In the Third Commandment, vibrating at the frequency of inward communication energy, we embark on a journey to realize that humanity must reconnect with nature to overcome its insane behavior.
From a grounded place, people can begin the journey toward paradise, a reality where self-expression is at the core, especially in the next millennium – the third – which vibrates with the same core energy as the Third Cosmic Commandment.
Being human on Earth in the third millennium is initially a challenging act of healing that gradually transforms into a sheer paradisical experience of physical life.
CONTENT
The story of Jim and Jill
Once upon a time, there was a dwarf named Jim who lived in the forest with his mother, Jill.
Jim and Jill were not only son and mother but also the very best of friends.
They had a small farm in the forest with a dog, two cats, two cows, four pigs, five sheep, one horse, and a flock of geese, which they cared for daily.
The horse served as their most vital support, assisting them in plowing the earth and turning the mill wheel to produce flour for bread and pancakes.
The dog was essential to them because when he didn’t bark, they could sleep soundly, knowing they were perfectly safe. However, if he did bark, they felt at ease, confident that he would never allow any unwanted being into their home.
The four pigs were immensely valuable to Jim and Jill as they consumed all the spoiled food and moldy bread, which they later used to fertilize their vegetable garden after the pigs had digested it, transforming something completely useless into the most precious manure.
Nothing could make the vegetables grow like pig manure, and the pigs were lovely social animals that helped Jim and Jill keep their house clean by eating everything that fell to the floor, even dust.
The only animals that might have rivaled the pigs in terms of being most crucial to Jim and Jill were the sheep, because without them, they wouldn’t have had any clothes.
The sheep weren’t perhaps the most intelligent animals on the farm. However, they certainly didn’t harm anyone, and their milk was delicious to drink and was used to make cheese.
The cows were also very dear to Jim and Jill because they were friendly, their milk tasted good, and their manure was perfect for fertilizing the fields, thereby helping the wheat and rye grow.
Also, the flock of geese was fantastic, as they laid eggs and kept the farm’s precious little water hole clean by eating every slug and insect, allowing Jim and Jill to happily drink from it every day.
Finally, the cats were excellent hunters and kept all rats and snakes away from the house. And, when they weren’t hunting, they relaxed in the sun outside the house, radiating healing energy for the benefit of all beings on the farm.
Everything changes
The lives of Jim, Jill, and their animals were very harmonious and sustainable until something horrible happened to them.
One sunny day, while enjoying their daily tasks and the company of their beloved animals, Jim and Jill were attacked by two tall humans who forced them to leave their cherished home.
The two humans took over the farm, and the first action the new ‘owners’ took was to slaughter one of the pigs and prepare a grand feast to celebrate their success.
They grilled the pig whole, and it tasted delicious. However, the following spring, they didn’t have enough manure to fertilize their garden, and consequently, they weren’t able to harvest as many potatoes and beets as they needed to survive the winter.
As a result, they had no choice but to slaughter one of the sheep, which, however, wasn’t considered a significant sacrifice because they already had warm clothing and preferred cheese made from cow’s milk to that made from sheep’s milk.
Therefore, they also slaughtered the rest of the sheep within a few months.
After just two years, the new farmers had neither pigs nor sheep on the farm and were seriously considering slaughtering one of the cows to survive the winter.
However, they weren’t that foolish. They understood that if they killed a cow, they would struggle to survive the winter since they relied on the milk, even though it wasn’t the cow’s most productive time of year.
Instead, they chose to slaughter all the geese, which they hadn’t really cared much about since moving in.
They didn’t even understand how the geese managed to survive since they had never fed them anything.
The bitter end
The two humans survived the summer by picking berries and mushrooms in the forest; however, when winter arrived, after they had slaughtered their last cow and only horse, they both starved to death.
What happened with Jim and Jill?
When Jim and Jill were expelled from their farm, they wandered for days, venturing deeper and deeper into the forest.
They felt such deep pain in their hearts from leaving their beloved animals that they could hardly eat. Nonetheless, there wasn’t much to eat, and after a few more days of walking, they arrived at a small village inhabited by humans.
At first, the villagers were frightened when they saw Jim and Jill because they had never encountered a dwarf before. However, after the initial shock, they realized that Jim and Jill seemed very friendly, or at least not dangerous, and they decided to imprison them while considering whether to keep them for personal use or sell them to another village.
However, just as the humans were about to capture Jim and Jill, a bolt of lightning struck, leaving everyone immobilized.
A moment later, as the people gathered their energy once more, Jim and Jill noticed that everyone was different.
Instead of feeling threatened by the people, Jim and Jill felt a warmth that awakened something in them – a sense of attraction to get to know them better.
The importance of being grounded
Self-expression is the feminine essence we all seek, yet we often struggle with it until we truly understand our role in the cosmos.
Until we begin to understand who we are, we tend to live from the outside in rather than from the inside out, meaning we express what others appreciate rather than our essence, which is akin to rejecting and abandoning ourselves.
In the story of Jim and Jill, the humans who invaded the farm were ungrounded Christ beings, whereas Jim and Jill were similarly evolved yet grounded in nature.
Reaching higher by connecting with the Earth
According to the principles explained in symbol 6 in Revelation 1, when you root yourself in one place and build a connection with that land, you strengthen your connection to the memories held there.
However, to truly absorb the land's wisdom, you must be grounded, meaning sensitive enough to feel the subtle energies of remembrance of your true self.
Through this remembrance, you gradually release your fears and begin to express your essence, which leads to true and lasting happiness.
But if so, why are Jim and Jill only Christ beings and not God-conscious? Why do they reach only half of their inherent potential? It is because they haven’t yet connected with their sexuality, which is why the metaphor of being mother and son is used.
In fact, until people have healed their wounds of rejection and abandonment, all love relationships gravitate toward a dynamic in which a nurturing yet emotionally vulnerable mother and a protective yet fragile, explosive child interact.
Why men act like children
Men who haven’t healed enough act like irresponsible children because they feel unseen, unheard, and disrespected by others, even though the truth is that they are primarily unseen, unheard, and disrespected by themselves.
Unless you are truly grounded and able to live your truth, you will project your lack of self-fulfillment onto others, as a baby expects their mother to meet their needs.
When unhealed men begin to source their safety from their female lover, essentially covering up their unhealed aspects, they enter a vicious cycle of becoming more childish as they grow older, placing the woman in an increasingly difficult position that involves closing down sexually because of a lack of attraction to the man she once felt drawn to.
Bound by spoken or unspoken marriage principles, she will assume the role of her lover’s mother and age prematurely.
Why women become nurturing mothers
As a woman forced to abandon yourself to make the best of life in a patriarchy, it’s very tempting to care for a man in need, an emotionally weak man, which is often the most legitimate way to express femininity in a patriarchy because it directly benefits men, at least in the short term.
Initially, you might feel good about yourself and be attracted to the man, but soon you realize that this isn’t a very appealing place to be, especially as the man, spoiled by your care, becomes more needy, less useful, and less grateful for what you give.
The care, which is your feminine essence, that had value for the man in the beginning, soon becomes something he expects for free, and the only thing you can do is leave him, which isn’t always easy, even if you have the will.
The best thing you can do in this situation is to stop sexual activity.
The secret message in the story of Jim and Jill
Modern, near-God-conscious humans are not going to revert to the way life was in the 19th century, when people were grounded and more connected to nature.
Instead, the future will bring the best of the past and the best of innovative technology, creating grounded lives where people can focus on more than just working hard.
Jim and Jill are dwarves because they are closer to the Earth than the humans in the story, suggesting that their path to a true paradise is shorter than that of the humans, who must first humble themselves and recognize that they are part of nature before they can create truly paradisical lives.
In other words, the first step for most disconnected, traumatized, and often depressed people is to draw inspiration from Jim and Jill's example.
However, from there, something truly new awaits that makes the past seem very gloomy.
3. Being human in the third millennium
From a grounded base, people will gradually breathe in the energies of the third millennium, which can be briefly described as inward communication, meaning self-expression.
In the animal world, self-expression is the rule rather than the exception because no one fears being laughed at, judged, or excluded, at least not for bad jokes or weird sexual fantasies, so they don’t need to hold themselves back as much as most humans do.
Breaking free
Expressing yourself freely is largely about surrounding yourself with people who don’t judge, meaning people who aren’t triggered by what you say and do, which can only be people who aren’t bothered by trauma or deep gender-related wounds anymore.
You recognize these people by how they make you feel safe and protected simply by being themselves. In short, they make you feel supported and nurtured.
Without these people close to you, life becomes an uphill journey, exactly what you need to learn to break free. However, if you already know this, don’t imprison yourself in the old ways of life because of unnecessary attachments.
What do you want to express?
As presented in Revelation 3, there are thirteen human archetypes, corresponding to the inward and outward aspects of life’s six core energies plus the love they create in harmony.
These thirteen archetypes were symbolized by Jesus and his twelve disciples, though there should have been six men, six women, and one neutral beacon of light to be cosmically correct.
As we progress into the third millennium, it’s critical that people connect with who they are and begin to play the role in creation they are meant to play, thereby fulfilling their cosmic mission.
Let’s now continue learning more about these archetypes.
1. The visionary problem solver (inward thinking energy)
The visionary problem solver is a man who is particularly well-equipped to think rationally and therefore articulate the visions he accesses from his and others’ souls.
This person is extremely forward-looking, historically associated with the ram and the astrological sign of Aries. He needs grounding more than any other sign, both to balance his tendency to rush ahead and to help him connect with the visions held in the land.
2. The grounded politician (outward thinking energy)
The grounded politician is a woman who can turn visions into concrete plans thanks to her ability to grasp the abstract nature of life.
Instead of expecting a straight line from goals to a concrete result, she knows that many aspects must align in complex projects, so all planning must be loose and flexible.
That said, sometimes it’s essential to put a stake in the ground and move forward, and the grounded politician knows when to.
3. The expressive dancer (inward communication energy)
While the grounded politician is a woman who knows how to align with life’s abstract processes, the expressive dancer is a woman who is expert at communicating her plans to the world by speaking her truth transparently, performing her numbers, and making herself heard.
Her strength lies in expressing ideas and embodying thoughts, which is a necessary step in bringing something from vision to tangible reality.
4. The nurturing mother (outward communication energy)
The nurturing mother receives others’ responses to what she has expressed, often by holding space for their joys and sorrows, meaning their gratitude and disappointments.
Don’t think of the nurturing mother only as someone who takes care of a needy baby, but as someone who listens to all of life, making life feel seen and understood, thereby ensuring that any project respects everyone who must be respected for a successful outcome.
5. The genius creator (inward creativity energy)
The genius creator is a man who takes bold action when the coast is clear, which can happen only after the nurturing mother has created peace among all involved parties.
His skills lie in his actionability and his ability to use his body to move things forward, whether it is only his hands writing an important email or more physically demanding tasks.
6. The planetary savior (outward creativity energy)
While the creative genius takes action, the planetary savior surrenders to what nature wants, meaning she creates by being shown what to create.
To understand her skill, consider that the genius creator takes bold action in accordance with a plan that has been aligned with all relevant parties, whereas the planetary savior embraces the unknown and acts according to the path she’s being shown in the moment.
The term planetary savior underscores the importance of listening to nature rather than trying to control or steer it in a particular direction. Often, the best way to support a project after taking bold actions is to relax and see where things lead.
7. The cosmic scientist (inward feeling energy)
After manifesting a project through action, including both bold steps and the final touches life deems necessary, it’s time to slow down significantly and feel everything that arises in your organs in response to your creativity.
This work resembles that of a cosmic scientist, who observes energetic processes and draws conclusions about whether the project was successful.
8. The sensitive healer (outward feeling energy)
While the male cosmic scientist focuses on his own feelings, or, differently put, on the reactions of the micro-cosmos that regard him as their universe, the sensitive healer observes how your creativity has made the external world feel.
With this information, she can determine whether the project was a success in the eyes of others, which is an essential piece of the puzzle when determining how to proceed from here.
9. The protective father (inward knowing energy)
With facts on the table, as reflected in your own and others’ feelings, the protective father draws conclusions about who he is and what he wants for himself and for those he may be protecting, such as women and children.
This doesn’t mean that men decide over women, but that they can form desires involving women, which women can later choose to be part of or not, meaning choosing whether to express them or not.
The protective father is life’s greatest authority figure, likened to the sun, while the nurturing mother is life’s greatest goddess symbol, likened to the moon.
10. The enlightened being (love)
The enlightened person is someone who masters all the other twelve archetypes so well that they can manifest a paradisical life experience for themselves.
This doesn’t mean they are experts in more than one area, but rather that they are sufficiently evolved in all essential aspects of the creative process we call life.
11. The intuitive lover (outward knowing energy)
While the protective father focuses on what he wants, even if it sometimes includes what he wants for others, the intuitive lover, the only outward-oriented masculine archetype, helps others understand what they want through his lovemaking and beautiful artistic expressions.
This means that men in general, particularly the intuitive lover archetype, are responsible for uniting humanity by spreading new wisdom, which, in turn, explains why Jesus, Buddha, and Muhammad were men.
It also explains men’s inclination to express themselves through art with the intention of influencing the world in a certain direction.
12. The wise sage (inward memory energy)
The wise sage is a man who is deeply connected to the earth, remembers the past, and adapts his life to what he has learned.
He doesn’t fear being alone for a while if he has realized he no longer resonates with the people close to him, and he trusts the knowing that life has led him in the right direction so many times before.
He blesses the world with his faith and his uncompromising ability to face death, even finding beauty in it.
13. The profound oracle (outward memory energy)
The profound oracle is a woman who remembers even more than the sage, yet she does so in a different way, focusing on the infinite wisdom buried in the land she’s connected to, which isn’t always easy to articulate.
She needs to work closely with a visionary problem-solver who can translate what she is connected to into an understandable form.
In the past, she used to work as a medium to guide humanity in the right direction, without fully understanding everything she had transcended.
4. Being you
Although a near-God-conscious human can express all the archetypes explained in the previous chapter, you are one more than the other, and you must understand this to know what your cosmic mission is related to.
However, though this often isn’t something you can be sure about until your mission begins to take shape, usually around age forty, you might find it helpful to ask yourself the following three questions:
Compared with others, am I relatively intellectual, expressive, physically strong, sensitive, courageous, or wise?
Compared with others, am I more drawn to intellectual work, standing on a stage, using my body, feeling energy, being a leader, or connecting with nature?
Compared with others, am I more likely to be seen as a leader or as a follower?
The six examples listed in bullets one and two represent life’s six core energies, which should help you identify whether you are more connected to thinking, communication, creativity, feeling, knowing, or memory. The third question should help you decide whether you are more of a leader (inward energies) or a follower (outward energies).
There is only one truly leader-oriented feminine archetype, the expressive dancer, and only one follower-oriented masculine archetype, the intuitive lover.
This suggests that men and women reach the highest sexual pleasure by letting the woman decide when to make love and letting the man lead the act.
The feminine archetype of the expressive dancer merges with the masculine archetype of the intuitive lover, creating a nurturing yet explosive symbiosis in which the woman freely expresses herself and the man indulges in giving her everything he knows she wants, which is also everything he wants.
The role of astrology
You belong to an evolutionary lineage that reflects who you truly are, while you adopt temporary energies to create the experiences you seek in this incarnation.
Because of these temporary energies that strongly influence you, especially in the first half of your life, when you are still getting to know yourself, it’s often difficult to understand your mission before you reach the age of forty.
For example, if you were born when the sun was in the sign of Leo, you have probably had an action-oriented personality during the first half of your life, while your true essence might be that of a surrendered planetary savior.
Alternatively, you might have been born with a strong capacity for visionary thinking, while your true role in life is to know and bring life forward through your knowing rather than through intellectual work.
A final example could be that you were born with a lot of Capricorn energy, meaning outward knowing and a connection to the intuitive lover, while your essence is the opposite, the expressive dancer.
Therefore, don’t expect to fully understand your cosmic mission before you’ve experienced a significant part of your life.
Making peace with yourself
As you grow older, you are no longer burdened by the energies you were born with, such as an exaggerated Aries or Scorpio nature, suggesting you merge with your true essence, or at least with the rather slowly changing divine perspective you embody.
Therefore, you shouldn’t be too hard on yourself in your youth, recognizing that your temporary energies serve a role, usually to teach you something you couldn’t otherwise have learned, such as patience, actionability, courage, or faith.
Making peace with yourself is impossible until you mature, usually by experiencing the often turbulent thirties, marked by outward communication energy, when life gives you so much feedback about who you truly are. Only then can you act more firmly and be more centered in yourself beyond the age of forty.
5. Expressing yourself through art
True art isn’t really created by humans but only executed by us, meaning it is our role to bring it into physical form.
In fact, Harry Potter, The Fourth Testament, the Mozart Sonatas, or any other work of art wasn’t created by humans but by enlightened beings.
Thereafter, the art was manifested on Earth according to the human artist’s capacity to create beauty.
Rewriting what it entails to be human
Humans aren’t the most intelligent species in the cosmos; they’re only the most intelligent physical beings on Earth, followed by animals and plants.
In fact, our capacity to create fantastically beautiful things is rather limited, though we can download the creations of more evolved beings.
This is what all great artists have always done, usually unaware of where their inspiration came from.
Going forward, humans will greatly enhance their capacity to communicate with spiritual beings, especially the compassionate ones, enabling art to flow in ways not seen for many thousands of years on this planet.
The process of channeling art
Channeling advanced art requires you to be highly sensitive, or it will be distorted, as most things have been in the past. This explains why those who wrote the Bible could channel the metaphors correctly but failed to convey the truth they pointed to in a rational and understandable way.
Therefore, don’t attempt to channel more advanced ideas than you can, to some extent, rationally verify, unless we are talking about art meant to be enjoyed for its beauty, such as music and fiction, rather than to be understood.
To become a great artist, you must start with simple projects and gradually work your way up to higher levels.
In this process, please understand that real art isn’t about repeating what someone else has downloaded, such as learning to play the piano by reading notes or accurately copying a still life. It’s about channeling something unique that usually has a higher purpose than merely being brought into physical reality, such as advancing evolution.
The higher meaning of art
We don’t create art simply because we are bored, but because it means something. But what does it mean?
To understand this, consider that humans evolve by feeling things they haven’t felt before, thereby expanding their understanding of themselves.
Then ask yourself what can evoke feelings more effectively than art, assuming we are talking about the right form of expression for a particular, unnoticed type of feeling.
For example, some music makes you happy, while other music makes you sad; some books make you see life with new eyes, and some simply entertain without leaving any lasting impressions.
Every moment calls for different expressions of art, channeled through different people.
In fact, sharing your art with the world is the most profound impression you can make, and everyone is an artist.
The magic of art
The more you evolve, the more magical your art becomes, and the more powerful the transformation it can create.
The most powerful of all artistic expressions is the act of making love, followed by other expressions we usually associate with art, such as writing poetry, singing, painting, acting, improvising, or sharing a good story, each related to our abilities to think, communicate, create, feel, know, and remember, respectively.
In the future, people will co-create art in ways never seen on Earth, blending love-making, music, poetry, and more into paradisical expressions of life.
6. Avoiding the earthly illusions
There are three profound earthly illusions you must avoid to express yourself freely: 1) the belief that success comes from pleasing others, 2) the belief that your art is less significant than others’, and 3) the belief that your self-expression isn’t beautiful.
Let’s address them one by one.
1. The belief that success comes from pleasing others
When you work for a company and have a boss, it’s so easy to believe that your success lies in doing the things that will make the boss happy with you, which supposedly leads to a promotion. However, they will use what they believe you are good at to support their own goals, which often requires you to reject or abandon yourself.
Although your pleasing behavior might lead to a promotion down the line, it can hardly be labeled success unless it’s aligned with your cosmic role.
In fact, under the Law of Attraction, you will never become abundant in money, love, and health unless you align with the cosmic heartbeat, which means aligning with your cosmic mission.
Therefore, your highest priority must never be to achieve short-term success but only to work toward getting to know yourself better and better.
2. The belief that your art is less significant than others’
In life, we are so used to listening to others’ music, watching others’ drama on TV, viewing others’ drawings, and enjoying others’ humor that we believe these things are only for experts in art, so-called professional artists.
However, the joy and healing you can receive from watching someone else’s art are minor compared with creating your own. And it doesn’t matter whether an art critic would give you high grades.
In fact, great art isn’t about being beautiful by the norms and trends, but about how well it represents you.
Of course, if you want to express yourself accurately, it’s helpful to learn to play an instrument, draw with a pencil, or write a poem, but this happens naturally as you do the things you love.
If you have no interest in expressing yourself through art, it isn’t because you don’t need it, but because you aren’t used to it, often tied to the belief that your art isn’t worth anything.
3. The belief that your self-expression isn’t beautiful
The idea that your art has no value stems from the belief that you aren’t beautiful, which, in turn, stems from your failure to recognize your divine nature, often due to trauma.
If your parents couldn’t see how fantastic you are, probably because they couldn’t see God’s essence within themselves, you started your life in a headwind and had no choice but to become your own protective father and nurturing mother.
This is the reality for everyone, to some extent, until we collectively reach paradise.
Therefore, your life’s journey isn’t about excelling to earn others’ praise, but about learning to love yourself, after which you can forgive your parents and realize they did their very best with the best of intentions.
At this point, you are ready to share your art with the world and, of course, with yourself.
Learning to be you
It has been said before, but it bears repeating: being yourself isn’t easy among people who want you to be something you’re not.
In fact, it’s almost impossible to find yourself among people who embody what you want to move away from, and the more you cut ties with them, the easier and faster you will connect with your true essence.
From this place, it’s then easier to be yourself with anyone you feel drawn to, maybe including family members or old friends.
In the process of finding yourself, don’t believe that loyalty is about anything other than loyalty to God, who certainly prefers you to evolve into something truly beautiful rather than suppressing yourself to fit others’ preferences.
When you are breaking free from outdated norms and others’ beliefs about who you are, seek support from people who meet the following three criteria:
They have healed enough not to overreact when you are true to yourself.
They seem to like the person you are becoming and want to see more of that.
They see you, meaning they are not too preoccupied with their own lives to observe you and enjoy what you bring to the world.
7. Reaching higher through sacred sexuality
Revelation 10 emphasizes how humanity needs to reconnect with reality, which isn’t about seeking enlightenment but about returning to the right starting point for enlightenment.
When people live in connection with the earth, they begin to understand their true needs and desires, which are very different from the distorted ones we have become accustomed to, such as watching a massive amount of porn if you are a man and reading and watching romantic fairy tales if you are a woman.
In essence, men will realize that their sexual expression has been so suppressed for thousands of years, while women will realize that they need sex almost daily to stay calm.
Inspiring men to think in a new way
As a man, you have probably experienced a lot of sexual frustration in your life, especially as a teenager, but maybe also later on.
For this reason, you have likely developed a habit of watching porn and masturbating regularly, perhaps daily or at least several times a week.
This is normal in our world, but it shouldn’t be. It is not a paradisical way to live, to put it mildly.
Consequently, The Fourth Testament invites all men to think about their sexuality in new ways, perhaps realizing the following six things, now or later:
1. You aspire to be a visionary problem solver, meaning someone who dreams of the future and inspires his female lovers to join him.
5. You desire to be a genius creator, meaning someone who has the skills to use his body to facilitate the processes of physical life.
7. You desire to be a cosmic scientist, that is, someone who is sensitive and sees the higher truths about who we are and how everything is connected in life.
9. However, more than anything else, you desire to be a protective father, someone who knows the path forward and who courageously leads his tribe on new adventures.
11. At the same time, you love being the intuitive lover who shares your art to heal the world.
12. Lastly, you desire to be a wise sage, meaning a person who is connected to the occult and perhaps to the vastness of life, beyond earthly drama.
By mastering the Thirteen Cosmic Commandments, you will eventually arrive, manifesting the prophecy of a masculine paradise.
Inspiring women to think in a new way
As a woman, you might have experienced a lot of friction in relation to men’s preferences around sexuality, and you might have thought many times that this isn’t really for you, at least not as much as it seems to be for other women, who may not always have been entirely true to themselves.
You might even have felt a lot of guilt for not feeling much lust, thinking you were a bit unlucky in life’s lottery.
The Fourth Testament invites you to embrace the following six ideas:
2. You are a grounded politician, meaning someone who thinks outside the box rather than inside it.
3. You are an expressive dancer, meaning someone who is full of passion and likes to show it to others, preferably on stage.
4. At the same time, you are a nurturing mother who happily receives others’ expressions and makes them feel loved.
6. You are a planetary savior, capable of co-creating marvelous things if you allow yourself to flow with life rather than pushing forward as men often do.
8. You are also a sensitive healer, capable of so much that the rational mind cannot understand.
13. Lastly, you are a profound oracle with the potential to connect with deeper truths than you can articulate, still useful for inspiring the future of this planet.

Therefore, life on Earth can be seen as a school for learning to master the Thirteen Cosmic Commandments within a ‘safe container,’ enabled by the slow pace at which everything manifests in the physical dimension.
