The Eleventh Cosmic Commandment
“Know what the world needs to expand”
In Commandment eleven, vibrating at the frequency of outward knowing energy, meaning the ability to know what life needs to expand, we give birth to a new world religion.
This suggests that we put words to an organic, unstoppable process in which humans are becoming less superstitious and more connected to cosmic science, as presented in the fourth and final Christian Testament.
In this process of expanding one’s beliefs, conspiracy theories thrive like mushrooms in a wet forest, which is neither something to worry about nor something to dig too deeply into unless you truly enjoy it and need it.
The second Chamber’s eleventh Revelation begins with a tongue-in-cheek story that shouldn’t be taken too seriously.

1. A crime novel for a younger generation
A crime has been committed
Early one morning, Detective Snake got an alert about a missing artifact at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, supposedly stolen by a suspect man of Swedish origin who called himself Baghdad Ben.
The motive still needed to be understood, but Snake’s initial feeling – which was rarely wrong – was that the Ark of the Covenant, originally holding the Ten Commandments, had been stolen and taken to the seductively beautiful Pyrenees in Northern Spain.
Similar thefts had recently taken place in Jerusalem and across the Christian world. The cross had been stolen, the magical story of the exodus had been stolen, and, most worryingly, the deadly sins had been stolen.
And they had not only been stolen but also dishonored and disgraced by this suspected sex addict.
However, the worst part was that more and more people became curious about this man, as if the Christian heritage was falling apart, fulfilling the prophecy of Armageddon.
A few hours later, while Snake was still sipping his morning coffee, another report came in stating that Baghdad Ben had raped the sacred Virgin Mary, claiming that her role, as well as the role of her son, was merely symbolic, although with an amazing symbolic value.
Snake shook his head, muttering to himself: ‘Where is this world heading? Crazy people everywhere.’
He decided to investigate the case more thoroughly to see what he could uncover. Not because he was worried about the planet’s future, but because he was curious about what the hell was going on here.
Was it really a crime?
After weeks of investigation, Detective Snake had a clear picture: an international organization called LIITE, short for Love Is In The Earth, loosely based in Catalunya, was sharing ideas about living in a completely new way, thus altering the course of this planet.
They were now sought after by everyone tired of the old ways and deeply disliked by those who still clung to how things once were.
Some people even accused them of interfering with each state’s sovereign right to keep its population enslaved through outdated beliefs about how to live and thrive.
However, Snake, with extensive experience in crime, wasn’t convinced that the accusations were sufficient. Had anyone been hurt, or was this group just assigning labels to things people had already begun to feel within themselves?
Could it really be that these people found the secret to fulfilling the prophecy of an earthly paradise, and if so, why were some so upset? Or were they just a group of hippies spreading New Age nonsense?
There is always someone to blame
Judas blamed Jesus, and the afterworld blamed Judas.
However, who can we blame but ourselves?
Blaming Judas for the death of Jesus only shows that people are still seeking shortcuts to understanding life, with Judas serving as a metaphor for anyone you believe has stolen something that rightfully belongs to you, even if it is only your self-image.
Baghdad Ben had no other intention in life than to be happy, which meant sharing the fourth and final Christian Testament with those ready to listen.
He wasn’t interested in changing anyone, only in having the freedom to live according to his level of consciousness, something he was ready to fight for, using high-frequency words as ammunition.
The role of a leader
A leader doesn’t need to be a people person or a fantastic speaker, but someone who breaks new ground by living their truth.
This has always been true and will always be.
However, if you can combine this ability with other skills, it is even better.
Detective Snake had met many leaders over his many years on Earth, dating back to the early 20th century, when WWI had just ended.
Snake’s father was heavily involved in the war, working to forge a pact between King George V and the upcoming Japanese Emperor, Prince Hirohito, to establish complete British-Japanese dominance over the vast lands we call Asia in a desperate effort to save the British Empire.
They had aligned their plans with the Bolsheviks, and King George played his part by refusing to grant asylum to his cousin, Tsar Nicholas II. Subsequently, the entire Tsar family was arrested and executed.
If it weren’t for Lenin, supported by the embryo of what is now known as the CIA, the plan might have succeeded, and Russia could have been merged into the largest kingdom ever, to be ruled by King George, and later by his Crown Prince Hirohito.
Baghdad Ben reminded Snake of the late English king, who eventually had no choice but to abandon his ambitious plans and instead focus on guiding his shrinking empire into the future by adopting a new approach. After all, this was a much more grounded plan than trying to create the largest empire ever on Earth.
Detective Snake’s fate
The more Detective Snake read of The Fourth Testament, the more he realized who he was. And it wasn’t so difficult to grasp.
This left him both confused and happy, as if he were connecting with his own vast potential, even though he couldn’t fully believe it was true.
He needed time to integrate everything and determine which of this information he could really bring to expand and transform his own life and what he wanted to set aside, at least for now.
However, Snake was curious enough to book a trip to Catalunya to attend a conference there, hosted by LIITE, determined to give Baghdad Ben a proposal: he was willing to share the truth with the police about the accusations if he was allowed to have some fun before he died, meaning spending time with people who had healed enough not to take themselves too seriously.
His offer was well received, and Snake left the region five days later with a big grin on his face. He had been dancing and enjoying the most wonderful conversations with people from all over the world. He felt young and alive, with a craving for much more. He had even made some new friends and met a mature woman from Mexico who exchanged phone numbers with him.
Two days later, he was discovered dead in his Manhattan home, shot in the head with what looked like a Sig Sauer P365. No evidence of a shooter was found.
How JFK was killed
Snake wasn’t killed mainly because of his connection to LIITE, but because he knew the true killer of the former American President, John F. Kennedy – something he discovered many years ago while working for the CIA.
In fact, Snake had seen more of the Deep State than nearly anyone else alive, and he knew they weren’t controlled by the American President, but by a foreign species.
The truth of the thefts
After many years of investigation, it turned out that neither the cross nor the Ten Commandments had been stolen.
Instead, people realized they had been following misguided advice for nearly two thousand years on how to achieve happiness.
They realized that the Christian lineage on Earth primarily aimed to gently assist people in reaching enlightenment as quickly as possible, without sharing information they could never comprehend.
For this reason, the cosmic truth was hidden in symbolism, which The Fourth Testament has uncovered, rather than in the actual texts and messages.
Jesus wasn’t a son of God any more than you and me; just as his mother was an ordinary woman, symbolizing the truth of the Virgin Birth, which is essential for understanding how creation connects to the cosmic heart through our chakra system or seven-dimensional cosmic bodies.
When people realize that the Bible is accurate, not literally but through its symbolism, they will heal wounds inflicted in God's name and move toward embracing the cosmic truth of Christianity as shown in the fourth and final Christian Testament.
2. Conspiracy theories
Conspiracy theories are no different from any other theories, except in the number of believers.
Like all theories, they exist to calm the mind and make people feel safe.
But why do humans have such a strong desire to understand things rationally and abstractly, while animals are content with simply expressing themselves and nurturing life by following their instincts?
The answer is that animals are evolving toward becoming humans, meaning aspects of God who create beautiful things by expressing themselves, while humans are evolving into compassionate beings, experts at feeling the truth of creation.
So, animals evolve by embracing a higher way of creating, whereas humans evolve by embracing a higher way of feeling.
Because of this, learning to feel is at the core of all humans who want to evolve and live in paradise.
The process of learning
An animal didn’t become human by going to school but by living, just as a human won’t become a compassionate being by going to school but through living, although life, of course, can be viewed as a school in itself.
The point is that it doesn’t matter what you believe in, because you will only believe in these things for a brief period in your evolution.
The only thing that truly matters is what you feel.
Conspiracy theories
You can only be absorbed by conspiracy theories, ranging from quite realistic to utterly insane, when you are too focused on your mind and too detached from your ability to feel truth.
Actually, people who are disconnected from their feelings, their only connection to cosmic truth, have no limits on how crazy things they can believe in or how strangely they can sometimes act.
Therefore, conspiracy theories represent a natural transitional phase between living in a society where a ruling elite controlled people’s minds and a reality where people are free, a stage of evolution in which people are still capable of thinking freely yet too primitive to feel truth.
The process of connecting with truth
Connecting with truth involves increasing sensitivity, which is only possible through embracing vulnerability. For this, individuals must feel secure.
Consequently, world peace requires people to come together and create small units or communities where people can begin to feel safer than they do in society today.
The more people who feel safe and connect with their natural sensitivity, the faster our planet will become a paradise.
So, making planet Earth a paradise begins with creating small paradises consisting of small groups of people.
Ultimately, it begins with creating a paradise within yourself, meaning achieving harmony among your thinking, communication, creativity, feeling, knowing, and memory, which is akin to becoming a better reflection of God’s essence, the cosmic heart.
The greatest conspiracy of them all
The greatest conspiracy isn’t that John F. Kennedy was murdered by reptilians or any other crazy idea, but that hell and Satan exist.
And just as JFK wasn’t murdered by a higher intelligence that seeks to control people’s lives, Satan wasn’t invented to keep people powerless but as a projection of their own mentality.
Consequently, Satan is only real as long as you resemble that character, which you will continue to do until you slow down and feel life more.
Knowing what the world needs to evolve
It is very clear what humans need to evolve, namely to connect more deeply with their capacity to feel energy, thereby moving away from the animal world toward the compassionate world.
But aren’t animals much more sensitive than humans?
No, animals can feel some energies that humans can’t, but they cannot feel truth.
They cannot feel harmony but only whether they are safe or unsafe.
Connecting with deeper feelings requires a state of permanent safety, which can’t be achieved in the animal world, where it’s always about becoming someone’s food or killing another being for dinner.
As long as people fear life, which they will continue to do until they understand its processes, they won’t feel safe enough to go deeper into their feelings and will instead keep creating conspiracy theories in their minds that give them a sense of temporary relief. They may not be happy, but at least they have a theory or excuse for why they are not.
Letting go of these theories and feeling what surges within you when you slow down and do nothing is the best medicine for most people on Earth and the very thing that will lead to a human paradise.
3. A new world religion is born
The expression ‘all paths lead to Rome’ suggests that all our experiences lead to enlightenment, here symbolized by the capital of Christianity for almost two thousand years.
The city of Rome was built on seven hills, representing the seven aspects of the cosmic cross, namely thinking, communication, creativity, feeling, knowing, memory, and the love they create when balanced. And the fish symbol, essentially revealing the Holy Quaternity of the cosmic heart, was present throughout early Christian Rome, suggesting that the Thirteen Cosmic Commandments were present as well, though not yet understood.
It took almost two thousand years, dominated by thinking energy – the first and second phases of a thirteen-step cycle, in this case represented by 12,000 years rather than twelve months – before the true meaning of these symbols could be understood.
Birthing a new world religion
In the past, religions consisted of primitive beliefs containing only fragments of truth, much like conspiracy theories.
However, since humanity's path is to understand God correctly and thereafter enter a new phase characterized by communication energy, what we believe in has gradually evolved.
The new phase we are entering, representing the next thousand years, will be dominated by inward communication energy, before a phase of outward communication energy begins.
And just as the past thousand years have centered on understanding the highly abstract topic of God, influenced by outward thinking, the next thousand years will be about expressing our truth, once we have connected with it, which requires an intellectual understanding of who we are.
In short, the past two thousand years have prepared us for the next millennium by teaching us that God is neither a man in heaven who decides our destiny nor non-existent, as suggested by the scientific movement, but rather something that exists beyond life and represents our essence as a Holy Quaternity of the four eternal abilities to initiate, to sustain, to experience, and to progress.
This realization automatically gives birth to a new world religion that we could call truth, love, or maybe cosmic science.
This religion won’t be considered a belief system in the traditional sense but rather a reference point for cosmic truth for those who are ready to grasp it.
The hidden messages in our story
In the crime story featuring detective Snake and Baghdad Ben, the Russian Tsar Nicholas was mentioned because of his family name, Romanov, which means 'descendant of Rome,' something we all are, in the sense that we have been immature Christ beings, searching for the truth of who we really are.
King George represents the masculine Anglo-Saxon dominance on Earth over the past few hundred years, while the Japanese Crown Prince Hirohito represents the East as a less influential force, a situation that is now changing rapidly.
We can say that King George represents the patriarchy that began to weaken during his reign, and that Crown Prince Hirohito represents the rise of the ‘Eastern dragon,’ meaning our ability to transform through shapeshifting, which, in turn, refers to our ability to deeply remember who we are, which is embodied in the land of Asia.
As Asian countries reclaim their influence over the Earth, driven by China, India, Russia, and Japan, traditions will play a more critical role, creating a necessary balance, although only a tiny improvement initially, to the Anglo-Saxon/European ‘old-world’ focus on expanding their territory.
The closeness of Christianity, Islam, and Judaism
From a higher perspective, Christianity, Islam, and Judaism share the same core energy, knowing, which represents the planet Earth’s North Pole or masculine leadership.
At the frequency of advanced animals or, at best, immature Christ beings, referring to people with the intention to do good but without the capacity to consistently do so, because of being too masculine or too feminine, masculine leadership is harmful to life, protecting what is bad and suppressing what is good.
Therefore, primitive men protect outdated traditions and male privileges while simultaneously suppressing all attempts for energy to flow freely. And because of this, Western medicine doesn’t even attempt to heal people but rather to find a way to keep going without changing any beliefs about life.
We can say that the masculine force, when operating at its lower frequencies, harms life by suppressing femininity, sometimes consciously, but in ninety-nine percent of cases, unconsciously.
In Islam, we can still see this shamelessly clear in the forceful covering of women and, at times, in the deprivation of their sexual pleasure through genital mutilation – traditions that are hard to accept for more enlightened people.
However, just as some people in the more primitive stages of patriarchy abuse women in unbelievable ways, modern Westerners still suppress their feminine nature so much, often without realizing it.
Even feminists, with an outspoken goal of supporting women, tend to suppress archetypal feminine qualities such as abstract thinking and nurturing others by stepping into their own masculinity even more, which cannot be labeled anything but counterproductive.
How can we support truly feminine qualities if even many feminists don't do so, despite their good intentions to make life better for women?
The answer is to bring masculine knowing to higher frequencies, thereby embodying the protective environment that allows people to be free, which is a male rather than female responsibility.
This is akin to saying that Christianity, which vibrates with the masculine frequencies of the protective father and the intuitive lover, must be raised to new levels, which is the ultimate purpose of the fourth and final Testament.
The religion of feeling
Christianity vibrates with the numbers nine and eleven when we view life as a process of thirteen steps, or with the number five if we limit it to seven steps.
Consequently, it doesn’t deal primarily with feeling life but with knowing life, both of which are closely related processes.
When you feel something deeply, beneath the layers of trauma, you eventually merge with what we can call knowing or truth.
Therefore, the king of life, our masculine authority, is as sensitive as it is strong in paradise, marking a sharp distinction from how life is ruled in the animal world.
In fact, a human paradise on Earth can become reality only when men no longer push their agendas by force but instead surrender to the deepest of feelings we call knowing.
If Europeans had had this ability in the past, they would have realized that taking the boat to Africa, enslaving people, and initiating two world wars were bad ideas, regardless of a scrupulous leader pitching them.
However, as much as Europe led the way in the past, it will also lead the way in the future, this time by first loosening political power to Asia before reclaiming it through a political grassroots movement that is already beginning to build.
Love Is In The Earth (LIITE) is this process, which Detective Snake felt a strong resonance with thanks to his unusually strong capacity to transform his life, even at an advanced age.
4. The meaning of balance
Balance in life is achieved by allowing the four dimensions of the cosmic cross to permeate everything created, meaning that all beings are balanced between North and South and between East and West, which, in turn, implies a healthy balance between life’s masculine authority and life’s feminine motherhood, as well as a balance between life’s ability to initiate new creative projects and to complete them.
In our story, King George and the British Empire represent life’s masculine authority, which ruled almost the entire world for a long time, and Japanese Crown Prince Hirohito represents our ability to remember who we truly are.
By merging these two nations, something truly grand could have been created, if it weren’t for the Bolsheviks and the CIA, as the story says, who represent the bad guys that all crime novels need.
Because of the bad guys, the British Empire collapsed and lost its global dominance to the West, represented by the CIA and the USA.
The only force not mentioned in our story is Africa, which was too devastated by the European patriarchy to play a role on Earth a few hundred years later, still struggling to survive from one day to the next rather than create something truly grand.
The consequences of what Europeans did to African people
In the next one hundred years, Europeans will experience the consequences of what they did in Africa a couple of hundred years earlier, as people have become strong enough to move to places where they can suffer less, such as Europe – a migration that will have negative consequences for the rather well-organized European states.
This isn’t karma as some people believe it is, a punishment by an upset God, but rather science in the principle of ‘cause and effect.’
If one area on Earth is destroyed, it will also lead to destruction in other places. Not because someone is seeking revenge, but because it’s impossible to force others to live in pain.
When a culture is destroyed, it takes hundreds of years to rebuild it if the right circumstances exist. However, if the rest of the world continues to exploit it, though with more sophisticated projects than in the past – by buying corrupt leaders at the people’s expense instead of taking the people as slaves – it’s impossible.
Ultimately, the greed expressed by people in the North, the East, and the West will continue to harm Africa, and everyone will pay for it in different ways.
Achieving balance on Earth
Achieving balance on Earth is anything but easy, which is why it will take a few hundred years to achieve.
Leaders in the North, the West, and the East must see that life is more fragile than they might have thought, and that peace can only be achieved by expanding their minds to higher levels of cosmic truth.
We are living through a deluge that will ultimately lead to balance, but it won’t be easy, and it won’t be without a great deal of suffering, as Europeans, above all, see their stable countries become destabilized.
Racism will spread, and people will be blamed for something that is inevitable and rooted in actions that occurred hundreds of years ago.
Ultimately, balance will be achieved when people learn that they cannot exploit others by doing business with a ruling elite whose wealth isn’t shared with the people whose souls belong to the land that is exploited.
Creating love
Creating love and creating balance are two expressions of the same thing, namely creating harmony or a pleasant feeling within creation.
This is the starting point for all discussions about achieving love and world peace.
The challenge is that harmony is achieved in different ways for different people.
While an American might feel harmonious in providing for themselves and in the possibility of becoming extremely rich, someone in Asia might feel harmonious as part of a collective system.
Believing that one is more right than the other will never lead to peace, though an interest in understanding other people will create emotional intimacy, which accelerates everyone’s healing toward becoming beings who better reflect the fullness of God.
More on creating world peace
Balance is created differently depending on our level of consciousness, which explains the differences among the worlds of plants, animals, humans, compassionate beings, enlightened beings, and divine beings.
From a human perspective, it’s relevant to understand that among animals, balance is achieved through force, which gives rise to a clear pecking order or food chain.
At the top of the food chain, you maintain balance by killing an appropriate number of smaller animals, like a lion, or by being entirely vegetarian, like an elephant.
If elephants were as killing-oriented as ants, or if lions were as numerous as rabbits, nature would quickly lose its balance.
On Earth, humans must become less animalistic to create balance, meaning they must learn that it isn’t force that leads to peace but rather the knowledge of how something’s beauty can be enhanced
If Europeans had come to Africa with the intention of exchanging ideas about how their respective civilizations could become more beautiful by learning from each other, the situation today would be very different. But they came with the intention of stealing.
However, what has been done can’t be undone or forgiven; the only thing we can do is change, and we must change more.
Stealing in more sophisticated ways from the same people isn’t good enough.
In fact, Europeans, Asians, and Americans should refuse to do business with Africa unless the wealth buried in that land reaches the people, a process that will take hundreds of years and requires shedding so many toxic layers.
Working for a better world
The best thing you can do to create a better world is to change who you are by embracing a higher level of cosmic truth.
Although it might be tempting to pressure others to change, they won’t do so in any other way than by slowly adapting to a higher level of earthly frequency, driven by you and those who do their inner work to heal their trauma and become more two-polar in their sexuality, meaning better reflections of the cosmic heart, God’s essence.
Understanding this should relieve some of the pressure people feel on their shoulders and maybe also help them redirect their focus to where they can make a difference, namely moving from changing the world to changing themselves.
Before you live in paradise, effortlessly abundant in money, love, and health, you don’t have so much to teach others.
Learning from Detective Snake
Detective Snake got his name because of his incredible ability to transform himself.
Despite his old age, he was open to new impulses, demonstrating the importance of staying young as your body gradually ages.
In fact, there is no reason to grow older in the mind other than the weariness of living, which entirely stems from a misunderstanding of what life truly is.
If you can see that everything that is playing out is for a good reason, though sometimes incredibly painful, you stay young and keep shedding skin, meaning you evolve into a God-conscious human being capable of creating an earthly paradise.
Essentially, shedding skin means starting to do things differently after learning something you didn’t know before. If you age correctly, meaning without suppressing yourself, you should actually be able to improve this capacity with age rather than the opposite.
For this reason, The Fourth Testament isn’t only for the children of the future, referring to those who are born today, but also to those who are born tomorrow, suggesting that they are old today.
