REVELATION 11
The Fourth Cosmic Commandment
“Nurture your creative project by listening to the input that life shares with you, often through other people”
In the Fourth Commandment, we connect with the most feminine of all energies, embodied by the nurturing mother archetype and represented by the summer solstice.
We learn that all cosmic beings have seven basic needs that must be met to be healthy, and the one related to our sexuality is in particular need of better understanding, which is why we will dig particularly deep into this topic.
It’s time for humanity to understand that their sexuality is the most valuable healing tool they have, in addition to being the most pleasurable of all earthly activities.
Opening up sexually is an essential part of the third millennium of self-expression, following two thousand years of mental activity.

1. The seven basic needs of all beings
God’s ability to love, enabled by our capacity to think, communicate, create, feel, know, and remember, requires a seven-dimensional cosmic body, namely an energetic entity comprising a head, a throat, a muscular system, internal organs, genitals, and a skeleton, harmonized by a heart.
This seven-dimensional body, represented by the cosmic cross, is first and foremost a spiritual entity, with its physical aspects corresponding to its densest frequency bands or octaves.
In fact, by considering the seven notes of a piano that repeat at higher and lower frequencies, you can understand the composition of a cosmic vehicle.
Just as a high tone can harmonize with a low one, so can your spiritual aspect harmonize with your physical aspect.
Understanding oneness
In the densest frequencies, you are separated from others, and in the highest possible vibration, the cosmic heart, you are one with everything that has ever been and will be.
In the first ‘octave’ from the cosmic heart, you exist as one of seven rays, known as enlightened beings.
In the second ‘octave,’ you embody one of thirteen compassionate beings.
In the third ‘octave,’ you represent one of a vast number of beings who live in the physical dimension of the cosmos as humans, animals, or plants.
The mineral world, comprising so-called divine beings, exists in symbiosis with the cosmic heart and represents creation's physical structure and infinite memory, yet is entirely detached from the capacity to think, communicate, create, feel, and know.
So, our capacity to think, communicate, create, feel, know, and remember, meaning our capacity to love, stems from the oneness of who we are and is expressed differently depending on our evolutionary maturity.
Understanding our needs
Because of our seven-dimensional nature, we have seven distinct needs: 1) to be seen, 2) to be heard, 3) to be touched, 4) to be felt, 5) to be met sexually, 6) to be remembered, and 7) to be loved.
Let’s discuss them one by one, as they explain much about how humans must begin to relate to themselves and to one another to fulfill the prophecy of paradise and world peace.
1. To be seen
To be seen means to be understood, which means being acknowledged for who you are and for what you desire in life.
For example, if your friends or partner don’t see what you want and what you strive for in life, you will feel unseen and, consequently, unloved.
2. To be heard
To be heard means to be respected, which essentially means that other people take the time to listen to your dreams without judgment.
If they cannot accept your dreams, you don’t feel heard and, consequently, unloved.
3. To be touched
To be touched means to feel other people’s bodies close to yours, perhaps even feeling their fingers touch your skin as an act of intimacy and pleasure.
If you don’t have this connection with the people around you, you don’t feel loved.
4. To be felt
Being felt means receiving support to connect with your trauma and wounds from someone who can hold space for you, meaning they can feel your emotions without being overburdened by their own, suggesting they can be truly compassionate.
Unless you receive compassion from others, you will feel lonely and unloved.
5. To be met sexually
To be met sexually means having someone to make love with who helps you become whole and better reflect the fullness of God.
Unless you have this in your life, you will feel unloved and impotent to fulfill your life’s mission.
6. To be remembered
To be remembered essentially means leaving a legacy on Earth, something all humans will do sooner or later.
This legacy will reflect your cosmic mission and the lineage you belong to, and it will be the ultimate expression of love.
7. To be loved
As you have seen in the last six paragraphs, being loved by others means being seen, heard, touched, felt, met sexually, and remembered.
However, more importantly, it is to be loved by yourself, especially when you are breaking new ground and can’t expect others to embrace what you are doing until they see tangible, positive results.
Nurturing your creative projects
Your project is a cosmic being that needs to be seen, heard, touched, felt, met sexually, and remembered, though at a very basic level compared to a human.
In fact, your project doesn’t have a unique soul but belongs to your soul and those of your co-creators.
Nevertheless, it’s essential that you treat your project with respect, which means analyzing how it can be nurtured by recognizing its potential, communicating it to the right people, making it beautiful, feeling its resonance, sharing it with others, and keeping it alive for as long as it makes sense.
The point is that the more you can treat your project as a cosmic being, even if it’s a very primitive one, the higher it will vibrate and the more successful you will be.
2. The three waves of sexual evolution
Of the needs discussed in the previous chapter, some are fairly straightforward to fulfill, while one of them, namely the need to be met sexually, is especially controversial in today’s world and requires more in-depth explanation.
The need to be whole
All beings have an inherent need to be whole, which is met in different ways at different stages of evolution.
For example, animals fulfill this need mainly by living in larger communities where males and females play vastly different roles, while plants fulfill it by living side by side and fertilizing one another, unless they can do so within themselves with the help of bees and other pollinators.
Humans, in contrast, fulfill this need by exchanging energy with those they feel sexually drawn to, which varies from day to day to some extent.
Exchanging energy can happen superficially through emotional intimacy or more profoundly through emotional intimacy combined with physical touch that creates arousal, indicating that the energetic pathways are wide open.
Becoming whole in more enlightened ways
While the Marriage Sacrament, as it has been practiced for many centuries, shares many similarities with how wholeness is achieved in the animal world, there is one distinct difference, namely that it can be terminated by one’s free will.
In fact, ‘free will’ is a human concept that neither plants nor animals can relate to, yet they express it very authentically in many situations.
However, in terms of sexuality, it isn’t really free will that determines which animal mates with another, but a strict elimination process in which the most suitable father wins the right to mate, often by demonstrating his physical superiority over others.
Evolving sexually as a human entails outgrowing animalistic tendencies and embracing more sophisticated forms of elimination, beyond sheer physical power, specifically to identify which fellow humans can help you improve your capacities to think, communicate, create, feel, know, and remember.
In the human kingdom, everyone has something to give, assuming it’s possible to create emotional intimacy with them or to experience the more powerful exchange of energy that occurs when we make love.
The three waves of sexual evolution in the next two centuries
Step one on your path to becoming whole is to cultivate a sense of wholeness within yourself by connecting more with your feminine side if you are a man and more with your masculine side if you are a woman, without sacrificing your original essence as either a man or a woman.
The second step is to create the same level of harmony with a being of the opposite gender that you have within yourself, while the third step is to achieve this with beings of the same gender.
When you reach the third level, you are so God-conscious that you can easily create harmony among many people at once, manifesting the prophecy of paradise and polyamory.
1. Achieving harmony within yourself
Inner harmony is achieved as you live by the Thirteen Cosmic Commandments, successfully coping with the inward and outward aspects of life.
You get there by enduring earthly drama for hundreds of lives, resembling a piece of coal that transforms into a diamond under intense pressure.
Only when you have become harmonious within can you begin to contribute to harmony outside yourself, suggesting that most people’s attempts to create a better world should be directed toward their personal healing instead of trying to change others.
2. Achieving harmony with a person of the opposite gender
Once you have reached a stage in your evolution where you can be truly happy in your own company, you are ready for even higher frequencies of harmony by merging your energy with someone of the opposite gender.
Doing this is a true healing accelerator that relatively quickly brings you to the third and final stage for a human on Earth, polyamory.
3. Achieving homosexual harmony and embarking on a polyamorous path
After you can live blissfully together with a person of the opposite gender, the next step is to achieve a similarly blissful relationship with a being of the same gender, though not necessarily expressed in the same sexual way.
When you are so fearless and open-hearted that you can embrace people of your own gender, especially if you are a man, you have come a long way in mastering the earthly curriculum and can live polyamorously without feeling too much pain from rejection or abandonment when your lover is with someone else.
The misunderstandings around homosexuality
People on Earth tend to believe that we can be either heterosexual, homosexual, or bisexual, but the truth is that we are always attracted to the energies we need to heal.
For example, if we are highly submissive and exhibit self-destructive behavior, the primary reason we are drawn to dominant and violent people isn’t the outer balance and ensuing harmony we create with them, but the inner balance we will eventually reach by gradually, over many years and often lives, accessing more of their aggressiveness and egocentrism.
Therefore, living in what appears to be a horrible relationship is the most healing for those individuals, suggesting that life is far more perfect than most people believe.
The same mechanism that draws us to the energies we need to heal also explains homosexual relationships, which normally arise for one of the following three reasons:
You are a man who is deeply connected to your feminine side and therefore craves masculine energy, or a masculine woman who craves feminine energy.
You have been hurt in the past by someone of the opposite gender and therefore closed off an aspect of yourself. Opening up to life requires you to create intimacy with those you feel safer with, potentially people of the same gender.
You lack the ability to understand what is best for yourself, probably because of a very dominant father if you are a man, or a dominant mother if you are a woman, who made you resent the archetypal masculine and feminine qualities.
3. Sacred sexuality and pleasure
The seven needs addressed in this Revelation embody the truth of cosmic pleasure.
Being seen, heard, and touched represent the pleasures of living in a physical reality, while being felt, sexually fulfilled, and remembered represent the pleasures of living in a spiritual reality.
Consequently, sacred sexuality isn’t only about the pleasure you can receive through penetration or masturbation that leads to a physical orgasm, but about the profound knowing of life that it brings you.
The pleasure of knowing who you are
What could give you more pleasure than knowing that you are an infinite aspect of God, whose life will only get better and better the more you embrace yourself and the cosmos you are part of?
Can a physical orgasm bring more pleasure than this spiritual intuition or knowing? No, it’s impossible because it lasts only a brief moment and is felt superficially unless your heart is significantly healed.
Therefore, the key to truly thriving in physical reality is to connect with life’s spiritual side, which means allowing yourself to be nurtured by a higher intelligence.
Combining the physical aspects of making love, such as being seen, heard, and touched, with the spiritual aspects of being felt, sexually fulfilled (meaning whole enough to access a higher level of consciousness), and remembered makes it the most potent way to experience paradise on Earth.
The point here is that lovemaking shouldn’t be seen primarily as a physical act that gives physical pleasure, but as a sophisticated technique for transferring knowledge between people.
The stronger the attraction you feel to another person, the more you expand your level of consciousness.
Making love with life
The thirteen compassionate beings who represent the inward and outward aspects of the seven enlightened beings, embodying the six core energies of life and the love they create in harmony, originating in the cosmic heart, are expressed as many energetic entities, such as spirit animals, Ascended Masters, Gods, ferries, and much more.
Historically, sensitive people, such as witches, could have some form of communication with these entities and obtain knowledge that normal people had no chance of accessing.
We can say that these sensitive people, often women, experienced the spiritual side of life without fully understanding it.
But how come women were more inclined to connect with the masculine side of life than men? It was for the same reason men were more inclined to connect with the physical side of life than women.
There is polarity in everything, including how we thrive in life.
Therefore, men don’t thrive by expressing their masculine essence as complete stillness, just as women don’t thrive by expressing their feminine essence as complete movement.
In fact, it’s the opposite. Men thrive by embracing life’s feminine nature, while women thrive by embracing life’s masculine nature, suggesting that the sacred sexuality of life entails men moving more and women finding greater peace.
Because of women’s attraction to greater peace, they are more likely to connect with their emotions and soul memories, suggesting they are more attuned to the spiritual, masculine side of life in their daily lives. We can see this in the cosmic cross, where the Queen, the second core energy of feminine communication, is connected to the fourth and sixth core energies of feeling and memory, while the King, the fifth core energy of masculine knowing, is connected to the first and third core energies of thinking and creativity.
This isn’t weirder than the fact that most women prefer to make love with men rather than with other women, and most men prefer to make love with women rather than with other men.
Only someone strongly connected to both poles can enjoy both the physical and spiritual sides of life.
The benefits of universal love-making
When a man engages in physical activity and when a woman engages in spiritual activity, they are both making love to life.
The more connected you are to your masculinity, the more you will enjoy the feminine movement embodied by summer – the most feminine aspect of the cosmic heart – and the more connected you are to your femininity, the more you will enjoy the masculine stillness embodied by winter – the most masculine aspect of the cosmic heart.
Therefore, women who move too much are likely to be disconnected from their feminine essence, while men who move too little are likely to be disconnected from their masculine essence.
That said, as you become more two-polar, men begin to crave more stillness, while women naturally crave more movement, which makes men more peaceful and women more adventurous, suggesting they find it easier to create truly harmonious relationships without loosening the strong attraction that is necessary for passionate love-making.
4. Secrets about masculine and feminine sexuality
Most people believe sexuality is about making love, and it is, but not necessarily in the way they picture it.
We make love by creating balance within creation, which we do by seeing, respecting, touching, feeling, having sex with, and remembering ourselves and others.
Secrets about masculine sexuality
The key to expressing healthy masculine sexuality is to be connected with your masculine center, the genital area in the hip, which helps you create a masculine foundation for knowing what you are drawn to. This is where you build your self-esteem and become attractive not only in your own eyes but also in the eyes of others, especially those strongly connected with their feminine side.
In this area, a man has a highly sensitive gland, the prostate, which begins to play a different role in him once he is sensitive enough to live a polyamorous life, meaning exchanging energy with those people he feels attracted to, whether men or women.
When a man connects with his prostate, he becomes naturally bisexual and naturally craves men as much as women, though only men who are as strong as they are sensitive.
At this point, the prostate begins to heal, and it’s just a matter of time before it’s no longer the most common source of cancer in men and instead becomes a center of the highest physical pleasure – a prostate orgasm not so different from a female vaginal orgasm.
Secrets about feminine sexuality
The key to expressing healthy feminine sexuality is to be connected with your feminine center, the throat, which enables a healthy feminine platform for expressing yourself and nurturing others, generating healthy self-esteem for a woman and making her attractive in her own eyes and in others’ eyes.
Because the most feminine of all energies, the second core energy of communication, is connected to the throat, female homosexuality is more verbal, whereas men’s homosexuality, related to expressing the fifth core energy of knowing through the genital area, is more about what we traditionally call sex.
To open up sexually to a man, a woman must first open her throat, meaning that all penetrative encounters can be pleasurable only after she has been given time to connect with the man verbally.
A woman who hasn’t opened the flow of energy through her throat before making love with a man will struggle to enjoy it and often create trauma that makes it even more difficult to connect with lovemaking in the future.
Therefore, many men would benefit from understanding that the only sensible way to approach a woman is through truthful, respectful communication.
Creating harmony between men and women
Men and women are destined to suffer until they no longer need to and can thrive in life.
Men will suffer from sexual frustration because of their suppressive behaviors that make women feel unsafe expressing themselves freely, the very thing that makes them closed off to sex, suggesting that women will suffer from feeling abused, both physically and emotionally.
At this stage of evolutionary immaturity, men and women can achieve harmony only superficially by suppressing their masculine and feminine essences, with three main fatal consequences:
They cannot create love, only short-lived sensations of sexual satisfaction that don’t really support the healing process as much, at least not compared with open-hearted love-making.
A woman must often force herself, consciously or unconsciously, to have sex, which leads to all kinds of issues, including, above all, internal disharmony that harms the heart and leads to an overproduction of cancer cells in the breast.
A man must often suppress his sexual desires, leading to prostate problems and other issues in the genital area, which is so important to him.
To turn around these three problem areas, it’s essential that both men and women begin to understand who they are and turn inward whenever they feel uncomfortable, rather than assuming they are victims of someone else’s behavior.
This is called healing, and it is the only medicine worth its name, though Mother Nature can support the healing process in various ways.
The magic of mushrooms
Mushrooms serve as a bridge between the mineral world, which is closest to the cosmic heart, and the plant world, suggesting they help you connect with your true essence as eternity.
The complex mycelium a mushroom builds is the closest physical replica of the non-physical or spiritual connectivity that is so challenging for humans to comprehend, making mushrooms the best healing support available on this planet.
This isn’t to say that eating various potent mushrooms can replace your inner work, but that it can make your inner work easier, especially if you have severe, deeply buried trauma from this life.
Becoming a truly sexual being
Becoming someone who exchanges energy with all aspects of life is the cosmically correct interpretation of shamanism, which is so often confused with spiritism, the occult, and superstition that we struggle to connect with it.
So, all humans are gradually becoming shamans, meaning people who make love to life through their seven-dimensional cosmic vehicle by seeing and being seen, hearing and being heard, touching and being touched, feeling and being felt, giving and receiving sexually, and remembering themselves and others.
Ultimately, creating paradise on Earth entails loving everything there is to love, creating a harmonious field of energy that simply feels blissful and inspiring to be in.
