imagine each aspect of yourself, including your physical body, emotions, and thoughts, as separate from you.
If, in this thought experiment, you feel grateful for your beautiful face, you are showing appreciation for something beyond yourself.
As a result, when you see yourself as nothing, everything that exists becomes something to potentially be grateful for.
Thus, viewing yourself as nothing is the essential key to gratitude and, in turn, to joy and happiness. However, viewing yourself as nothing isn’t meant to minimize the extent of your potential; it simply helps you recognize how much you have to be thankful for.
The path to joy and happiness
The starting point for obtaining a joyful life is to learn to feel gratitude for everything you typically recognize as part of yourself, including, for instance, your physical body, talents, and experiences, thereby avoiding taking these things for granted. Furthermore, this sense of gratitude can be expanded by perceiving yourself as nothing, which enhances the feeling that everything that exists adds value to your life – that is, something you can be grateful for.
When you can feel gratitude for yourself, you can gradually expand this feeling to encompass all of existence. In other words, when you can perceive yourself as nothing, you are very close to also being able to see yourself as everything.
Nothing and everything are surprisingly close to one another, much closer than the human mind can truly comprehend.
To understand this confusing concept, imagine yourself as everything. Take a deep breath and sense that you are everything that has been created, everything that has taken form.
At the same time, recognize that form is merely a temporary manifestation of energy, which means that while you feel you are everything, you also are nothing, at least not something permanent.
In fact, creation is merely a temporary expression of energy, not the essence of who you are; that is, the fixed point of your being that is pure consciousness.
Temporary expressions of energy are merely movements in a dance, while you embody the dance itself – the eternal dance.
By realizing that you aren’t just the fleeting dance steps in any direction, but rather the dance itself, you have moved one step closer to understanding the concept of infinity.
Life is infinite, and life is eternal.
Moreover, by embracing this idea, you liberate yourself to follow the rhythm of life, which means allowing life to guide you forward. This is to surrender to life.
Lastly, when you surrender to life's unpredictable and sudden shifts, you become the most beautiful woman, guided by the most beautiful man, in the eternal dance of life.
Dancing the dance of joy and happiness
As a being, you simultaneously embody the man who dances, which reflects your desire to experience creation, and the woman who represents the dance itself, that is, pure consciousness.
By embodying these two principles – ‘the Father’ and ‘the Mother’ or ‘the creator’ and ‘eternity’ – you embark on a creative adventure that can only be joyful and fulfilling.
However, this becomes possible only once you truly understand what life is, both mentally and emotionally, requiring a highly developed capacity to think and feel. This, in turn, means you have transcended from being an animal to becoming a true human being.
When you recognize that the evolving aspect of you, or life, is the dancer, and your true essence, or consciousness, is the dance, you will feel grateful for every turn you take on the dance floor. Why? – Because you can appreciate the sacredness of this act. You can witness the beauty of the divine plan unfolding before you as if it were the most exquisite waltz.
Writing 2 (#191): Gratitude seen from a rational perspective
The joy of being alive
Let’s now take a more rational perspective on gratitude, which is essential for understanding joy and happiness. I mentioned earlier that gratitude is the ability to appreciate something that exists, which, from the viewpoint of your eternal ‘I,’ your consciousness, must exist outside of yourself.
Consequently, gratefulness is the ability to appreciate things that exist but aren’t eternal, that is, things that have been created.
However, why is it essential to discuss gratitude in the context of life as a temporary manifestation of God? – Because joy can only be felt by being alive, that is, by experiencing creation.
The key to feeling grateful for life
The number one key to feeling grateful in life is understanding that everything happens to make creation a little better.
This is what evolution is all about and what The Fourth Testament explains in Gospel 0: Life is Perfect.
When you perceive each word people speak and every action they execute as if creation is moving forward in the right direction, it becomes much easier to resonate with a frequency of gratitude.
Why mental discipline is essential for joy and happiness
Recognizing that everything in life is perfect, at least from an evolutionary perspective, requires a deep understanding of life. Why? – Because spiritually immature people commit so many horrible acts that even the most enlightened individuals sometimes have doubts.
But why do people do so many horrible things, including killing, raping, abusing, torturing, stealing, and cheating? – Because they do the best they can with the level of consciousness they can access.
To live joyfully and happily, it is essential to always remember that people don’t do bad things because they are evil, but because they don’t understand better. This applies to all seemingly evil individuals in our recent history, including figures such as Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini, and Josef Stalin.
What these leaders, along with many others, had in common was a belief that they knew better than everyone else, and that their vision of life would improve the world. Paradoxically, they were correct, but not in the way they believed.
So, how did their actions contribute to the evolution of our planet? – By helping people realize how they should not live.
In fact, the path to joy and happiness lies in recognizing the beauty of people’s mistakes; that is, understanding that their unconscious actions are what lead them to enlightenment.
However, to appreciate the beauty in people’s unconscious actions, you must view things from a higher perspective than the earthly one, recognizing that enlightenment doesn’t occur overnight but unfolds gradually over many lives.
Only with an eagle's perspective can you appreciate the beauty of countless pieces of coal, or unconscious beings, being transformed into stunning diamonds, or enlightened beings.
Therefore, whenever people around you behave unconsciously, trust that this will ultimately lead to something positive.
Moreover, if it weren’t for these unenlightened actions, people would remain where they are.
In fact, it is solely due to their unconscious actions that people evolve into higher expressions of beauty, something you can acknowledge, if you wish, and choose to be grateful for.
Thus, the essential key to gratitude is to view life from an elevated perspective, while upholding the mental discipline of not lowering your frequency simply because those around you may still have much to learn.
Writing 3 (#192): The joy of life
How to find joy in life
Having discussed the keys to joy and happiness through gratitude and mental discipline, it is now time to share some practical tips on how to infuse this vibration into your life. Here is a bullet list of the most essential items in order from more to less critical:
Remember the things you are genuinely grateful for by reminding yourself daily.
Stay away from individuals, situations, information, etc., that diminish your vibration.
Be sure to engage in something you love doing every day.
Eat healthy food; that is, choose things you are drawn to, unless your intention is to numb painful emotions.
Live an active life full of movement but not to the extent that you create too much tension in your body.
Becoming an ambassador of joy
By following the steps in the list above, you naturally become an ambassador of joy and happiness. However, there are additional actions you can take, which I will again present in a bullet list starting with the most essential items:
Let others express their joy without pushing them down due to jealousy, marking what may be the only situation where it might be divine to suppress your emotions for a short time.
Don’t hesitate to show your joy and happiness in front of others, even if you know it might cause jealousy.
Share your joy with others; invite them to be part of your joyful creations, such as dinners, parties, romantic encounters, concerts, and more.
Be generous; that is, understand that sharing your resources with others is normally beneficial unless it prevents them from breaking free from an unhealthy pattern.
Respect other people’s boundaries; that is, never attempt to convince anyone of anything, but feel free to share your wisdom if they show interest in receiving it.
Writing 4 (#193): Bringing joy to life
Avoid lowering your frequency
The key to maintaining a high frequency is to see the love in everything that happens in life, something that is possible only with a close-to-perfect balance between one’s masculine and feminine principles.
Additionally, when a person achieves a healthy balance between feeling and thinking – specifically, between the energies of Adaptation, Creativity, and Feeling on one side, and Thinking, Knowing, and Devotion on the other – all challenges in life dissolve, leaving only a sense of gratitude for being alive.
The recipe for living joyfully
Three things are particularly essential to manifesting a life full of joy, listed below in order from more to less essential:
Live from the inside out; that is, give yourself permission to engage in everything that excites you, even if it may trigger the unhealed wounds of others.
Be respectful to all expressions of life, knowing that they have the right to live their truth.
Maintain your frequency as high as possible as you advance in life.
The top five things to keep the frequency high
Talking about the importance of maintaining a high frequency as you progress in life, find below the ten most essential things to do this, listed from more to less critical:
See the love in all expressions of life, regardless of their evolutionary maturity.
Remember all the things in your life that you are grateful for.
Avoid excessive drama by always keeping in mind that we are here to learn. This implies that people’s terrible behavior only ruins their own experience unless you permit them to ruin yours as well.
Don’t take life so seriously as it is just a game.
Laugh as much as possible, especially when something isn’t amusing.
Treat others as you would like to be treated; in other words, strive to make life pleasant for everyone.
Make sure you do something you really love on a daily basis.
Steer clear of activities you don’t enjoy unless they are necessary.
Eat high-frequency food like fruits and vegetables.
Protect your energy from negative people.
Writing 5 (#194): Joy and the Law of Karma
Let’s now shift the focus in this Gospel.
So far, we have discussed the concept of gratefulness in fairly great detail, which has been necessary. However, to go deeper into the concept of joy, it is necessary to understand the Law of Karma, to be explained in Gospel 4: The Universe Represents Perfect Order.
However, the essence of the Law of Karma is that everything you create comes back to you due to energy moving in circular patterns.
Consequently, if you desire a life filled with joy and happiness, you must cultivate joy and happiness for others, as this is the result of radiating the frequency of joy.
In other words, if you wish to live a blissful life brimming with joy, you must be very mindful of how you act.
Joy and love
First, recognize that joy is to love as love is to God; they are inseparable. However, why do these concepts have different words? – Because there are subtle yet crucial differences between them. Let me explain.
Love is everything, while joy is only the frequency of pure love. For example, it is totally possible to love a brutal murderer with all your heart, while it isn’t possible to enjoy seeing him kill someone you love.
In other words, you can truly enjoy life only when the people around you are reasonably healthy. This explains why creating paradise is, in some ways, a collective journey.
Writing 6 (#195): Joy and simplicity
How to find joy in the simple things
Life becomes difficult only when you create challenges, a tendency many people have due to their inflexible views on how things should be.
However, by relaxing your mind and accepting reality as it is, without trying to change it, things will start to flow more effectively.
Moreover, from this state of mind, the natural joy of life, embedded in the six core energies Adaptation, Creativity, Feeling, Thinking, Knowing, and Devotion, will start to radiate out of you.
Additionally, by living simply – that is, not owning too many things that can break or engaging in too many projects that can fail, etc. – it becomes much easier to accept things as they are. Why? – Because with too many mental distractions, it becomes impossible to feel the joy that is present.
In fact, unless there is joy in everything you do, something is wrong and you should better ask yourself what.
Merge with life
By living life in a simple way, without too many things and ensuing attachments, you free yourself and increase your frequency of vibration.
Moreover, on your path to a more joyful life, the following tips might be helpful:
Regularly evaluate if you need all the things you have.
Give away everything you don’t need or that don’t make you feel happy.
Be careful when buying new things – not to be harsh on yourself, but to prevent accumulating items that could soon become a burden in one way or another.
Instead of buying physical things, treat yourself with experiences.
Finally, treat the things you own like dear friends. Why? – Because everything in life responds to love. For example, if you want your car to last as long as possible, your clothes to stay fresh-looking, and your plants to thrive, give from yourself, and they will give back to you.
