The future of planet Earth isn’t in the hands of humans but in the hands of more evolved beings.

In fact, humans can only choose between adapting to the direction life is taking – meaning aligning their desires with the larger movements – or swimming upstream, which suggests that this is their final incarnation on Earth, as it transforms into a place for God-conscious humans instead of Christ beings.

In this Gospel, Baghdad Ben engages in an intimate conversation with a group of compassionate beings, called ‘God’ in the text, to clarify how earthly life is changing, especially focusing on the relationship between masculinity and femininity.

Read this Gospel to plant a seed within yourself about where life is heading, without feeling any pressure to join this movement.

The Fourth Testament isn’t meant to persuade anyone of anything, but rather serves as a reference to truth that requires time to demonstrate itself, unless the reader can already feel the resonance within themselves.

1. The Pecking Order of Life

– Why have you incarnated on Earth at this precise moment in your evolution?

– Probably because it aligns perfectly with what I need to go through to grow.

– Indeed, but what kind of experiences are you looking for?

– Hm, that’s not so easy to answer since we forget our reason for coming here when we are born as babies.

– But you’re forty-three now. Haven’t you figured out the answer yet?

– Haha, well, speaking for myself, I’ve probably come here to experience a mind-blowing transformation – from a suppressed ant in the stack, devoted only to one thing: pleasing others for the temporary satisfaction of appreciation – to a truly God-conscious human being, living in paradise.

– Do you think you're the only one going through this transformation?

– I truly hope I’m not, and I don’t believe so.

– You are millions of people prepared to live in a completely new way, fulfilling the prophecy of paradise. And you grow each day as new babies are born and older generations pass away.

It is for all of you that The Fourth Testament has been written, crafted by compassionate beings called Ascended Masters, and delivered to Earth through our channel, Baghdad Ben.

What have you learned from the process of downloading this unique book?

– Oh, everything I know.

– But if you could mention only one thing, what would it be?

– Probably that I am God, meaning a unique drop of water in a vast ocean, inseparable from everyone else.

I have probably realized who I am, and life has become so good.

I’m thankful that I probably have at least half of this life still ahead of me.

– May I challenge your answer?

– Of course.

– From our view, it appears that your most important lesson is understanding that life is good.

Regardless of who God is, you have seen with your own eyes how every challenge you have faced in the last four years, sometimes quite painful, has led you to higher levels of joy and happiness.

And you have realized that you couldn’t have gotten there any other way.

This sets you apart from most people on Earth, who still believe they are victims of their circumstances and fail to realize that we are trying to teach them invaluable lessons.

This faith in life is the root cause of your happiness.

– Thanks for your perspective. It resonates as true for me.

– When humans start treating animals as we treat humans – by protecting their environment so they can thrive – humans will also be ready to thrive themselves.

And after you have thrived for so long in life and experienced everything you can imagine, you will be ready to merge your soul with ours, experiencing life from a completely different perspective as pure spirits, meaning non-physical beings.

You represent our creativity, and we represent your emotions, while plants and animals represent your thinking and communication.

Consequently, your physical body comprises all aspects of life, including making visions and plans to experience new things (the brain), speaking your truth and listening to the truth of life (the throat), creating together with others (the muscular system), feeling yourself and others (the organs), connecting with higher levels of truth and channeling enlightened beings through art (the genital area), and devoting yourself to making life even better (the spine).

These body parts are governed by your beliefs, which originate from the memories stored in your soul, implying that life proceeds according to gravity, beginning at the top of your body and ending at the bottom of your spine.

Does it sound complicated?

– Maybe a bit. Are you suggesting that I am a seven-dimensional being of thinking, communication, creativity, feeling, divine knowing, and devotion, expressed through my brain, my throat, my muscles, my organs, my genitals, and my bones, and that these components are linked to plants, animals, humans, compassionate beings, enlightened beings, and divine beings?

– Precisely so. Your thinking resembles a plant that seeks the light, your communication resembles an animal that wants to express itself one hundred percent authentically, your creativity represents a human being who is seeking beauty, your feelings are linked to an Ascended Master who feels the truth of what is right and wrong, your knowing resembles an angel who almost perfectly mirrors God’s essence of eternal love, and your devotion represents a mineral that remembers everything.

Does it make sense?

– Not really.

– I thought so. Let me help you understand.

Plants excel at achieving enlightenment, just as your brain is the captain of the ship that journeys toward greater understanding.

All instructions about how to progress in life must come from the brain, which isn’t to say that they originate there.

Where do thoughts originate from?

– From our soul.

– Exactly. We can say that the brain looks for inspiration in the energy around it, which is mainly emitted by minerals that represent our souls.

Isn’t it beautiful how plants demonstrate this process by seeking inspiration deep into the earth, via their roots, before they begin the manifestation process of becoming a flower or something else?

– Yes, now I can better understand the similarity between our brains and plants. They both seek connection with the Earth to absorb ideas from our souls.

– They certainly do. And do you know what we're eager to do once we have some good ideas?

– Yes, sharing them with others.

– Yes, communicating. However, humans aren’t as good as animals at it. Why?

– Probably because we care so much about what others think.

– Exactly, humans are afraid of being judged, which animals couldn’t care less about. Learn from them – meaning embrace your animalistic side when you communicate, slightly polished, of course, but at least try to be true to yourself, and you will attract the right people into your life.

Why are you so excessively afraid of upsetting others? Let me explain. It’s because you’re lost.

An animal isn’t lost but lives according to its evolutionary level perfectly. However, a Christ being exists somewhere between the animal and truly human worlds, unable to fully use animal instincts yet too immature to understand cosmic truths like a God-conscious human.

Do you see the problem?

– Yes, humans don’t really have any source of guidance until they become enlightened, which, I suppose, explains why we are so focused on understanding everything around us, mainly by investing in science.

– Humans are obsessed with science because they can’t feel the truth inside themselves.

What do you think about the link between humans and muscles? Does it make sense to you?

– Not more than the obvious that we often use movement to create things.

– That’s all I have to say, too. Sometimes we don’t see the forest for the trees, but isn’t it very archetypal of humans to create tangible things, usually with their hands? Which other species do that?

And compassionate beings, how are we connected to your belly and other sensitive organs?

– I don’t know, to be honest.

– Your organs are semi-physical, meaning they are connected to emotions, which explains why Chinese medicine links various illnesses to failing organs.

Although you cannot heal the way they try to heal, but only relieve symptoms, they have certainly understood something the allopathic field of medicine never grasped.

We can say that the more sensitive you become, the more refined organs you have, which doesn’t necessarily mean they are always very healthy in a dense earthly environment, but at least you are closely connected with the more evolved aspects of creation, and can have this kind of conversation.

And what do you have to say about your genitals?

– Haha, not much, but at least I can tell that they create something miraculous by giving birth to new life.

That’s a good start. Angels serve many roles in creation, including helping souls start new cycles of life. They also compose the most divine music and share it with people on Earth and elsewhere through proper channels.

Lastly, divine beings are linked to your bones, especially your spine. Does that make sense to you?

– Yes, it makes sense to me that a lot of information is stored in bones, crystals, and gemstones; even earthly scientists know this. And I can tell from my own experience that cutting a nail or a hair doesn’t hurt at all, suggesting that these beings are entirely disconnected from creation.

They are the ultimate devotees of life, to the extent that they allow us to live inside their bodies while they delve into the past, somehow, reliving everything that has been, and maybe what will be?

– No, they don’t experience the future because it must first be created. But, of course, all spiritual beings can tune into the unfolding of the future much better than humans, who can’t even predict what will happen five minutes from now unless we help them.

And you shouldn’t dwell too much on the future, but focus on the present moment – that’s your reality.

– Isn’t that also your reality?

– Not really, since I don’t need to align emotions, muscles, and thoughts to have a meaningful life experience, I perceive time differently than you do.

– Tell me more.

– The only thing I can say is that humans can live only in one dimension, meaning they experience only their own reality, while I can experience almost all realities. This happens when you become more God-like – the perceived separation between us disappears, and life becomes truly magical.

2. Your Higher and Lower Self

– To manifest paradise on Earth, you need to first connect with your Higher and Lower Selves, which essentially refer to the beings linked to your upper and lower body parts, respectively.

So, plants, animals, and humans linked to your brain, throat, and muscles represent your Higher Self, or your Monad, while compassionate, enlightened, and divine beings connected to your organs, genitals, and bones represent your Lower Self, or your Sfrimft.

– Really? What’s the point of dividing my seven-dimensional cosmic vehicle into a higher and lower part?

– This only serves to clarify that you have two sides, which are very different.

While your Higher Self is fairly straightforward to understand, mainly representing 1) desires and plans, 2) the ability to communicate, and 3) executing those plans, your Lower Self is much more mysterious, involving your internal organs, reproductive center, and spine.

Your Higher Self represents your expansive, masculine side, while your Lower Self represents your contractive, feminine side, which transforms visions, plans, and hands-on experiences into 4) feelings, 5) truth, and 6) highly concentrated codes, stored in your soul.

Manifesting paradise on Earth requires humanity to learn much more about their Lower Self, their feminine side.

– What do we need to know about our Lower Self, or Sfrimft?

– You cannot create better visions or plans than you can connect with your feelings, your truth, and the land you live on. This means that the path to manifesting paradise on Earth isn’t about studying more, but about feeling more, expressing ourselves through art more, and feeling the Earth deeply by simply being still.

– This makes a lot of sense, but it's not easy to achieve in the society we've created for ourselves.

– No, it’s nearly impossible unless you truly cut ties with the past and find new ways to make a living.

And if life helps you along this path by dissolving the old foundation, including financial, healthcare, and educational systems, to name a few, don’t believe hell is coming, even though people will be scared.

In truth, it’s part of the process of manifesting an earthly paradise.

– So, you mean that life will help us let go of the things that are no longer good for us by supporting a breakdown of the things we hold on to and often find safety in?

– More or less.

– And this will lead to a deluge of fear, making everything much worse than it actually is?

– More or less.

But there is hope. Let me explain.

If you can just let go of your detrimental beliefs about right and wrong, this process will swiftly bring you to paradise. Why? –  Because just as life will help people aim for the right things, so will life help those who aim for the right things achieve them. Fair enough, don’t you think?

– Absolutely, it’s just the problem of knowing what the right things are, isn’t it?

– Of course, you must develop a strong inner compass to navigate this successfully, meaning in a way that doesn’t entail unnecessary suffering.

Let me share a secret with you.

Don’t be afraid to lose some of the things you are attached to. It will free up space for new and better things that better support your path to true and lasting happiness.

However, neither should you throw out the baby with the bathwater by ending careers, relationships, hobbies, and more that still have a lot to give.

But how do you know what to keep and what to let go of?

– It’s impossible to know, isn’t it? We need to realize it the hard way.

– Not necessarily. If you can listen to life, a clear path is always shown to you. However, if you don’t listen, you will likely encounter more challenging paths.

– How is this related to my Monad and Sfrimft?

– In that, you must trust your feelings, intuition, and life mission much more than your beliefs when you are in the process of creating visions and plans for your future.

Unless you move forward in life in a very grounded way, staying connected with your three lower bodies – your organs, your reproductive center, and your spine – you will just live your patterns again and again.

So, the secret I wanted to share with you is that success in life isn’t found in your ability to think but in your ability to transform your thinking.

Why is this? It is because we are here to grow, and life supports people who transform, even if their starting point was rather low compared to others.

More happiness is brought to an ant that moves mountains, viewed from their perspective, than to a Renaissance genius who is stuck in the old ways of doing things.

– Why is life so fixated on transformation? Can’t we just be where we are and enjoy everything we already have?

– No, this is an illusion. Of course, as a human being, you must be present rather than focusing on the past and the future, but don’t fool yourself that life is about finding a state of stability and holding on to it.

Instead, life is about enjoying the stability for as long as you have it, and enjoying the turbulence as you transition to a higher level of stability.

This is a journey of breathing in and out, of expanding and contracting, best described as a heartbeat – a cosmic heartbeat.

– So, the cosmic heart decides the rhythm of life?

– Yes, the cosmic heart is your only stable aspect – your eternal Father and Mother – deciding everything.

– But how can something that doesn’t exist rule over something that does?

– How can something beyond creation rule creation, you mean?

– Yes.

– The only way to rationally comprehend this is to view the cosmic heart as an invitation to feel your essence.

And to get there, you must realize that you can understand everything you have created, including the universe, but you can’t perfectly get to know yourself, which is why the golden ratio has infinite decimals.

It’s simply impossible to step out of our essence and describe it, as we can do with creation.

However, it’s not a bold assumption to assume that the cosmic heart resembles the perfection that creation obviously is approaching through its infinite evolution.

Do you suggest another way to understand who you are?

– I have no better idea, I’m afraid.

– Do you know why?

– Maybe because there is no better idea?

– Correct.

3. Visualizing Something Truly Grand

– What distinguishes paradise from a normal good life?

– Maybe that paradise represents the ultimate experience of human life, where we thrive at a new, unheard-of level.

– The difference is that a true human paradise, in contrast to a good and happy life as we know it, is inhabited only by God-conscious beings, who respect others perfectly, which makes it possible to express oneself without any fears of being judged.

In the world you live in, people can't imagine what it's like to live without fear.

It’s like night and day compared to what you’ve been doing, and that's almost an understatement.

This planet is currently transforming into something beyond imagination. Into something so beautiful that you would start crying if I could find a way to make you understand it.

– Do we need to understand?

– No, you just need to continue walking, one step at a time, and you will soon be there.

However, unlike a race, which you finish faster by increasing the speed, this race can only be finished by decreasing the speed.

In fact, when you slow down enough to live in the present moment and don’t worry about the past or the future, then you have finished the race.

– Oh my God, this sounds almost unachievable. How can we get there?

– You know, this is all about embracing your feminine nature, especially to communicate more, feel more, and connect more deeply with the Earth.

4. The Art of Feeling

– How can you begin to feel life if you’re not so used to it?

– Maybe by doing nothing and simply being aware of what happens inside you?

– Of course, the only way to feel more is to slow down, because as long as you stay busy, you focus more on doing than feeling.

Humans need to break this pattern, and it’s one of your many missions to help them do so.

How did you learn to feel?

– I guess I opened up to see life with fresh eyes, which sparked many changes within me.

But it wasn’t easy at first. I felt so numb.

– And you know what, you were more in touch with your feelings than most men, even before you started to connect with them.

What does this mean to you?

– That this world is governed by some truly ignorant people, unaware of their identity and how happiness is achieved.

– And what can you do about it?

– Trusting that they fulfill their role in everyone’s growth, including mine.

– Yes, and you should detach from them as much as possible, without causing problems for yourself.

They are not evil, only unable to sense the truth.

What is the highest truth of life?

– That we are love?

– No, that we are all evolving to gradually higher expressions of love.

– Look at a flower; it’s pure love. However, it’s less sophisticated than a wild animal that gracefully moves through nature, which is rather primitive compared with a God-conscious human being who makes love with another God-conscious human being.

You understand my thinking?

– I suppose you are stating the obvious that all aspects of God seek stability or harmony with their surroundings in different ways?

– Exactly. And why do I bring this up?

Because humanity is in the process of learning how to create love, which is why the Bible includes the story of Adam and Eve eating from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.

– Precisely so, well done.

We can say that the forbidden fruit is forbidden because it opens a person to their sexuality, something that less than God-conscious people cannot handle properly, as you might have realized through your own unconscious behavior over the years, although things have improved drastically lately.

What did we learn by eating the forbidden fruit?

– Probably to discern right from wrong.

And which mechanism did life use to teach you that?

– I don’t know, maybe it played a bit with our sexual desires, making us believe that enlightenment can be achieved by pretending to be more evolved than we are.

– But why would life do that? It sounds like manipulation.

– Probably because there is no other way to learn what we truly need to be happy than by experiencing what makes us unhappy.

– Exactly, unfortunately, there is no other way to learn to appreciate a hot bath than to sometimes take a cold one, and vice versa.

We can say that life is a school of contrasts, teaching people to stay on the middle path rather than driving in the ditch. However, that isn’t to say one should play it safe in life, as long as one knows how to drive, if you see what I mean.

Let me now share something truly remarkable with you: You are a genius.

– What do you mean?

– That you know how to alchemize dust into gold through love.

– Please can you be clearer?

– No, this book is proof of it. You are channeling pure love because you have healed your heart enough to do so, especially the first and second chambers, which are essential to an earthly experience of life.

Why are we sharing this publicly, so to speak?

– It’s a very good question. Please enlighten me.

– It’s because you are all so close to this level of vibration. You are practically rising together as one big family. There’s just a bit more healing before you can manifest the prophecy of an earthly paradise together. Trust me, I’m not lying.

5. Living to the Fullest

– What do you enjoy the most in life?

– Making love to a beautiful and sensitive woman who is deeply connected with herself.

– Why?

– Because it’s so pleasant, both physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

– What do you mean by ‘spiritually’ in this context?

– That I feel surrounded by a bubble of high-frequency light, which makes me feel blissful.

– Do you believe everyone who makes love feels the way you do?

– No, I think many people feel like I used to, before I could sense energy so clearly and communicate with beings in other dimensions, when everything was more physical and less magical.

– How did you learn to speak with us?

– I think it was a mix of confronting my wounds, clearing up some misconceptions about life, and somehow activating my psychic abilities.

– How did you activate your psychic skills?

– I participated in some group work, led by a man who could channel instructions from spiritual beings.

– Was it effective?

– I guess so. In just a few weeks, I could receive clear messages, and after a few years, I could communicate with spiritual beings as easily as with humans – sometimes even more easily, if you catch my drift.

– You learned quickly because you were prepared for it, which many more people are, especially if they feel drawn to read a book like The Fourth Testament.

However, most people face three main challenges that make it harder to open up as quickly as you did. Can you guess what they are?

– Well, based on my observations of close friends who used to be quite similar to me but haven’t changed as much, I get the impression that they are less curious than I was, more afraid of doing things that seem strange, and maybe also less sensitive than I was, although I never saw myself as unusually sensitive.

However, looking back, I realize I struggled with many health problems as a child – allergies, asthma, stomach pain, recurrent sinus and ear infections, sleep disorders, and more, probably linked to the emotional challenges of living in a pretty harsh world.

– You’re right, the world wasn’t a good match with your sensitivity, and you suffered a lot, like so many others do.

Actually, this book was written to help all these young people suffer less, by realizing that it’s the world that is wrong, not them.

What advice would you give your seventeen-year-old self based on the experience you have now?

– I would definitely encourage that boy to pursue a path outside the outdated systems of education and work, the exact opposite of what I did.

– What else would you tell him?

– To make friends with people he could truly be himself with, meaning people who don’t judge.

– Did you do that?

– Haha, I went to some kind of elite school, where I suppose we received a master’s degree in judging others.

I’ve been on the other side of life, that’s for sure.

– Why do you think you spent about twenty years in the most intense parts of society, referring to the financial industry?

– Probably to satisfy my unconscious desire to feel superior to others, expressed as a feeling of not being content with myself unless I achieved better grades in school and a higher salary at work than my peers.

– You were healing from exerting pressure on yourself to succeed.

Have you healed enough?

– I have clearly healed enough to improve my health and start enjoying life on a new level, but I still sometimes connect with anxiety that disturbs my sleep at night. However, I see that I have come a long way and am on the right path.

– I disagree with you. You have addressed everything of importance, and some minor worries now and then are simply healthy.

We are not here to disconnect from earthly reality, but to experience it.

6. God Unexpectedly Begins to Play

– Do you know the difference between a chicken and a hen?

– The hen has a bigger beak and picks bigger worms!

– No, the hen can lay eggs, and the chicken just hatched from one.

Do you know the difference between a baby shark and a grown-up shark?

– The latter is dangerous for others, while the baby isn’t?

– No, the adult shark is free to do as it likes because of its strength, while the baby must be protected.

– Isn’t that exactly what I said: it’s free because it’s dangerous to others.

– No, this is what most humans believe strength is, but they are wrong.

Being strong isn’t about instilling fear in others, but about inspiring love.

In fact, the weaker you are, the more you feel compelled to put up a superficial layer of strength around yourself, often by going to the gym and eating an unhealthy amount of protein.

We can say that the weaker you are, the more you feel drawn to go backward in evolution, to the animal world, rather than progressing toward the world of truly compassionate beings.

– How would you then define strength?

– As your ability to stay true to yourself, suggesting that a young child can sometimes be stronger than an adult.

– But isn’t strength about how much your muscles can carry and how much pain you can endure?

– No, spiritual strength, which is the root cause of physical muscles, all else being equal, measures how far you can deviate from the norm without losing your mind.

What am I trying to tell you?

– That humans must find their freedom by being truly human rather than by trying to be the worst of all predators.

– Exactly, you might be able to guess the next question: what does it mean to be a human in contrast to being an animal?

– The difference between animals and humans is obviously that we don’t express ourselves as clearly as they do.

They know precisely how to act in all situations thanks to their instincts, while we must rely on our understanding of what is right and wrong.

Exactly, as long as humans have to guess what's right and wrong, only being right occasionally when it feels good afterward, they won’t be truly free.

They need to learn how to discern right from wrong, as animals do all the time, though only at their rather primitive level of experiencing creation.

So, you become free when you realize who you are.

Have you made that realization yet?

– I think so.

– Who are you then?

– I’m one of God’s many children, currently exploring particularly God’s third core quality, masculine creativity, on planet Earth.

– Simple, anything you would like to add?

– Yes, I am seamlessly connected with everything that exists because my soul is connected with all other souls through a certain hierarchy that I believe I will only fool myself if I try to understand in too much detail.

– Let me tell you that you aren’t a chicken anymore, meaning a Christ being who is trying to act like a God-conscious being without knowing who God is.

These immature people try to obtain freedom through force rather than by surrendering to what life brings on their path.

And they tend to believe that freedom belongs to those who control the agenda, like a shark at the top of the food chain, which is why they act accordingly, failing to understand that freedom means being fearless, not instilling fear in others.

The path to freedom for humans isn’t to imitate the animal world but to grow beyond it, toward a compassionate future.

This is where they will find freedom.

And the way to get there is to surrender to life because life will always provide what you need to grow, which is the true meaning of the cosmic Law of Attraction.

This is what we aimed to teach you with the Exodus story in the Old Testament. Let’s clear this up once and for all.

You received manna from the sky, the Ten Commandments, and help parting the Red Sea so you could cross it before the Egyptian soldiers caught up to you on your way to the Holy Land, promised to you for ages.

What do these three things represent based on the level of consciousness you have in this incarnation, so many lives later?

– Clearly, the Ten Commandments serve as a religious framework for how to live, which was later replaced by earthly science and now by cosmic science, to which The Fourth Testament belongs.

The manna likely serves as a metaphor for the Law of Attraction, which states that we get everything we need to grow, although it was given a more physical interpretation in the Old Testament.

Lastly, I believe the help to cross the Red Sea is a metaphor for how we are guided through life by compassionate and enlightened beings, who not only orchestrate our learning process but also protect us from dying too soon, meeting the wrong people, or giving up on our challenges too early, preventing us from gaining their full benefit.

– You are so right.

Final question: Why did Moses receive the Ten Commandments on two stone tablets at Mount Sinai?

– It must be related to the divine world, which we haven’t mentioned so far, only talking about compassionate and enlightened beings.

– Exactly, minerals represent our collective wisdom – our souls – regardless of whether you are an animal, a human, or a spiritual, compassionate being.

The truth is written in stone, and it’s only accessible as vibrations that represent the impulses for how creation unfolds, crafted by the enlightened beings we call angels.

So, when you think of God, think of creation and the cosmic heart out of which creation was born.

And the more connected you are with minerals, meaning with the earth that you live on, the easier it will be for you to realize this.

7. The Role of Sex

– Why do animals have sex?

– Because their instincts tell them to do so to make sure they continue to live as a species.

– True. Why do humans have sex?

– Most of the time, to enjoy life, and sometimes to create children.

– True. Why do compassionate beings have sex, and how?

– Ah, that’s a tricky one. You are spiritual, so obviously, there is no penetration involved. And you are also almost two-polar, so the need to make love with others must be very limited, am I correct?

– Very much; unlike humans, we don't need to make love to emit the full spectrum of light, so sex isn’t a big deal for us. In fact, it barely exists.

But for humans, sex is the way you create harmony.

In fact, you don’t create harmony by eating a dozen large fish every day to maintain the population at a healthy level, like a shark, nor by teaching humans the difference between right and wrong, like a compassionate being. You create harmony by having sex with those who possess an energy that you feel attracted to.

This is your cosmic role.

If you did what you're supposed to do instead of making life so hard, you would quickly turn this planet into a true paradise.

– Aren’t you exaggerating a bit now?

– Of course, I am.

You also need to eat and pray.

Let me wrap this up since I have many other things to do today: You are humans, whose main role in life is to create harmony, like all other beings, regardless of their level of evolutionary maturity.

As humans, your primary way to achieve harmony is to make love, which means having sex with those you feel drawn to. These are the people whose energy you need to thrive even more, as they help you radiate a fuller spectrum of light through your heart.

So, your path to live in a truly human way is to outgrow all animalistic tendencies that you still have, meaning your violent tendencies, which not only relate to brutal men raping women and torturing children, but also to fragile women who are too hard on themselves.

To Gospel 3
