Gospel 3: The Seven Cosmic Commandments
The Seven Cosmic Commandments are closely connected to the ancient concept of the seven deadly sins. Both emphasize how the creative process of life should be guided to foster love, which means achieving harmony among all of God’s children.
Additionally, they both originate from the cosmic heart and God’s three masculine and three feminine qualities: 1) thinking, 2) communicating, 3) creating, 4) feeling, 5) knowing, and 6) devotion.
By understanding what prevents these energies from flowing freely, you identify the deadly sins, and by following the Seven Cosmic Commandments, you resolve the issue.
Before we begin, let me clarify that the Seven Cosmic Commandments will be presented with both their inward/masculine and outward/feminine aspects, creating thirteen unique aspects to thrive in life.
1. Live From the Inside Out
Core energy: Thinking
Numbers: 1 and 2
Masculine aspect (1): Visualize your desires
Feminine aspect (2): Plan how to realize your desires
Bodily part: The head
Astrological signs: Aries and Taurus
Archetype: The strategic warrior
Deadly sin to watch out for: Greed
Living from the inside out essentially means that you are a sovereign being who experiences creation to fulfill your own desires rather than others'.
This may seem obvious, but coming from the animal world, where everyone needed to play a specific role or the pride would risk dying, our psyche is burdened by pressure to conform to norms, and we tend to base our self-confidence on what others think about us.
Living from the inside out is the foundation for thriving in creation and involves setting goals aligned with our desires and planning to fulfill them in a way that feels right for us.
Masculine aspect (1): Visualize your desires
It’s only by connecting with your desires that you can gain the motivation to move forward in life, and, broadly speaking, these are found within four main categories, reflecting the cosmic heart.
Getting to know yourself better
Getting to know other humans better
Getting to know the spiritual world better
Thriving more in your earthly life
As a matter of fact, life invites you to focus on the first topic in spring, the second in summer, the third in fall, and the fourth in winter.
The process of healing
A healthy life vision should always involve healing by surrendering to the path that life is preparing for you, meaning the path that more evolved aspects of you see will be helpful for you to become as evolved as they are.
Therefore, you should not overemphasize your personal desires, or you risk making your vision useless, since life may lead you down a completely different path anyway.
Therefore, creating a vision for your future is a delicate task that can be aided by answering these three questions:
What makes me most happy in my life today that I might overlook in an attempt to fulfill my desires that stem from covering various wounds?
How precisely would I become happier by fulfilling my strongest desires, potentially connected with covering for my biggest fears in a way I might not be able to see?
What have I experienced in this life that I want to avoid experiencing again, and how is that linked to my potentially unhealthy desires?
David and Goliath
In the Bible, David symbolizes your unrealistic desires, while Goliath stands for the force that makes them seem impossible.
If Goliath had not existed, David’s people would be fine, meaning you would get what you want in life.
But David defeated Goliath, telling us what? – That God decides what’s unrealistic and not.
David defeated Goliath because life wanted this to happen, for a reason we may never fully understand from a human point of view.
We can just assume that it is related to teaching humanity something about bravery and faith, but what specifically could it be?
In fact, the cosmic principle we aimed to illustrate to humans through this story is that healing requires bravery.
You can’t defeat Goliath, meaning the obstacle between you and your deepest desires, without confronting your biggest fears. This usually involves being vulnerable and experiencing the pain you work so hard to avoid.
And this pain can be enormous, like Goliath.
However, just like David won against all odds, so will you overcome all your accumulated pain if you just show up and take the fight, metaphorically speaking.
So, while you're healing, make sure you focus on desires that are reasonably realistic, depending on where you are in the process of overcoming Goliath.
Feminine aspect (2): Plan how to realize your desires
When you know what you want, the next logical step in life is to determine whether it is possible to achieve, given the external circumstances.
The way to find out the answer to this question is to understand how life is wired, thereby realizing which direction it is heading, which makes it easier to determine whether your desires align well with God’s desires or if you need to look deeper within before moving forward.
From the highest possible perspective, as shown in the fourth symbol of Genesis, humans are gradually becoming more compassionate beings, meaning beings who primarily embody God’s capacity to feel rather than focusing on God’s ability to create.
Essentially, this means we are shifting from relying more on thinking to relying more on feeling, indicating that our creative desires are transitioning from being more intellectual to more artistic.
All of this is revealed in the Bible through the story of Adam and Eve, symbolizing God’s masculine and feminine aspects, the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil representing creation, and the snake symbolizing the force that urges us to learn and evolve.
The message in the Bible’s Genesis
Adam and Eve weren’t animals or humans, but plants.
Because of this, they were somewhat bipolar in their sexuality, meaning they weren’t as extremely masculine or extremely feminine as animals are. For this reason, they weren’t very concerned about their sexuality and walked around in Eden without clothes.
However, after eating the forbidden fruit, they felt the urge to cover their genitals. According to the Bible, Eve and womanhood were now destined to suffer through childbirth, and Adam and manhood would have to endure hard work.
This is, of course, a sharp contrast to being plants, emphasizing the difference in how plants and animals live and reproduce.
So, the message in the Bible is that you are pushed out of your comfort zone to learn more, which can be painful until you do.
The role of the snake
The role of the snake is to help you shed your skin, meaning to evolve or transform into a better reflection of the Supreme Father and Mother.
Its toolkit involves pushing your weak buttons, meaning exposing you to the things you don’t want to face.
For example, if you are too cautious about spending money, it is unlikely that you will get money easily in life, gradually opening your eyes to see that money isn’t everything in this world, which will heal your money-related wound.
So, in reality, the snake represents your immature desires that lead you down a path in life that doesn’t bring happiness but instead results in suffering and positive transformation.
In fact, if you desperately want more money, you, according to the cosmic Law of Attraction, give more evolved beings permission to block you from receiving it, perhaps by creating obstacles in your career path.
In other words, you can be nearly sure that life will direct you toward where your weaknesses are exposed, and your job is to accept and align with that path.
Unless you accept that, your life will keep getting tougher until you listen and do what life demands of you.
This may sound harsh and unexpected, but it is only difficult as long as you resist the truth. Once you let go of your defenses against an imagined threat, life becomes simple and effortless.
Aligning yourself with life
When planning your life, you can be almost certain of two things: first, that life is encouraging you to connect more with your feminine side, meaning to feel more and think less; and second, that life will reveal your weaknesses one by one, or sometimes several at once.
Therefore, it may not be the smartest move to adopt the old-school system, which is heavily biased toward masculine thinking; it may not be the most strategic choice to pursue your biggest desires unless they are rooted in truth; and it may not be wise to invest your money in businesses that only understand the masculine side of life, to give only three of an infinite number of relevant considerations.
2. Speak Your Truth and Respect Others’ Truth
Core energy: Communicating
Numbers: 3 and 4
Masculine aspect (3): Speak your truth
Feminine aspect (4): Respect life’s natural boundaries
Bodily part: The throat
Astrological signs: Gemini and Cancer
Archetype: The talented performer
Deadly sin to watch out for: Pride
Speaking your truth and honoring others’ truths is a feminine quality that requires a good deal of masculine strength to bring into your life, rather than just showing it on a stage as a talented performer.
Unless you can speak your truth as you start to manifest your visions and plans into tangible realities, you won’t achieve your goals but, at best, reach something that others appreciate.
This isn’t to say that we shouldn’t learn from others by asking for their input, but that we must have a lot of integrity to fulfill our dreams, or they will easily become someone else’s dreams.
Masculine aspect (3): Speak your truth
Being true to yourself
In today’s world, people struggle to be true to themselves, to speak their truth.
Instead, they attempt to fulfill their dreams by conforming to norms, which is a hopeless effort because we are all unique, and norms represent a standardized way of behaving.
To achieve your dreams, you must stay true to yourself, suggesting that the path to paradise varies for men and women, as explained below.
Understanding gold and silver
As mentioned in Genesis, gold is the least corrosive of all metals, while silver is the best conductor of energy.
In our society, we have valued gold as the most precious physical substance, rivalled only by rare gemstones, while silver, although used as money and in jewelry, has been regarded as a poor man’s gold.
Even though silver has been more widely available to humans, its value has been disproportionately low compared with gold.
Why have we valued something that resists corrosion more than something that transfers heat? Why have we appreciated the masculine side of God to the extent that the Christian cross has had only an upper horizontal line, rather than God’s feminine qualities?
The answer to these questions is that we haven’t fully understood the feminine side of life because we've been too disconnected from our feelings, which reflects our evolutionary immaturity.
As we progress in our evolution and deepen our connection with our capacity to feel, we move closer to a world of truly compassionate beings. In this journey, we will also begin to understand the feminine mystery of life. Silver will play a significant role in this process, and we are already starting to see the first signs of it in the world around us.
The golden (masculine) path to paradise
As a man, you are good at thinking ahead, but often less skilled at thinking realistically. We can say that you tend to be ungrounded, drifting away in your thoughts.
Because of this, you need to create a realistic plan for your life, not just a dream. This is your main challenge.
To achieve that, consider these three points:
Be careful about tendencies to want to move too fast in your career. Although it might work in practice, it will not be helpful in fulfilling your true mission, which is the only thing that really matters career-wise.
Be cautious to select career paths that are popular right now rather than the one that is truly yours.
Understand that your inclination is to do things too quickly, viewed from a cosmic perspective, so take it slow. If needed, life can easily nudge you from behind without causing trouble, but it’s harder to slow down someone who’s moving too fast without risking a crash.
The silver (feminine) path to paradise
As a woman, you are naturally tuned to feel, take things slowly (unless you've become too disconnected from your essence, which is common in today’s world), and truly base your work in reality.
Your challenge, therefore, is to initiate projects to fulfill your dreams, for which the following three pieces of advice may be helpful.
Don’t try to act like a man just because you live in a patriarchy. Yes, in the short term, acting like a man might be easier and bring more money and success, but in the long run, you will suffer. Instead, be true to yourself and accept that genuinely feminine skills are not yet appreciated by many people, both men and women.
Know that your skills are best suited to emerging fields like witchcraft, coaching, and healing.
Don’t focus too much on money, knowing that the days when women had to earn their own money to be free are coming to an end, as future financial systems will value your ability to love above everything else.
Feminine aspect (4): Respect life’s natural boundaries
You can’t do everything at once
You may have many healthy visions or desires for your life, such as creating wonderful relationships with other people, building a home, making a career, traveling to various destinations, and so on, but you struggle a bit with deciding which order to do things.
For example, many people expect to excel at work when they are thirty by putting all their energy into it, but they might get more out of life by focusing on something else.
To prioritize correctly in life, you need to understand that your life follows the thirteen phases of a cosmic year, according to the list below:
Years 1-10: Masculine thinking, focusing on understanding who you are by detaching from your mother.
Years 11-20: Feminine thinking, forming a vision for your life by realizing how your qualities are best used to bring evolution forward.
Years 21-30: Masculine communication, learning about yourself through relationships, work, and hobbies.
Years 31-40: Feminine communication, learning specifically about your unique mission in this particular life.
Years 41-50: Masculine creativity, creating the platform that will later develop into your grand earthly mission.
Years 51-60: Feminine creativity, taking your work to its full potential by spreading it to as many people as you are ready to reach.
Years 61-70: Masculine feeling, connecting deeper with yourself to thrive even more in this particular incarnation.
Years 71-80: Feminine feeling, allowing your presence to reach many people, acting like a beacon of light for others to follow.
Years 81-90: Masculine knowing, transforming yourself by integrating your life, preparing for death and a new beginning.
Years 91-100: Enlightenment, marking the finalization of your earthly life, where you reach the peak of your ability to transfer knowledge to others, often through intimate conversations with younger people.
Beyond 100: A new beginning somewhere else, or the complete death of a particular cycle of life.
As people’s health continues to improve, numbers 11, 12, and 13 will become more significant than they are today and in the coming centuries. They will allow people to experience earthly old age as genuine cosmic citizens, creating spiritual experiences while delving deeper into the process of dying on Earth.
The three questions to identify your main priorities
How old am I, and what should I prioritize at this stage in my life? Alternatively, what do I need to do now, and what can wait for later?
Which of everything I feel drawn to will help make the world a better place?
If I don’t feel drawn to create anything specific, is it because I am lazy, too traumatized, or simply lacking the confidence to chase my dreams? In 99 out of 100 cases, it’s the latter.
3. Create Without Holding Back
Core energy: Creating
Numbers: 5 and 6
Masculine aspect (5): Take action
Feminine aspect (6): Surrender to life
Bodily part: The muscular system
Astrological signs: Leo and Virgo
Archetype: The lover
Deadly sin to watch out for: Sloth
Creating without holding back means not suppressing ourselves out of fear of upsetting others.
However, that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be very gentle and careful in observing the guidance we constantly receive from more evolved beings.
In short, we should act with the strength and grace of an elephant, which efficiently clears all obstacles on our way to success.
Masculine aspect (5): Take action
In the Bible, we are told that God created the world in six days and rested on the seventh, effectively revealing that life is a process of six eternal aspects which, when expressed perfectly, create the harmony we call love.
Consequently, except for the holy Sunday or the phenomenon we call love, life is about taking action, even if that action sometimes means surrendering – meaning actively choosing to do nothing and waiting for others to act.
In the Third Commandment, taking action specifically refers to bringing your work to fruition by infusing your visions and methodology with hands-on movement, creating something that can be touched or at least experienced by others.
And just as God rested on the seventh day, action must also be balanced with rest, or the creative process will quickly turn from divine grace to chaos, preventing the achievement of anything truly beautiful.
We can say that all output must be balanced with input, meaning connecting more deeply with your visions and plans as you progress.
The art of being effective
The cosmic definition of being effective is to work until you no longer feel an appetite for more work, then rest until you feel no desire for more rest.
If you can live like that, which requires having a job you love, you naturally align with the cosmic forces, and your work will be as successful as you are capable of at this stage in your evolution.
Feminine aspect (6): Surrender to life
The story of Noah
In the Bible, a man named Noah received information that a flood would come and wipe out all living things because God was upset. In response, Noah decided to gather a male and female of every animal and shelter them inside an ark.
Why did only Noah receive this information? – According to the Bible, it was because he was the only righteous man on Earth, meaning he was the only one worth saving for the future.
This is a typical Old Testament story, where God is depicted as much more brutal than in the New Testament, reflecting how people viewed life at the time it was written.
Still, every story holds a cosmic truth, including this one. Let me explain.
The ark symbolism
The ark represents a container for the most valuable goods – in this case, the future of life on Earth – and, in the case of the Ark of the Covenant, the Ten Commandments on how to live.
Arguably, Noah’s ark was even more valuable than the one holding the two stone tablets with helpful tips on how to live.
Could it be that the ark, from the highest perspective, represents the force that sustains creation, meaning the Supreme Father and Mother?
Could it also be that a boat symbolizes something that the water element, which represents feelings, cannot touch?
And could it be that the deluge symbolizes a huge storm of people’s anger, sadness, disappointments, and more?
If so, the ark is a safe place during stormy times around you, like when people go through major phases of transformation.
Finally, could it be that we are at the start of a new deluge, which calls for people to find a place where they can remain as untouched as possible by unhealed people’s emotions?
In fact, this is exactly what's happening. Societies as people knew them are falling apart, and the official narratives that have kept things stable for hundreds of years are collapsing one after another.
Keep this in mind when shaping your life.
A few more words about Noah
You are Noah, meaning you are the hero or savior of your own life.
And how do you plan to protect yourself from the deluge that's always present, but more so in the coming decades than in a long time?
Are you ready to escape to a tropical paradise and build a community there? Do you want to stay where you are and help others become enlightened? Or are you content to stick your head in the sand and pretend things will go back to how they used to be?
Whatever you choose to create in life, you must surrender to the bigger picture that a deluge is building up, indicating that your creations should support this process rather than oppose it.
From a higher perspective, three things support change more than anything else: 1) spreading cosmic truth, 2) supporting people’s healing, and 3) creating a wonderful life for yourself so that others don’t have to carry your burdens along with their own.
4. Find Truth in Feelings Rather Than Thoughts
Core energy: Feeling
Numbers: 7 and 8
Masculine aspect (7): Feeling the micro-cosmos
Feminine aspect (8): Feeling the macro-cosmos
Bodily part: The belly and other key organs
Astrological signs: Libra and Scorpio
Archetype: The healer
Deadly sin to watch out for: Wrath
Finding truth in feelings rather than thoughts suggests that humans need to reprogram how they see truth, realizing that it isn’t what scientists agree on but how life, within and without yourself, responds to what you do.
Anything other than sensing the truth through feelings will lead to harm, unless you resonate with the intellect of an angel.
Masculine aspect (7): Feeling the micro-cosmos
Unless you can sense how the beings inside your body react to your life, you have no idea whether you're creating peace or conflict as you go through life.
In other words, you are a loose cannon, possibly causing conflicts wherever you go without realizing it.
And we are not talking about triggering others' wounds by speaking your truth, which is healthy, but about being ignorant because you are so desensitized by the world you live in.
The art of feeling yourself
Feeling yourself is about being aware of what happens inside your brain, throat, muscular system, organs, genitals, bones, and, most importantly, within your heart.
As long as these aspects of your seven-dimensional cosmic body are in harmony, you are happy, and you bring peace wherever you go.
Becoming more sensitive
Becoming more sensitive often involves removing the most aggressive aspects of your life, such as constantly consuming negative news, watching violent TV shows daily, pushing yourself to work harder than is comfortable, and more. It also means replacing them with softer activities, like walking in nature, swimming in the ocean, or watching movies that spread good vibes.
Feminine aspect (8): Feeling the macro-cosmos
If you want to understand who other people really are, feel them – meaning don’t just listen to what they say but pay attention to how their presence makes you feel.
In short, people can have these three impacts on you:
Because of their wounds, they might be triggered when you express your authentic self, causing you, whether you realize it or not, to hold back, which disrupts the flow of energy and decreases your chances of being at your best.
Alternatively, they can be aware of their wounds and realize that you help them connect with their pain, for which they are grateful. These people usually make you feel neutral.
Thirdly, people might have healed more than you and be capable of holding space for you, meaning allowing you to react without counterreacting. We are usually drawn to these people because they support our healing process in the most effective way.
If you are too hard on yourself, you are likely to surround yourself with people who require you to control yourself, or there will be too much conflict.
However, if you are kind to yourself, you notice which people are good for your healing, and you seek their company.
For this reason, wounded people tend to feel attracted to other wounded people, while healed people tend to be drawn to more healed individuals.
The Good Samaritan
We have been conditioned to behave like the good Samaritan in the famous biblical story, thinking that compassion simply involves feeling sympathy for others.
However, the cosmic truth is that helping others without receiving anything in return isn’t fair, and compassion has nothing to do with feeling sympathy. Let me explain.
The good Samaritan didn’t help the robbed and beaten Jewish man because he was connected with his feelings, but because he had a mental belief that he was doing the right thing.
He believed that doing good would bring good things to him, which is a common theme in many religions, but perhaps most clearly seen in Christianity, where suppressed feelings have led to everything from inquisitions and witch hunts to crusades and more gentle efforts to spread the beliefs of right and wrong.
It is easy to think you are good because you have good intentions, unaware that what you consider beautiful compassion is actually your own pain.
In truth, compassion is the ability to feel energy, nothing more, nothing less, and it is usually quite rare among people who think they are very compassionate.
The bottom line is that feeling others isn’t about helping them but about living in reality, which only those humans can do who have healed enough to tell whether they are sensing their own or others’ pain.
5. Transform By Embracing Higher Truths
Core energy: Transforming
Numbers: 9 and 11
Masculine aspect (9): Get to know yourself
Feminine aspect (11): Get to know the world
Bodily part: The genital area
Astrological signs: Sagittarius and Capricorn
Archetype: The sage
Deadly sin to watch out for: Envy
‘Transform by embracing higher truths’ suggests that you don’t transform yourself by learning something mentally but by feeling the truth within yourself.
For this reason, the educational system on Earth will go through a complete transformation, beginning to view learning as something that occurs over a lifetime rather than during a limited period, and as something that doesn’t mainly happen through the brain.
Practically, we grow by gaining a deeper understanding of what we enjoy in life, which naturally leads to new perspectives in the eternal spiral of life.
Masculine aspect (9): Get to know yourself
The better you know yourself, the better you understand your desires, including which energies to engage with to expand your experience of life – such as the people you exchange energy with, the foods you eat, and the projects you participate in.
All of this is sensed by your most sophisticated body part – the genital area, capable of bringing new life to creation.
Traditionally, people have emphasized their so-called Third Eyes, associated with the pineal gland inside the brain, while the true spiritual center is located in the genital area.
It is through the genital area that men connect with their ability to protect, and women connect with their ability to nurture, which essentially explains why men are inward-oriented, meaning focused on protecting what’s inside, while women are outward-oriented, meaning they embrace everything around them.
For this reason, men penetrate, and women receive the penetrative force.
So far, I have described the traditional archetypal man and woman, who are rather disconnected from their opposite pole.
However, as people heal and become gradually more two-polar, their desire to nourish their less dominant side also grows, which drastically changes who they are.
Becoming a more two-polar being
People who resonate with the message of The Fourth Testament are unlikely to be extremely feminine or extremely masculine, but are probably more two-polar than many others. This means they may, beneath layers of mental conditioning, have a tendency toward desiring homosexual encounters, whether as part of their everyday life or at least occasionally to fulfill all their desires.
Practically, the ability to nourish one’s supportive pole greatly speeds up your healing, making it much easier for a man to fulfill the Commandments 2, 4, and 6, and for a woman to fulfill Commandments 1, 3, and 5.
Feminine aspect (11): Get to know the world
As you understand yourself, you understand the world, which suggests that the more you expand the idea of who you are, the more tolerant you become toward others.
This suggests that truth isn’t discovered through rational assessments of external phenomena but by gaining a deeper understanding of yourself.
The more you realize that you are ‘created in the image of God after his likeness,’ as the Bible says, which we know means that you have the capacity to embody God’s six core qualities, the closer you come to seeing the truth of life.
So, what is the highest truth of life?
We are infinite beings evolving to become like the cosmic heart, meaning capable of loving unconditionally because we are sufficiently connected with our masculine and feminine sides.
When you understand yourself so deeply that you see you are a replica of the cosmic heart and that your only path in life is to become more divine, you also recognize that this applies to everyone else.
Then you open your eyes to the beauty of creation, and your life starts to resemble an earthly paradise.
6. Remember By Letting Go of the Unnecessary
Core energy: Devotion
Numbers: 12 and 13
Masculine aspect (12): Initiate something new
Feminine aspect (13): Let go of the old
Bodily part: The spine and all bones
Astrological signs: Aquarius and Pisces
Archetype: The witch
Deadly sin to watch out for: Gluttony
‘Remember by letting go of the unnecessary’ suggests that who we are is reflected in the vibration of our soul, which consists of the bones in our body and the land we live on.
Therefore, if you still resonate with the frequency of outdated beliefs, so-called behavioral patterns, you haven’t remembered the higher truths you recently touched on. You have fallen back into your old ways of doing things.
This tells us that all transformation must be grounded in reality by releasing the things that do not serve your higher experience of life, such as certain relationships, certain ways of doing things, and certain belongings.
Masculine aspect (12): Initiate something new
In the Bible, we learn that ‘as we sow, we shall reap.’ However, it’s not very clear that each harvest results in a better way of planting the next one.
Instead, life appears to move in a circle rather than progressing in a spiral.
And, actually, earthly life used to be more of a circle than a spiral, which changes drastically when people understand that their life challenges are only there to help them become enlightened rather than as manifestations of bad luck and injustice.
King and Queen consciousness vs victimhood
In the cosmic cross, the masculine triangle represents the archetype of a king, embodying the three sub-archetypes of the strategic warrior, the genial lover, and the wise sage, while the feminine triangle represents the archetype of a queen, embodying the three sub-categories of the talented performer, the sensitive healer, and the devoted witch.
The path to becoming a king or a queen, depending on whether you're male or female, is to realize that you are not a victim of your circumstances but the one who has sown everything you reap. This happens when you unconsciously believe in lower truths instead of the absolute cosmic truth, which allows more evolved beings to orchestrate the experiences you need to open your eyes more.
To the best of your ability, always try to initiate new things that move you forward, and avoid those that keep you stuck in the same place. How? – By following your desires with such focus that you don’t give too much room for others’ fears to influence you.
A king and a queen live from the inside out, respect everyone who does the same, and accept that those who don’t live from the inside out will be triggered to some extent by their behavior.
Therefore, the message here is to reclaim your sovereign power to live your life as you choose by becoming a king or queen instead of a victim.
Feminine aspect (13): Let go of the old
Letting go of everything that no longer supports your experience of life is part of the dying process, which doesn’t happen all at once but through a conscious effort over time.
Because of this, birth and death are more intertwined than most people realize.
Actually, they happen at the same time.
The art of dying and being reborn
Being reborn means attaching yourself to life, while dying involves detachment from it.
The more you attach yourself initially, the harder it becomes to let go, suggesting that dying involves some pain until you learn to live in the present moment, enjoying your experiences rather than your visions and memories.
This isn’t to say that visions and memories aren’t important, but that they don’t evoke emotions if you are fully present in what you do.
Therefore, the art of living is to stay present, because then you don’t burden your mind with illusions but fill it with reality.
The three prerequisites to live in the present moment
Living in the present moment is easier said than done when you’re still wounded and attached to your desires.
However, as you heal and uncover the truth of who you are, you gradually bring yourself more fully into the present moment.
Practicing this isn’t very helpful; just focus on living, and you’ll get there.
That said, it might be helpful to remember the three things you must master to live in the present moment and thrive in paradise.
Deeply understand that life isn’t your essence but a spiral you travel forever, so there’s no point in being attached to temporary phases but only to the eternal, unchanging truth that you are, which you can remind yourself of by saying ‘I am.’
Whenever you find yourself lost in the past or future, ask yourself whether this is necessary or a waste of time.
When you experience pain, don’t try to run from it but see it as an invitation from life to learn more about yourself, because at that depth, the past and the future blend into what we might call reality, or the present moment of life.
7. Use the Heart as Your Main Source of Guidance
Core energy: n/a
Numbers: 10
Essence: Love
Bodily part: The heart
Period: Advent
Archetype: God
Deadly sin to watch out for: Lust
‘Use the heart as your main source of guidance’ highlights that you will never be able to thrive in life unless you do the right things.
And how can you tell right from wrong? – Well, first, you should use your rational thinking and capacity to feel, but later, your path will be so steep and unpredictable that you must trust the guidance from more advanced beings who can see what you cannot from a human point of view.
These beings mainly communicate with you through your heart.
Understanding the heart
Don’t follow your heart blindly, knowing that it is the main gateway of communication with more evolved beings, who want to teach you everything you need to know to master life.
In other words, don’t stop thinking and feeling, and just focus on your heart.
However, in situations that you cannot possibly understand rationally or emotionally, the heart is the only light you have to follow.
For example, you can never see around the corner and know in advance whether a relationship will be good for you, whether an investment will turn out to be worthwhile, or whether a trip will be a success, no matter how analytical or sensitive you are. You can only follow your heart.
However, if you don’t even try to think and feel, the more evolved beings who guide you through your heart may lead you astray, only with the intention of making you as sovereign as possible in life.
Once you ascend from the earth plane, you will view life from a much higher perspective, and your heart will be less critical as a guide for how to progress. But as long as you are human, the heart is often the only thing to hold onto.
The art of following the heart
When your heart has healed sufficiently, it speaks very loudly.
If you say something that doesn’t foster love or plan something that won’t support your growth, it contracts. Conversely, as long as you move forward in life on your highest path, it expands, acting like a portal of high-frequency energy, similar to a radiant sun.
However, in the beginning, when you're not used to following your heart, the connection between your brain and heart is dormant, and you can’t feel it very well.
At this stage, you can only aim to feel your heart by breathing in and out a few times occasionally, which gradually allows for a more conscious dialogue.
This is where you need to start, along with embracing your overall healing, which involves 1) establishing a healthy relationship with yourself, 2) building healthy relationships with others, 3) connecting with the spiritual realm, and 4) thriving in your earthly life.
