REVELATION 20
The Thirteenth Cosmic Commandment
“Die as much as possible before you are reborn into a new life cycle of thirteen steps”
In the thirteenth and final Commandment, vibrating at the frequency of outward memory energy, which relates to remembering our collective life lessons to create paradise on Earth, we learn that truth is the only thing worth holding on to.
Everything else will fade anyway, and the best you can do is support the dying process.
However, as much as you should let go of lies and distorted beliefs about life, you should honor truth by taking pride in embodying it.

1. The truths of life
The spiral of life has only one direction, upward, toward greater experiences of creation, that is, toward greater challenges and greater rewards.
Therefore, no one needs to worry about anything; just progress, one step at a time.
The beliefs that must be eradicated to vibrate with God-consciousness
There are mainly seven distorted beliefs that most people have, which block them from connecting with the cosmic truth of who they are.
As you might understand from The Fourth Testament, you can’t learn these theoretically, but reading them here might help you feel their resonance within yourself.
From one to seven, they are:
The belief that rational thinking is more beneficial for earthly life than abstract thinking.
The belief that it’s more important for success to be able to express yourself than to be able to listen to others.
The belief that success is achieved through bold actions, while the truth is that the ability to surrender is equally critical.
The belief that it is more important for your happiness that you feel good than that others feel good.
The belief that your truth is higher than others’ truth.
The belief that your attachments represent the valuable things in your life.
The belief that love is a deeper form of liking something or having a preference about something rather than the ability to create harmony.
The seven distorted beliefs above are held by all humans, more or less, as they evolve from Christ beings – meaning cosmic citizens who still haven’t grasped who they are and who are still influenced to some extent by animalistic tendencies of using force rather than intelligence – to God-conscious humans.
This is akin to saying that experiencing patriarchy is unavoidable while evolving from the animal world to the true human world, as the law of the jungle is might rather than right.
Only by eating enough from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil can Christ beings become truly God-conscious and re-experience the paradise they were once kicked out from, in accordance with the biblical metaphors.
The timing
At the beginning of the third millennium, it may seem unlikely that humanity will soon live in paradise, but they will.
It won’t happen overnight, as distorted beliefs are passed down to new generations who won’t be able to correct everything in just one lifetime, but need at least two lifetimes.
Because of this, some parts of the Earth will be lagging significantly in consciousness for another century, leading to increasingly challenging migrations, especially toward the Western countries, and especially toward the bigger cities.
In fact, living side by side with people from different cultures and with different, often stronger, trauma, represents a massive test for many people to find the right balance between nurturing others and nurturing themselves.
Becoming God-conscious as fast as possible
The absolute fastest way to truly embracing yourself through a correct understanding of who you are is to slow down.
You simply can’t force the cosmic heart to beat faster, but must learn to adapt yourself to it.
You must learn to slow down enough to feel and learn from everything you’ve created, especially to slow down during fall and winter, and maybe live more during spring and summer than you do right now.
You must learn to breathe with life, which essentially begins to inhale around the winter solstice and exhale around the summer solstice, suggesting that what we call spring and summer are the periods with most air in the lungs, here a metaphor for the time of year when we have most energy for creative work.
Living side by side with traumatized and immature people
As humanity is rising up collectively in an almost perfectly synchronized process viewed from a higher perspective, it might still appear as a slow journey from the perspective of us who experience it right now.
If you have realized that you were heavily abused as a child and need some time away from your parents to heal, it might be a poor consolation to know that both you and they will be fine and able to create harmony at a later stage in life, though not necessarily in this particular incarnation.
Still, this is the truth and the only thing that can truly be helpful to embrace.
In fact, people must learn to find a healthy balance between living in the present moment and viewing life as an infinite journey. Only then can they gain the faith necessary to thrive on the journey toward paradise.
Lastly, you shouldn’t feel ashamed of setting strong boundaries with people who make your life worse, even when you are in a position to help.
You aren’t good because you carry others in need, but because you align with the cosmic heartbeat, which may or may not want others to suffer more to learn what they must learn.
2. The truths of relationships
Polyamory, from the highest perspective, isn’t about ‘fucking around’ as it was in some cultures in the 1960s, but about connecting so deeply with yourself that you know which energies you need to live at your fullest potential.
Becoming polyamorous aligns with becoming fearless and enjoying life at a new level, which transcends the stigma around expressing our sexuality in a playful and explorative way and can lead to a way of living that, viewed through the eyes of a pious Catholic, may appear somewhat promiscuous.
The seven distorted beliefs around our sexuality
There are seven core beliefs that must be revised before humanity can reach its full potential as God-conscious, sexual beings. From one to seven, they are:
The belief that it is wrong to make love with more than one person.
The belief that it is wrong to be nurtured by and to nurture more than one person.
The belief that the risk of contracting a sexually transmitted disease is proportional to how many you make love with, while it is proportional to your level of consciousness.
The belief that you create emotional turmoil by making love with more than one person.
The belief that we can heal effectively without creating intimacy with those who know what we don’t.
The belief that we can progress in life without, sometimes, letting go of people we used to be very close to.
The belief that love is easier to create with people who like you, while it’s often the opposite, since it’s more difficult to ‘hurt’ those you like, meaning it’s sometimes harder to put yourself first.
Becoming polyamorous
Living polyamorously is easy if others do it and if you have healed your wounds of abandonment and rejection.
However, if you are still too dependent on people of the opposite gender and live in a reality where the norm is monogamy, it’s the hardest thing in the world, harder than being black in the US in the 20th century.
The only path forward is to have the courage to be true to yourself, as some black citizens, including Martin Luther King, Rosa Parks, Nelson Mandela, and many others, fought racism without immediate harmony, enduring more pain before things eventually turned around.
The comparison might seem exaggerated since people typically don’t risk their lives by becoming polyamorous, as a black freedom fighter in racist America did, but it isn’t chosen without reason.
The comparison is deliberately provocative to stir up emotions about people’s tendency toward hypocrisy.
So many people believe they are fighting for freedom by resonating with the achievements of historic freedom fighters, who did things that were against the norm at the time.
Instead of passively agreeing with the history books, these people should ask themselves where their fears lie and realize that they are heroes only if they face them.
Agreeing with past achievements that changed society in a direction that is now the norm requires zero courage and shouldn’t be the foundation of your self-esteem.
Creating deep friendships in paradise
In paradise, friendships or love relationships aren’t based on shared norms or a mutual exchange of status that supports both parties, but on becoming stronger together than you are in isolation.
Healthy partnerships must fulfill the following three criteria:
Making the group stronger than the sum of everyone individually.
A shared vision, although not shared beliefs about how to best fulfill it.
A shared desire to grow together.
When the members of a group have a shared vision and the willingness to communicate openly and to learn from one another, they can create paradise together.
3. The truths of spiritual communication
Most people who have learned to communicate with spiritual beings are still evolving from Christ beings into God-conscious human beings, indicating that they have much to learn about who they are.
Therefore, they are told precisely what they need to evolve, similar to how those who wrote the Bible were given information that was perfect for their level of consciousness.
Consequently, you shouldn’t listen to anyone who channels messages from spiritual beings.
Yes, as discussed in Revelation 15, it might be helpful to receive input about past lives to better understand your purpose in this life, but the information you receive will be so mixed with conflicting details that it isn’t truly helpful unless you have come a long way on your journey toward God consciousness.
For this reason, going to a medium is as much a thing of the past as reading the Bible.
Why you should become your own medium
The more desperate you are to receive spiritual guidance, the more ungrounded you are likely to be, meaning disconnected from sensing your path ahead within yourself.
For such people, life would do them a great disservice by telling them the truth, so instead, life tells them what they want to hear, perhaps with some surprising elements to make it believable.
This doesn’t mean that what they receive is a lie, but that it is a mix of truth and lies, depending on what the person wants to hear, as just mentioned.
For this reason, it is also possible to experience a kundalini awakening, a sudden feeling of enlightenment, a full-body orgasm, and more – things that aren’t true but are life playing with your ego to help you become more humble.
Becoming your own medium is a process full of challenges that gradually transforms compassionate beings who initially teach you about life the hard way into trusted friends, assuming you never give up the sovereign responsibility for your life.
If you do, they will let you know the hard way.
The six most confused beliefs around spiritual communication
The belief that you need a special gift to communicate with spiritual beings.
The belief that people you listen to on social media, who probably accurately share information they receive from spiritual beings, are speaking cosmic truth rather than information that aligns with their level of consciousness and their growth ahead.
The belief that the guidance you receive from spiritual beings can support your mission before you become God-conscious.
The belief that you can connect with truth in any way other than by feeling its resonance within yourself.
The belief that you are equally important to creation before you have become God-conscious as you are after, which would imply that abundance is randomly distributed.
The belief that spiritual beings are loyal to you, while the truth is that they are loyal to God and to their mission to help you become a God-conscious, sovereign ray of light that is a blessing for the entire universe.
The art of spiritual communication
Learning to engage in a conscious dialogue with compassionate beings requires three things: 1) sensitivity, 2) practice, 3) faith.
Without enough sensitivity, there’s no point in trying. However, most people, especially those born in the third millennium, have this sensitivity unless they have been too traumatized.
However, even with a natural sensitivity, which so many people have, even if they were born before the year 2000, it takes some practice to distinguish among different energies and make sense of them.
The most effective ways to practice are to enhance your sensitivity through exercises such as body scanning, build your trust through automatic writing, and take turns channeling information to your friends that makes sense to them but not to you.
Even for the most sensitive and ambitious student, it takes years to build a strong faith in this work, and there are more lessons along the way than this book will reveal. Those will be addressed in a more suitable format, an online program with live gatherings.
The importance of learning to communicate with compassionate beings
As has been mentioned before but requires repetition, this planet will not become a paradise without the support of compassionate beings.
Learning to build houses more effectively, accessing clean and infinite energy, creating laws, school systems, and elder care, and much more won’t be possible without the support of a higher intelligence.
For this reason, part of Baghdad Ben’s mission is to help people navigate the often confusing process of becoming a truly galactic citizen.
4. The truths of human sexuality
As long as humans suppress their sexuality, they will, to some extent, struggle with sexual disease.
Women who have sex on terms they don’t truly enjoy, even if they tell themselves they do, tend to develop fungal infections, dryness, and more severe genital irritation, while men who are sexually frustrated tend to develop erectile problems, premature ejaculation, and a variety of prostate-related issues, including cancer.
Why people manifest disease
As you can tell from the name, disease is the opposite of ease. But what has become less easy, to the point that you manifest an illness? It is, of course, the flow of energy through your body, which is your ability to communicate with life.
When you disalign yourself from the cosmic heartbeat, meaning acting in a way that isn’t appropriate for who you are, you manifest dis-ease in the flow of energy between you and the other aspects of life.
Consequently, the only way to truly address your illnesses is to recognize your limitations and change them, perhaps by asking spiritual beings, who can see your issues from a higher perspective, for help.
Obtaining a healthy genital area
The only way to become truly healthy in the genital area is to connect with your masculine side, whether you are a man or a woman. However, for a man, the connection must be much stronger to reach the same level of health as a woman.
Similarly, to achieve perfect health in the throat area, you must embrace your feminine side, but women need to do so much more than men to reach the same level of health, for example, in their thyroid glands.
In fact, the reason men suffer so much from cancer in the genital area, specifically the prostate, and women struggle so much with their thyroid is that men live too much like women and women live too much like men.
A man must first and foremost be a man, and thereafter a woman, while the opposite is true for a woman.
As long as people pretend that men and women are equal rather than opposites, both genders strongly disalign themselves from the cosmic heartbeat and cannot expect anything but more and more disease in the flow of energy.
Becoming sexually healthy
Becoming sexually healthy is more about being true to yourself than anything else, and to challenge us, life has made us very different in our sexual preferences.
When people begin to fearlessly access their innermost desires, they will realize so many things about themselves they could never have dreamed of.
For example, they will realize that they are a bit weird compared to today’s norms, which will soon be seen as a mental prison.
On this path, you can only progress one step at a time, guided by a curiosity about how life can be expressed.
Why we are so different sexually
Everyone is unique, and everyone has unique sexual preferences, far removed from what you can see in movies or read about in books.
Our entire bodies are sexual organs, though with the strongest concentration in the genital area, suggesting there is so much to explore once you have reclaimed your sensitivity.
For men, the head and muscles all over the body are highly sexual, and for women, the throat, belly, back, and hair are very charged with sexual pleasure.
You only need to begin the exploration.
