The First Cosmic Commandment

The First Cosmic Commandment explains the rational structure of earthly life, which mirrors the structure of an earthly year of twelve months and the special moment of Christmas.
It reveals the cosmically correct understanding of the Seven Sacraments, namely Baptism, Confirmation, Confession, Communion, Holy Orders, Anointing of the Sick, and Marriage, which correspond to the six core energies of life and to the love those energies have the potential to co-create.
Reading this Revelation should clarify that accurately describing a metaphor, such as the Sacraments, and describing them accurately are two very different things. It should also make it clear that the entire Christian tradition, so far, is built on low levels of truth, which are now being upgraded to absolute, cosmic truth that will stand the test of time because it originates in the principles of the eternal cosmic heart.

The Sacrament of Baptism
By pouring water on a child’s head, primarily manifested with red thinking energy related to inward/rational and outward/abstract thinking – the Christian lineage unconsciously initiated the first of thirteen phases of a ‘life,’ meaning the cycle between entering one incarnation and the next, including a period of death, represented by the numbers eleven, twelve, and thirteen, which can also represent winter in other contexts.
Going forward, the Baptism Sacrament should focus on childcare for ages one to ten and education for ages eleven to twenty, which, essentially, is about understanding the limitations of the life experience ahead and balancing that with a profound understanding of who you truly are, beyond the physical.
By understanding more of what it entails to think in a good way, both rationally and abstractly, we can grasp the higher meaning of Baptism.
Learning to think rationally
Childcare is about helping a child think rationally, essentially to realize that they aren’t part of their mother but an independent aspect of God, responsible for their own happiness, although they need a lot of support at the very beginning.
Especially during the first two years, a newborn needs to live almost in symbiosis with the mother, after which they are ready to begin their journey toward gradually becoming more independent, until they are fully grown at the age of twenty.
Learning to think abstractly
Thinking abstractly, in contrast to thinking rationally, is about starting to see how life can be an opportunity for you to fulfill your dreams, which requires a bit of planning.
For example, if you dream of expressing yourself through music, it doesn’t make sense to play football three times a week while skipping music classes.
Likewise, if your dream is to learn everything about human history, it’s probably wise to prepare early for advanced academic studies by studying hard and earning good grades so you can attend a niche university that offers the courses you are interested in.
In short, thinking abstractly in this context is about recognizing that something that doesn’t make complete sense right now can be a good decision over the long run.
Creating a society where children can become adults
In our societies, people are too focused on work to realize how special it is to have the opportunity to bring a rather evolved being into an earthly life once more.
Parents tend to spend as little time as possible with their newborns and put them in kindergarten far before they are ready for it.
And later, around the age of two, when a properly nurtured child should be ready to become much more independent, the adults are too impatient to teach the child independence, with the consequence that the child becomes much needier and often entirely unable to support the family dynamic in a healthy way.
As with the Christian cross, things have been upside down regarding creating a family, and the only way to change this is to heal ourselves and begin doing things differently.
As for education, it’s essential that children are given the opportunity to study what they feel drawn to. Some children will begin to read at the age of four, while others, depending on their overall interests, may want to wait until they are ten. This is just as natural as some babies starting to walk at eight months and others at close to two years.
Being successfully baptized
Being successfully baptized is essentially about reaching twenty, fully prepared to create your own life outside the family dynamic you grew up in.
To get there, the following seven pieces of advice might be helpful for you and your parents:
Remember that you are unique and that your visions are unlikely to excite your parents as much as they excite you, just as their life choices are unlikely to excite you as much as they excite them.
Expressing yourself is the biggest challenge and what the teenage years are all about. Use this time to try many forms of expression and learn which one is you.
The first twenty years of your life aren’t about creating anything with lasting impact; they’re about having fun and getting to know yourself and the world you were born into. So don’t take things too seriously.
Although the first twenty years of your life focus on developing your capacity to think rationally and abstractly, it’s essential not to rush so much that you harm your ability to feel. Since you are likely to be caught up in a rather rigid structure with mandatory school and homework, make sure you use your free time to recharge and do only the things you enjoy.
Know that the goal of your childhood isn’t to have the best grades, although that might be helpful for some children and their paths ahead, but to develop healthy self-esteem, which you can only do by learning to be true to yourself, which you can only be if you learn to feel.
Remember that childhood doesn’t end at sixteen, even if it might feel like it for you. Seek your parents’ protection until you are at least nineteen, assuming they are capable of providing it.
Know that love between you and your parents isn’t the attachment you feel for each other but the harmony you co-create through respectful communication. Don’t ruin a potentially harmonious family life by taking each other for granted.
Avoiding the three biggest mistakes most parents make when raising their children
Most parents are strongly attached to their children and mistakenly call that love.
They create friction with their children by disciplining them, believing it will help the children in the long run.
If the parents were right, they would create love, but they aren’t, suggesting they destroy the love between them and their replicas to which they are so attached.
By avoiding these common mistakes, family life can become truly fantastic, and your children might be able to co-create true love with you:
Sincerely try to understand who your children are, which is the same personality they are gradually becoming as their self-esteem increases. If you support them in the direction they feel is right, temporary disappointments on your end will prove to be worth it.
Avoid the common mistake of projecting your own life lessons onto your children, as they are entirely different and have different things to learn. The best thing you can do to support your children is to always focus on your own inner transformation into a more enlightened being.
Don’t make the mistake of having children too late in life. Beyond forty, you have a mission to deliver, which benefits from having more grown-up children by your side instead of newborns that require too much of your attention.
Getting the most out of Aries and Taurus each year
The months of Aries and Taurus in the Northern Hemisphere, and of Libra and Scorpio in the Southern Hemisphere, represent the same thing as the Sacrament of Baptism, namely inward and outward thinking energy.
Actually, the first two of thirteen phases of all life cycles, regardless of their length, vibrate with the frequencies of these particular energies.
Starting at the spring equinox, life invites you to connect with visions of what you want to experience.
The more rational you are in this process, the higher the likelihood that you will eventually experience what you dream of as a tangible result that can be felt and learned from.
However, as the year moves deeper into spring, you must activate your abstract side, or you will try to reach your goals by following your limited understanding of how life works, meaning you will be too rational.
Plans can only be made effectively by surrendering to the input you receive from life as you go along, which often involves revising the initial goals as you learn more about what is realistic.
We can say that the month of Taurus helps you ground your visions, although not as much as you will in the next two months.
2. The Sacrament of Confirmation

The Sacrament of Confirmation
In the past, people on Earth were asked to confirm their religious beliefs through the Sacrament of Confirmation, which points to the higher truth of preparing for your life mission.
However, this doesn’t happen for a few months while you study the Bible, but rather over a few decades as you ground yourself in your life by learning everything you must for your mission and by creating a home and potentially a family, two things that require you to receive money upfront, to be repaid when you deliver your mission.
So, in our modern world, the Sacrament of Confirmation points to the importance of creating a healthy financial system, essentially to be able to lend money to young people so that they can build a life and later become helpful servants of it.
The flow of money in a society
If people don’t align with their unique paths in life but instead live as if they were still animals, controlled by flock consciousness, a society experiences inflation, meaning that the forces of supply and demand make some products – those everyone wants – extremely expensive.
If, at the same time, the financial system is based on banks printing money, which they can easily do if the economy slows down, in a desperate attempt to hide the weaknesses it’s built on, the problem gets even worse.
In the worst case, hyperinflation destroys all trust in a society, and in the best scenarios, inflation is relatively mild, meaning the financial system is only unfair, making it more difficult for younger generations to build a home and a family, while the older generations see their assets soar in value.
Creating a paradisical financial system
A financial system must be robust and fair, helping young people ground themselves in life so they have a fair chance to play their role in the cosmic drama we call earthly life.
Consequently, it cannot be inflated, which suggests that money cannot be something that is easy to multiply, like paper, scrap metal, or digital currencies. Neither should it be something that destroys nature to extract, such as gold and silver.
A financial system must also be credible, meaning it must be fully transparent and backed by an institution that can support it when it fails.
All of these things are premature to discuss at the beginning of the third millennium, as it will take hundreds of years before societies are ready for a healthy financial system on a grander scale. However, in closed economies, like small, largely self-sufficient communities, the following three principles can be adopted:
Don’t believe anyone’s skills are worth more or less than others’.
Strive to make money flow as much as possible rather than creating incentives to save for the future.
Provide financial benefits to young people upon a promise to pay back by delivering on their missions, whatever those may be.
Financial advice for the next few decades
As people gradually connect with a higher truth about who they are, they begin to realize that real value lies only in those things that support the process of life.
As a result, they will not attempt to find the jobs that are the most sought-after and highest paid right now, but those that will support life during the transition to becoming paradisical.
Therefore, instead of investing your money in cryptocurrency, largely useless gemstones, or in dubious companies, invest it in your own life.
If you don’t have enough money to invest in your career or to buy a house, maybe you can move somewhere you can afford to live?
Maybe you can pool your assets with others and create something together?
The point here is that it’s essential to move beyond the idea that you should find ways to multiply your money without doing anything. Instead, use what you have and get more in the only truly effective way, by aligning yourself with your cosmic mission.
The biggest financial mistakes you can make
The worst thing you can do with your money is invest it in something that harms life, such as a company that produces unhealthy food by destroying nature, or in a course that teaches you lies about how to become wealthy.
The second worst thing you can do with your money is not using it at all, saving it for a rainy day.
The third worst thing you can do with your money is waste it on things you don’t enjoy.
The point of this list isn’t to suggest what you should avoid doing with your money, but to stimulate some healthy thinking about what you should actually use it for.
If you go through the list again, turning everything upside down, you will realize that the best thing you can do with your money is to invest in things that support life, such as companies that make life better and courses that bring you closer to your life mission.
The second-best thing you can do is to use the money for anything rather than not use it at all; at least, you make it flow and learn something along the way. You will not become truly abundant from your savings anyway, but only through delivering your mission.
The third-best approach is to indulge in the activities you truly enjoy.
But why could it potentially be better to use your money on anything rather than on something you truly enjoy? It is because people are too afraid to spend their money, fearing they will never be able to become truly abundant.
If you strongly doubt that you will succeed in your mission, which will eventually make you abundant, you are unlikely to do so, and by holding on to the money you have, you reinforce that belief in yourself. However, neither will wasting your money help you succeed; only carefully observing your fears and challenging them will.
Getting the most out of Gemini and Cancer each year
As your initial visions and plans to achieve them become clearer and more realistic, meaning more grounded, it’s critical that you communicate them to others, which is what the Gemini energy is all about.
However, just as important is listening to others’ feedback. Not necessarily because they know so much more than you, although that is a possibility, but because life often uses other people to put you on the right track.
If you avoid listening to them, you are likely to move in the wrong direction, and your creativity is likely to cause more pain than pleasure in the end.
3. The Sacrament of Confession

The Sacrament of Confession
In the Sacrament of Confession, we find the embryo of the cosmic principle of coming to earth with something not to confess but something you are obliged to do, namely, delivering your mission.
In the old days, this Sacrament was entirely distorted because people believed they should confess their wrongdoings to a priest, who could forgive them on God's behalf. Obviously, the only thing we must confess in life is what we are here for, meaning playing our role in the co-created process of life.
Delivering your life mission
After activating your ability to express your full potential as a human being in the flesh during your childhood years, from birth to the age of twenty, and after grounding yourself in this particular life by studying, creating a home, building relationships, and so forth, you are ready for the peak of your life, namely to do what you came here to do.
This happens in two phases, between forty-one and fifty, and between fifty-one and sixty, with the first phase focused on producing content and the second on sharing it with a wider audience.
Of course, how this plays out depends on your life mission. Still, broadly speaking, the first phase is inward-oriented and the second phase is more outward-oriented.
Mastering the delivery phase of your life
The key to delivering your mission is to be ready, which you are if you know what to do, feel inspired to do it, and have the skills to succeed.
As a rule of thumb, people don’t fail their missions because of a mistake, but because they simply couldn’t be ready, suggesting that those who are aware of who they are and what they are here to do should succeed. And if they don’t, it’s probably because they weren’t as ready as they thought.
To succeed in your mission, you will be tested on the Thirteen Cosmic Commandments, again and again, until you master the inward and outward aspects of life’s six core energies and love. This is akin to saying that evolving from a Christ being to a God-conscious human being is about creating balance in your seven-dimensional cosmic body, which should considerably improve your physical health.
Confessing truthfully
As you have understood by now, the highest understanding of the Confession Sacrament isn’t about telling a priest that you have secretly masturbated and now fear the worst punishment from God, potentially an eternal existence in hell, but about sharing with life what you are obliged to share – your unique skills.
As long as you have a tendency to downplay your strengths, perhaps to please others who may also downplay what they are truly good at, you are not being truthful, and your mission won’t succeed in terms of making you abundant in money and helping others evolve.
Therefore, the only path forward is to connect more deeply with who you are, which means embracing your masculine side more.
Becoming the master of your own house
Jesus talked about becoming the master of your own house, emphasizing the importance of being true to yourself.
How can you possibly help others with their challenges unless you have sorted out your own businesses, where understanding what you are good at and what you truly enjoy are the most essential components?
Therefore, never seek advice from someone who isn’t healthy and happy, and don’t waste your time trying to fulfill your mission before you are truly healthy and happy.
Getting the most out of Leo and Virgo each year
In the middle of the summer, under the influence of inward creativity or Leo, you are invited to take bold action aligned with what you know is right, after rational goal-setting, abstract planning, and grounded communication with life.
If you have stayed true to yourself and listened to life along the way, you must trust that the time is ripe to move forward and turn theories into something more tangible.
If this wasn’t the right time, you would have been notified earlier, so don’t hold yourself back or overthink before you act.
After you have taken your bold actions, it’s essential that you don’t aim for too much more, as life is slowly entering a different phase centered on feeling and learning from everything you have been busy with during spring and summer.
However, before the creative process is over, under Virgo's outward creativity energy, be open to receiving help from others in unexpected ways to fully deliver on what you intended.
4. The Sacrament of Communion

Outward feeling: Years 71-80 / the 8th month of Scorpio
The Sacrament of Communion
In the past, the experience of life was symbolized by the Sacrament of Communion, in which people ate Jesus’ body and drank his blood, a metaphor for feeling God as part of oneself.
Though this activity points toward a higher cosmic truth, the reality is that God is most often experienced through the feelings of your work, which you connect with most after completing it.
Therefore, the Sacrament of Communion is ideally about enjoying the rewards that come from healthy contributions to the process of life.
Thriving in life
The secret to thriving in life is to do the things you truly love with your full heart and to enjoy the rewards afterward, including inner satisfaction and others’ praise.
However, the result of your work can only be positive if you have achieved your true mission rather than anything people happen to appreciate at a given moment. This means you can’t get used to, or even become addicted to, too much praise, or you are likely to go down the wrong path and miss the real reward.
The illusions of earthly life
In a patriarchy, people are guided in their lives by strict norms and a so-called consensus about right and wrong, as if the same principles applied to everyone.
More often than not, these norms originate in Christian values about being a good citizen who avoids the seven deadly sins of greed, pride, sloth, wrath, envy, gluttony, and lust.
Though these deadly sins accurately point to absolute, cosmic truth, as explained in The Fourth Testament, focusing on them too much can easily wing-clip people’s freedom, turning them into obedient slaves rather than curious adventurers and conquerors of the unknown.
Toward the end of your life, when you have the time, experience, and financial means to truly thrive, it’s essential that you keep exploring, becoming a cosmic scientist who begins to see how everything ties together and a sensitive healer who is a blessing to their loved ones.
Believing that all phases of life are like this is an illusion. And so is the belief that getting here requires hard work.
The truth is that life is neither hard work nor an effortless stroll in the park, but something in between. If you walk that middle path successfully, the final years of your life will be the most rewarding and fulfilling.
The beauty of retiring
As you undergo Baptism, you are under your parents' care; as you experience Confirmation, you are focused on learning and building a family; as you fulfill your life mission under the Sacrament of Confession, you are occupied with work; so, the Sacrament of Communion represents a well-deserved delight before you become so old that your physical health begins to limit your creative capacity.
If you have lived your life in sync with the rhythm of the cosmic heartbeat, the years between sixty and eighty are the most rewarding. However, if you haven’t, they are likely to be the most painful, with only glimpses of joy.
Aging beautifully
As you age, you are exhaling – a process that began around the age of thirty and reached a halfway point after delivering your life mission around the age of sixty.
Consequently, when you reach the age beyond seventy, you are clearly closer to crossing over than to standing at your peak in terms of health and vigor, suggesting that you should adapt your life accordingly.
If you slow down, you will have enough energy to participate in intense social constellations for many more years, but if you push yourself too hard, your aging will accelerate.
Getting the most out of Libra and Scorpio each year
When summer turns to fall at the fall equinox, it’s time to slow down and feel what you have created during the physical, feminine phase of the yearly cycle.
Therefore, pay attention to how life invites you to slow down rather than to accelerate, and follow that calling.
As you move even deeper into the feeling process, your focus will shift from feeling yourself to feeling others, and you will realize many things about the world you live in.
5. The Sacrament of Holy Orders
Inward knowing: Years 81-90 / the 9th month of Sagittarius
Enlightenment: Years 91-100 / the 10th ‘month’ of Christmas
Outward knowing: Death / the 11th month of Capricorn
The Sacrament of Holy Orders
The Sacrament of Holy Orders used to highlight a person who had come closer to God through their achievements on Earth, often in religious roles, thus pointing to this Sacrament’s true meaning of Crossing over, which means temporarily leaving the physical body to view things from a higher perspective, all to facilitate further learning.
From the highest perspective, the final years of your life mark the culmination of complete knowing, which culminates in death and the ensuing preparation for the next life cycle.
The art of dying and taking care of old people
On Earth, crossing over is especially difficult if you believe death is eternal.
However, even if you believe in the reincarnation process as presented in The Fourth Testament, it’s far from easy to let go of everything you’re attached to. That is, unless you’ve lived so much that you feel completely satisfied with your experience.
Consequently, caring for older adults who are satisfied with their lives, which usually means they are healthy rather than in pain, is easy, while caring for those who are full of bitterness and resentment toward life is challenging.
Making the most of the last years
After eighty, and before you cross over, you hopefully have many more rewarding years on Earth to share your vast wisdom and support younger generations in creating blissful lives.
If the years between sixty and eighty, broadly speaking, have the potential to be the most fulfilling for you, the years from eighty onward can often be the most rewarding in serving as a lighthouse for others, especially your own family.
Crossing over in style
As you experience your final years on Earth, especially if you are still healthy, you begin to see things from a higher perspective that propels your growth and sparks new desires for your next life.
However, before you get there, you must leave your physical body and re-experience your life from an entirely spiritual perspective, thereby releasing trauma, understanding things you haven’t yet understood, and seeing how you can continue to grow as a unique aspect of God.
Beginning something new in the spiritual dimensions
As a human being soon to incarnate again, you don’t have the capacity to experience much of creation, despite your temporary freedom from a physical body. You simply aren’t ready for it.
A complete ascension into the spiritual dimension will only occur after you have become God-conscious and have thrived in earthly life for so many incarnations that it starts to feel boring.
Getting the most out of Sagittarius and Capricorn each year
As we approach the winter solstice, under the energy of inward knowing or Sagittarius, we light four Advent candles, one for each chamber of the cosmic heart, or one for each Sunday until God’s son is born, which marks the moment of enlightenment.
This is a time to slow down even more than in early fall and allow deep feelings to reach the essence of who you are, thereby making you a new person, slightly more like God.
After Christmas, under the influence of outward knowing or Capricorn, you are ready to do things in a new way, mindful that many aspects of you are ready for death.
6. The Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick
Inward memory: Preparing for a new cycle / the 12th month of Aquarius
Outward memory: Preparing for a new cycle / the 13th month of Piscis
The Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick
In the past, people spoke of the Anointing of the Sick as a final preparation for death. However, from a higher perspective, we don’t need to prepare for death, only for the rebirth that is soon to come, through the most devotional of all life’s processes.
Consequently, we could better rewrite this Sacrament into something like ‘Anointing of those to be reborn,’ highlighting that earthly life is a school for attaining God consciousness, which requires thorough preparation.
Remembering who we are
On Earth, we can only remember our essence so much, limited by the drama we must endure to grow in the most ideal way, as assessed by more evolved beings.
However, after death, between two incarnations, when we can see things from a much higher perspective, we have the chance to truly remember, which motivates us to continue evolving by planning our next incarnation.
During this phase, you are entirely disconnected from earthly life, as close to the cosmic heart as you will ever be at the evolutionary stage of a human being.
Preparing for an upcoming incarnation
There are mainly three things to decide before you incarnate on Earth once more, according to the list below:
The exact point in time and space when you begin building a physical body, referring to your exact birth date, which will influence your personality and enhance your learning.
The choice of family, which usually includes people from the same soul cluster of 144 as you.
The specific drama you will encounter to address your weaknesses, such as being particularly suppressed in your childhood if you need to learn to stand up for yourself, or succeeding at work if you need to learn to become more humble.
The mechanisms for evolving
You don’t evolve by becoming rich if you need to learn about poverty, and vice versa, and you don’t evolve by experiencing peace if you need to learn about war.
You grow in life the same way you build muscles in the gym – by experiencing resistance.
So, if it’s difficult for you to appreciate peace, meaning you struggle to be peaceful within, the resistance you need is to live in an environment that isn’t peaceful, because if you did, it would be too easy for you to achieve inner peace.
Consequently, if you are highly imbalanced within, almost to the point that you can live from the primitive instincts of a very advanced animal rather than from the ability to feel subtle energies, you are likely to experience a lot of turbulence in your life and in the next ones, since evolution is a rather slow process.
However, keep in mind that life always gives you what you can handle, so having more challenges in your life doesn’t automatically mean you are less evolved than your friends, because it can be the complete opposite.
The purpose of dying
Why couldn’t we stay in a physical body forever by simply aging more slowly, not aging at all, or by inventing a way to reverse aging?
The answer is that life isn’t wired that way.
The cosmic heart gives rise to spring, summer, fall, and winter, in which winter entails death and preparation for something new.
Unless we died, we wouldn’t be able to remember who we truly are, suggesting that our souls wouldn’t have the capacity to nourish us with the truth about life.
Programming our souls with more memories
During the death phase, described by the numbers eleven, twelve, and thirteen, everything we experienced and learned in the previous incarnation is effectively transferred to our soul, representing the correct understanding of our tradition for burying a dead body in the earth, essentially becoming a soul.
As the physical body slowly decays and merges with the soul of Mother Earth, your essence as a spiritual being with the capacities to think, communicate, create, feel, know, and remember reaches higher levels, which you will reconnect with as you ground in earthly life again soon.
Getting the most out of Aquarius and Pisces each year
The last two months of the year truly invite you to shed skin, meaning letting go of everything that no longer serves you by becoming actively aware of which people, habits, beliefs, etc., no longer support the level of consciousness you have acquired.
If you allow yourself to die as much as possible over these two months, especially during the last one, in Pisces, you will rise like the Phoenix around the spring equinox, hungrier than ever before.
7. The Sacrament of Marriage
The Sacrament of Marriage
The ancient Sacrament of Marriage pointed toward the cosmic truth that men and women need each other to create harmony in their lives; however, not necessarily in the form of a traditional marriage, which effectively blocks energies from flowing as needed to support true and lasting happiness.
From the highest perspective, Marriage is about creating a strong unity among two or more aspects of God to achieve something that advances evolution.
Achieving balance among the Cosmic Sacraments
Creating paradise on Earth requires people to align with the natural flow of life, which essentially means attuning to the cosmic heartbeat.
For example, it isn’t possible to fully deliver on your life mission at twenty-five, or to relax completely in life at fifty.
Of course, given how life on Earth looks right now, both of these things are technically possible, but neither represents the highest way of living.
Going forward, laws and societal foundations must be established to support the cosmically correct Sacraments rather than behaviors that harm them – a monumental task that will unfold over hundreds of years, beginning in relatively small communities at the start of the third millennium.
Progressing from here
It isn’t easy to begin living in a new way, even if you feel the desire to do so. However, there are small steps you can take in the right direction, including the following, from most to least critical:
Activate a deeper understanding of how paradise can be created in theory by reading a book that vibrates with cosmic truth, such as The Fourth Testament.
