Gospel 3: The Art of Manifestation

  1. Mastering the First Commandment

  2. Mastering the Second Commandment

  3. Mastering the Third Commandment

  4. Mastering the Fourth Commandment

  5. Mastering the Fifth Commandment

  6. Mastering the Sixth Commandment

  7. Mastering the Seventh Commandment

Cosmic creativity, the essence of being human, is all about mastering the Seven Cosmic Commandments, which you must become at least a God-conscious human being to do.

Thus, mastering life is nothing for plants, animals, or even Christ being, meaning humans who intend to do good, but only for those who have truly understood who they are.

In the past, Christianity discussed seven deadly sins, and, as so often, it was unaware of how spot on they were, given that these sins represent the six core energies of life plus love.

In fact, by mastering a Commandment, for example, the first one, you allow the first core energy, thinking, to flow perfectly through you, which implies that you have also overcome the deadly sin of greed.

As you will see in this Chapter, and even more as you progress in The Fourth Testament, greed relates to thinking energy, pride to communication energy, sloth to creativity energy, wrath to feeling energy, envy to intuition energy, gluttony to devotion energy, and lust to love.

By learning the Seven Cosmic Commandments, including their inward/masculine and outward/feminine aspects, and by keeping an eye on the deadly sins, you will hopefully improve your manifestation of happiness and abundance.

1. Mastering the First Commandment

Commandment 1: Use your rational and abstract thinking to visualize and plan your dreams

Core energy: Thinking

Masculine aspect (1): Connect with your dreams

Feminine aspect (2): Plan how to fulfill your dreams

Deadly sin to watch out for: Greed

Time of year: Aries and Taurus

Masculine archetype: The visionary problem solver

Feminine archetype: The grounded politician

Bodily part: The head

Cosmic masters: Plants

‘Use your rational and abstract thinking to visualize and plan your dreams’ is the starting point for all life cycles, including the process of manifesting your dreams, big and small.

This work can take a few seconds, if the cycle is about pouring yourself a glass of water, or a few months, if we are talking about your goals for a particular year.

To become a powerful manifestor of your dreams, it’s essential to master both rational and abstract thinking, or you will have either overly abstract goals or overly rational plans to reach them.

Masculine aspect (1): Connect with your dreams

In the Bible, we learn that David defeated Goliath, the giant who prevented ‘God’s people’ from defeating the Philistine army.

However, more than anything else, we learn that life is predestined in many ways, suggesting that connecting with your dreams isn’t about creating something new but about aligning with a path you have already walked for many lives.

Think about it. How could a tiny shepherd boy with no experience in warfare beat an unbeatable giant if it wasn’t predestined to happen?

So, your visions of what you want to achieve must align with your cosmic mission, or they will never materialize into something truly grand, such as David’s victory over Goliath.

Feminine aspect (2): Plan how to fulfill your dreams

David had a plan to defeat Goliath, using a sling to hit him from afar, which worked successfully and paved the way for a new dynasty on the Israelite throne.

However, was this plan grounded in realism, or was it an example of incredible luck?

On the surface, it appears to be luck. If we go a little deeper, it seems that David’s fanatic faith in God led him to do something that may not have been very rational.

However, if we go even deeper, we can feel the truth that this episode merely serves as a metaphor for the importance of living your truth, even if that entails risking something very dear to you, though not necessarily your life.

In everyday life, everything that stands between us and our dreams can be seen as a Goliath, sometimes huge, sometimes more modest.

However, the truth is that you will never get what you truly desire unless you face your fears.

Consequently, don’t expect to reach your goals by making a plan that looks easy, but one that includes elements you feel truly uncomfortable pursuing.

In other words, don’t try to bypass Goliath, but expect to meet him somewhere along the path of manifesting your goals.

The path to paradise

The path to paradise is to defeat Goliath, not through violence but through the process of enlightenment, which will gradually lead you to face larger Goliaths that, however, remain similar in difficulty, since you have continuously grown along the journey.

Unlike in a computer game, there’s no final boss in life that signals you’re almost at paradise. Instead, there are new challenges that match your evolutionary maturity in accordance with the Law of Attraction, which gives more evolved beings the right to help you grow in the most effective way.

The only difference is that at some point, you begin to view your challenges as something positive, realizing that they are the daily bread we pray for in the Lord’s Prayer in the Bible.

Mastering the First Commandment

Mastering the First Commandment implies that you are courageous enough to think big and to make a realistic plan, which almost always involves facing your biggest fears.

To remember this, think of David, who later became King David and the most righteous of his time.

2. Mastering the Second Commandment

Commandment 2: Nurture yourself and your loved ones by speaking your truth

Core energy: Communication

Masculine aspect (3): Speak your truth

Feminine aspect (4): Express your love

Deadly sin to watch out for: Pride

Time of year: Gemini and Cancer

Masculine archetype: The protective father

Feminine archetype: The nurturing mother

Bodily part: The throat

Cosmic masters: Animals

‘Nurture yourself and your loved ones by speaking your truth’ suggests that communication is an inevitable part of life, which fits naturally between creating your visions and plans on the one hand and taking tangible action on the other.

This is because the idea that we can create things entirely on our own is just an illusion, especially when it comes to truly grand creations.

The main obstacle to fulfilling the Second Commandment is the deadly sin of pride, which effectively blocks the truth from coming out of your throat, often because of fear of being judged by others as bad.

Masculine aspect (3): Speak your truth

In the Bible, we learn that we shouldn’t throw pearls before swine, because they will destroy them, which means that we shouldn’t waste things that are valuable to us on people who cannot appreciate them.

Instead, we should ensure that what we give is good for us as well.

For example, if we give someone a beautiful gift, we do so to balance out something we have received or are likely to receive in the future.

If we give more than we receive, we create an imbalance in life, just as if we receive more than we give.

Both of these tendencies will be corrected in appropriate ways as you go along in the spiral of life, incarnation after incarnation.

For example, if your tendency is to give more than you receive, life will put you in situations where you gradually realize you are accumulating bitterness within yourself. If your problem is the opposite, life will hold you back from success until you realize your life-harming pattern.

In terms of manifesting your dreams or goals, it’s essential that you speak your truth to others, bringing along those who resonate with what you say rather than those who either give you too much or too little. By doing so, you don’t throw your pearls before swine.

Feminine aspect (4): Express your love

You have no obligation to actively support other people’s experience of life other than to respect who they are at this present moment by not judging them or trying to change them according to your preferences.

If people could do this, they would quickly realize that any favors beyond respecting others aren’t an expression of love but a hidden business transaction.

This suggests that the only thing you can give unconditionally is your respect. Everything else comes with a price, either for you or the receiver.

When manifesting your goals, it is of utmost importance that you give them all your love, meaning all your respect or unconditional love, which is akin to saying that you shouldn’t view them as entirely yours, but rather humble yourself to see that you are always a co-creator who cannot give more than your best attempts.

If you try to give more than your humble respect for the process ahead of you, you will begin to control things, believing your success rests on your shoulders rather than on God’s.

The path to paradise

The path to paradise entails realizing that love isn’t about showing your appreciation of others, but about respecting them since all efforts must be balanced at a later point.

On a practical level, this means that people must become much better at doing things based on truth rather than based on unconscious desires to receive something back, make someone happy, or make themselves happy.

We can say that giving people gifts is a superficial level of love for people who don’t have the ability to truly respect others for who they truly are, usually because they are attached to a mental idea of who the other person is that suits their preferences.

Mastering the Second Commandment

Mastering the Second Commandment requires that you use your voice to make others aware of your unique perspective in life, thus fulfilling three essential things, according to the list below:

  1. You clarify who you are for others so they don’t form false ideas that could lead to misunderstandings down the line.

  2. You attract the right people on your path, those who vibrate at a frequency similar to what you are trying to achieve.

  3. You save a lot of time by not having to exchange energy with people you don’t have much to gain from.

3. Mastering the Third Commandment

Commandment 3: Create by balancing bold action with surrender

Core energy: Creativity

Masculine aspect (5): Take action

Feminine aspect (6): Surrender

Deadly sin to watch out for: Sloth

Time of year: Leo and Virgo

Masculine archetype: The genius creator

Feminine archetype: The inspired artist

Bodily part: The muscular system

Cosmic masters: Humans

‘Create by balancing bold action with surrender’ suggests that your manifestation process depends on your ability to take action at the right moment and to sit still in the boat when no action is needed.

Of these two extremes – acting or waiting for others to act – the latter is even more important to master than the former, especially for Christ beings who tend to believe they are victims in life and that they must do everything by themselves.

Masculine aspect (5): Take action

In the Bible, Noah is the man who takes action more than anyone else.

He builds an ark and saves humanity and the entire animal kingdom from extinction.

However, what is the higher meaning of this parable?

To understand this, we must acknowledge that it’s important to act on sound grounds rather than out of desperation for something we aren’t fully ready for.

However, Noa acted on good grounds, namely instructions from God that the world would be flooded to cleanse it of everyone who wasn’t righteous in their beliefs.

From a higher perspective, the message is that unless we have a very good reason to act, we shouldn’t act but should relax until we do.

In fact, if we act before we are ready, which most people tend to do, we are wasting our time and should instead find an area where we are ready to act.

To commit your biggest actions, your ‘arks,’ metaphorically speaking, which represent your contributions to a better world, you must normally become very grounded in your visions and plans, communicate with the right people, and give the project all your love for some time. Then it might be ready for the next level: making it available to the world through hands-on action.

Feminine aspect (6): Surrender

After Noah built his ark and filled it with a male and female of every animal species, the only thing he could do was surrender, waiting for the rain to create a flood on which the ark could sail.

In reality, you can only play your part, like Noah, by building your ark. However, you can’t create the deluge, which, in this context, is what makes the project flow.

Therefore, don’t expect to create success on your own, but only by aligning yourself with life, resembling an inspired artist who acts only when she feels an inner urge to express something.

The path to paradise

The path to paradise entails creating the things you desire, over and over again, even though they don’t lead to true and lasting happiness, but rather to more learning.

One day, you will be as righteous as Noah, potentially quite soon as a reader of this book, and your desires will align with God’s desires, and you will be ready to bring your ark to the world.

Because of this fundamental principle of life – that you can’t achieve truly great things before you are ready – the manifestation process taught in The Fourth Testament, through the Seven Cosmic Commandments, is relevant only to God-conscious or near-God-conscious humans.

Those who are at the beginning of learning to have good intentions will keep trying to take shortcuts in life, sometimes succeeding in creating abundance in money, but if so, never simultaneously in health and love.

Mastering the Third Commandment

Mastering the Third Commandment involves perfectly discerning whether to act or not, which you can only do if you realize that you are a co-creator of life rather than a sole creator.

Sometimes you cooperate a lot with other humans, and sometimes with spiritual beings. In any case, you can never do more than your part, implying that all successful creativity requires periods of doing nothing, waiting for cosmic forces to align in your favor.

4. Mastering the Fourth Commandment

Commandment 4: Find cosmic truth by feeling yourself and others

Core energy: Feeling

Masculine aspect (7): Feel within

Feminine aspect (8): Feel life

Deadly sin to watch out for: Wrath

Time of year: Libra and Scorpio

Masculine archetype: The cosmic scientist

Feminine archetype: The sensitive healer

Bodily part: The belly and other key organs

Cosmic master: Compassionate beings

‘Find cosmic truth by feeling yourself and others’ tells us that we can never evaluate a cycle of our project based on thinking but only on how we feel inside and how our ‘partial delivery’ makes others feel.

Masculine aspect (7): Feel within

In the Bible, we learn about the Good Samaritan, who helped a beaten and robbed Jewish man despite the longstanding tension between Samaritans and Jews.

According to Jesus, his behavior was ‘good,’ suggesting that good means helping others in need rather than acting selfishly.

However, if it was more important for the Samaritan to arrive on time for an important business meeting in Jerusalem than to help an unknown man survive, then he sacrificed himself, potentially receiving nothing in return.

Still, according to Christian morality, he did the right thing, as he will be judged by God one day, and with things like this on his CV, he will certainly end up in heaven rather than in hell.

All of this is quintessential Christian bullshit for anyone who has learned to respect others, because they know that the real challenge in life isn’t to follow norms but to break them by being true to yourself.

In fact, as long as you derive your self-esteem from how others judge you, you aren’t ready to bring evolution forward, meaning you aren’t ready to deliver your ark.

Feminine aspect (8): Feel life

Just as life must be balanced between giving and receiving, we are no machines, suggesting that the Samaritan probably acted in a godly way in this specific instance.

Unless we can live slowly enough to feel all expressions of life around us, we aren’t human but closer to animals, suggesting that our projects will be skewed toward achieving benefits for ourselves at the expense of others.

For example, if you are in a position to exploit others by paying lower salaries than are needed to live a decent life, to use substantial natural resources because you are wealthy, or to manipulate people’s opinions in dubious ways, so-called lobbying, you are playing the wrong game. In fact, you are playing the game of capitalism instead of humanism, and you will never reach a state of true and lasting happiness.

The story of the Good Samaritan is ultimately about achieving balance in life between feeling yourself and feeling others, with the cosmic truth being that you must always act in balance with yourself. Why? – Because it’s impossible to create harmony in life by creating disharmony within yourself.

The path to paradise

The path to paradise is the path of cosmic truth, which has historically stood in sharp contrast to what humans have considered decent behavior.

From the highest perspective, you are responsible for creating harmony within yourself before you are entrusted with greater missions, which may include helping others create harmony within themselves.

Mastering the Fourth Commandment

Mastering the Fourth Commandment entails discerning truth from lies by feeling what creates harmony within yourself and within others.

The starting point is to let go of idealizing thinking in favor of feeling, thereby giving you a fair chance to live from within as a sovereign being rather than as an indoctrinated soldier in a harmful army of mind-controlled soldiers.

In your manifestation process, nothing is more important than this step because it tells you whether you are on the right track or must change course.

5. Mastering the Fifth Commandment

Commandment 5: Let your intuition guide you forward to new heights, individually and collectively

Core energy: Intuition

Masculine aspect (9): Know what you want

Enlightenment (10): Shed skin

Feminine aspect (11): Know your mission

Deadly sin to watch out for: Envy

Time of year: Sagittarius and Capricorn

Masculine archetype: The strong leader

Feminine archetype: The planetary savior

Bodily part: The genital area

Cosmic master: Enlightened beings

‘Let your intuition guide you forward to new heights, individually and collectively’ entails knowing yourself and your role in life, something that becomes gradually clearer the more you live.

As a rule of thumb, you are unlikely to have a very clear picture of what you are really here to do before around the age of forty.

Masculine aspect (9): Know what you want

The most masculine of all skills in life – creation’s North Pole – is knowing what you want.

However, to want things that lead to happiness and prosperity for yourself and everyone else, this knowing must be grounded in the deepest feeling, which requires that you live a life balanced between stillness and movement.

If you move too much, especially in your mind, it’s impossible to connect with the intuition of what you really want in life or in a project. If you move too little, you might be aware of your truth but still fail to come closer to it for obvious reasons.

Enlightenment (10): Shed skin

By connecting with a deeper truth about what you want in life by feeling something you haven’t felt before, you begin to become a new person in a process that lasts for the remaining three steps of the cycle described by the numbers one through thirteen.

The moment of enlightenment that we celebrate at Christmas is more symbolic, as it takes time to change who you are once you have connected with a higher truth by experiencing your creations.

Feminine aspect (11): Know your mission

The next step in knowing yourself more deeply is to understand more about your role in the overall development on Earth and ultimately within all of creation.

Are you a visionary problem solver, a protective father, a genius creator, a cosmic scientist, a strong leader, or a wise sage, each of which summarizes one of the six aggregated masculine archetypes?

Or are you more of a grounded politician, nurturing mother, inspired artist, sensitive healer, planetary savior, or profound oracle, each of which summarizes one of the six aggregated feminine archetypes?

In a specific project, it’s essential to know which of these twelve archetypes must be brought into the next cycle of manifesting your dreams, either by expressing these skills yourself or by involving more people.

Ultimately, as shown by Jesus and his twelve disciples, even though the metaphor is distorted in that it features only men, a grand project needs a board representing twelve distinct aspects of God, allowing each to contribute to the creation.

The path to paradise

The path to an earthly paradise entails connecting with our truth, which we find deep within rather than in literature, self-help courses, or coaching sessions.

In fact, as long as we need someone to hold our hand, which isn’t wrong as long as we do, we can’t see clearly what we are here to achieve.

Mastering the Fifth Commandment

Mastering the Fifth Commandment is about living so slowly that you can truly experience what you create and thereby transform as you move forward in life.

This is as important to your project as to your own life.

6. Devote Yourself to Your Mission

Commandment 6: Remember your unique and collective lessons

Core energy: Memory

Masculine aspect (12): Let go of everything that no longer serves you

Feminine aspect (13): Connect with the deepest truth of who you are

Deadly sin to watch out for: Gluttony

Time of year: Aquarius and Pisces

Masculine archetype: The wise sage

Feminine archetype: The profound oracle

Bodily part: All the minerals

Cosmic masters: Divine beings

‘Remember your unique and collective skills’ highlights the importance of change in life, so-called death, which essentially entails replacing outdated parts of yourself with new, fresh energy.

Though this is the most natural aspect of life, people tend to struggle with letting go and thereby fail to reach the higher levels necessary to create something truly grand.

Masculine aspect (12): Let go of everything that no longer serves you

In the Book of Revelation, the Bible depicts the end of times, confronting Armageddon—the total annihilation of life.

In your work to manifest your dreams, you experience many Armageddons, meaning points where you will have to let go of everything you have done so far, realizing that it was merely part of your education rather than your final output.

If you can master this, which requires acting like a wise sage, you have the potential to reach paradise and become abundant in money, love, and health.

However, this requires that you truly love your work, because if you source your motivation from the results rather than the process itself, Armageddon will destroy you.

Feminine aspect (13): Connect with the deepest truth of who you are

After dying, or more accurately, toward the very end of the dying process, just before you are reborn, you are as close to your essence as ever, feeling God’s breath as your own.

From there, you’re already preparing for the next rebirth, meaning that the visions for how you will continue manifesting your dreams through a new cycle are sourced from your divine essence as God.

For this reason, never force new visions of how to progress, but give time to let go of everything that was true before. Only then can you breathe in something truly new and inspiring.

The path to paradise

The path to paradise entails understanding who you are and what your role in life is, which equals knowing what you need to be perfectly happy.

Mastering the Sixth Commandment

Mastering the Sixth Commandment requires someone who is no longer chasing dopamine kicks by completing tasks but who can see the bigger picture of what life is like.

When you know who you are and spend most of your work time on things you truly love, this isn’t so difficult, but until you reach this point, it’s so easy to delude yourself simply because of fear of death.

7. Mastering the Seventh Commandment

Commandment 7: Never go against your heart’s expansive and contractive signals

Core energy: n/a

Deadly sin to watch out for: Lust

Time of year: Christmas

Bodily part: The heart

Cosmic master: God

‘Never go against your heart’s expansive and contractive signals’ can be viewed as a Commandment that supports the other six rather than as a distinct part of the life manifestation process.

Nevertheless, it may be the most important of them all, because if you fail with this one, it means you are on the wrong track, a path that takes you further away from your dreams than closer to them.

The way to make sure you always fulfill the Seventh Commandment is to develop a close relationship with your heart, always be aware of how it feels, and be very mindful of whether it contracts.
